Abstract

The invention relates to a scaffolding platform comprising an assembly of two panels (1 and 2) which are fitted with complementary tongued and grooved means (9 and 12) and with a lower, tubular form (3-4) which is disposed at the end opposite that which is provided with said assembly means (9-12). The tubular form (3 or 4) serves to stiffen the respective panel and the inventive device is characterised in that said panel (2) is provided with an inverted T-section (14), disposed at the respective assembly means (12), which contributes to the stiffness of the panel. The platform created by said two panels (1 and 2) is made from aluminium and is completed by lower crosspieces (16) which support the sections (14). The ends of the platform are closed by means of brackets (18) which are fitted with standard hooks (19) that are used to suspend the platform (16) with respect to the structure of the scaffold. Optionally, the width of the platform can be increased simply by inserting a panel (22) which is fitted with assembly means (9' and 12') that are similar and complementary to the assembly means (9 and 12) of the aforementioned panels (1 and 2).
