Description
- The present invention in general relates the metallic floors for use in towers of truss and, in particular, to a module of metallic floor with rabbets for hook in tubular truss where it is possible to incase one or more modules of floor between itself until reaching a length have limited.
- Currently they are known floors metallic manufactured in an only metallic plate and for distinct applications of assembly, they for rabbet or support are on truss pipes.
- Such metallic floors more have raised weights and they do not take care of the two necessities in one same model (rabbet and overlapping), beyond having a cost well higher.
- Still today the plates wooden also are very used, which are supported on of the pipes and can be transferred, however, generating a step and increasing the risk of accidents, beyond if attacking the environment for the wood to be a natural resources.
- Also the construction of floor of truss of the order of international patent
PCT/ES2001/000159 - Although in the state of the technique it has a structure of floor of truss formed for plates that incase between itself, and two of them incase in each extremity of the tubular structure of the truss, still it has the necessity of a floor of truss formed for incased modules one to the other for the male system and female, the truss floor covering goes free of determined length, in way that the rabbet that it provides the male union and female also can be used for rabbet in the tubular structure of the truss.
- It is an objective of the present invention to present a metallic floor for towers of composed truss of modules being understood: lateral structural profiles; heads; trellis-work; inferior crosspieces; central plate; rabbets; constraints; e jamb; where the modules of the related metallic floor can be incased one to the other for female the male system and to compose a floor of incased definitive length and when being between itself can be incased and be stopped in the tubular structure of the truss.

Figure 1 - it is a upper/lower sight, perspective of the module of metallic floor in accordance with the invention. -
Figure 2 - the invention incased in the pipe of the truss is a lateral sight of the module of metallic floor in accordance with. -
Figure 3 - the invention is a perspective sight of the module of metallic floor in accordance with showing it in ready position for transfers (emendation). -
Figure 4 - the invention in transferred position already (amended) for use is a perspective sight of the module of metallic floor in accordance with on tubular structures. -
Figure 5 - it is a sight in detail showing punctures and the acts of drawing back applied to the central plate of the module of metallic floor of the present invention. - The present invention will be described to follow in more details in set with the appended drawings in order to better clarify the functioning and the use of the related invention.
- In
Figure 1 , to the right, lateralstructural profile 1 in form of "U" of both sides of the module is shown to a perspective sight for the superior part of a module of metallic floor of the present invention, represented generically for letter M, contemplating, central plate 5 printed and hardened to guarantee rigidity and tack during the use of the metallic floor and to prevent accumulation of water on the floor, this central plate 5 I contendjamb 9, andheads 2 installed in the extremities of the module. The details of the stamping and the hardening ofcentral plate 5 will be described more below. In an extremity of the module of metallic floor M, ahead 2 it is installed over the same and in the other extremity anotherhead 2 is installed under the same.Heads 2 are installed in opposing surfaces in the module of floor M to provide the rabbet between modules for female the male system and. In the extremities of lateralstructural elements 1rabbets 6 are fixed, also fixed toheads 2, destined to incase in the pipe of the truss. - In
Figure 1 , to the left, it is shown to a perspective sight for the inferior part of a module of metallic floor M contemplatinginferior crosspieces 4, joined for its extremities to the lateralstructural profiles 1, and joined trellis-works 3 toinferior crosspieces 4. The method of preferred union of all the parts composing the module of the present invention is by means of welding, however, the invention also contemplates the union for any another conventional method that provides the same resistance that the welding. -
Figure 2 is a lateral sight of the module of metallic floor M mounted in the pipe of truss 8 (that it is not part of the invention). The module of floor M incases in the pipe oftruss 8 by means of the rabbet 6 (four parts for module) and the locking in position enters the module of floor M and the pipe oftruss 8 is made by means ofconstraint 8. Thisconstraint 8 is confectioned in plate or bar of metal, any adjusted format, and fixed ininferior crosspieces 4 by means of welding or another way of conventional setting equivalent. Constraint 8 also provides locking enters two modules of floor M incased by female the male system and; in this situation constraint 8 functions to provide the locking against installedhead 2 under the module of floor M. -
Figure 3 is a perspective sight of the module of metallic floor M in ready position for transfers (emendation). In this position of emendation tworabbets 6 of the female extremity of the module of floor M if project for inside of lateralstructural elements 1 of the extremity male of the module of floor M. At the same time, tworabbets 6 of the extremity male of the module of floor M if they project for inside of go between tworabbets 6 of the female extremity of the module of floor M, of this form providing the perfect rabbet enters both the modules of floor M for its respective extremities male and female.Jamb 9 serves mainly to strengthen the edge of the extremity ofcentral plate 5, therefore, thiscentral plate 5 in this point is vulnerable to knead for occasion of the hook between floor modules, being able to future provoke difficulty in the hook of the related modules of floor. Jamb 9 is located on the superior face ofcentral plate 5 to allow the hook ofrabbet 6. Jamb 9 also limits this hook ofrabbet 6 and provides the continuity of the surface of the module of floor M. -
Figure 4 is a perspective sight of the module of metallic floor M in transferred position already (amended) for use on tubular structures. Here two modules are incased by the female extremity of one of them in the male extremity of the other and stopped between itself for the operation ofconstraint 8 againsthead 2. The consecutive setting of two modules of floor M can be made of this form until reaching a maximum limit of 2,5 meters, that is the limit to provide the resistance required for the truss floor. -
Figure 5 is a sight in details of the punctures and the acts of drawing back printed incentral plate 5 to provide hardening ofcentral plate 5, tack to the module of floor M and to prevent the accumulation of water in the module of floor M.Small punctures 10 are printed in general with 6,35 mm of diameter. The function of thesesmall punctures 10 is to prevent the accumulation of water on the module of floor M. The short and long oblong the acts of drawing back, 11a and 11b respectively, are not pierced. In contrast these short and long the acts of drawing back are printed in high relief, with approximately 1 mm of height. The purpose of this high relief is to hardencentral plate 5 in the transversal direction, in the same way that a wavy plate would be more resistant of what a smooth plate. Punctures biggest 12 are pierced with the acted of drawing back edges approximately 1 mm for top of the surface ofcentral plate 5. This the acts of drawing back above of the surface ofcentral plate 5 serves to guarantee good tack to the footwear of the users of the truss and to reduce the risk of slipping of the staff used in the service. - The object of the present invention if differentiates of the floors of truss usually used by if being able you work with one same modulates of floor incased in the structure of truss by means of existing rabbets in the same. Also it is possible you work with transfers (amendment) of floor you modulate, where stops transfers it the floor functions in system of male and female (in each extremity) will be rabbet of modulates it in to other until forming the desired linear length in meters, since that if it obeys go exempts maximum of 2,50 meters.
- The object of the present invention guarantees greater stability and security to the joint floor/structure, since to the transferred being, it if it keeps the same in level and with equal resistance of the proper floor.
- Valley to stand out that the object of the present invention was developed using plates of some thicknesses, where in such a way we guarantee minor weight, low cost and greater resistance, since the biggest thicknesses are used only in the structural part, and the other parts with lesser thicknesses are worked and hardened.
- While the invention was described with regard to preferred incorporation, it is not intended to limit the extension of the invention to the particular form. Alternatives, modifications and equivalents could inside be made of the spirit and target of the invention as defined for the claim appends.
