Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour suspendre un rideau devant une fenêtre. Ce dispositif comprend deux sous-ensembles (1) au moyen desquels la tringle (2) destinée à supporter le rideau est montée sur les vantaux (3) de la fenêtre, chaque sous-ensemble (1) comprenant une plaque (5) et un bras de décalage (6); la plaque (5) est conçue pour pouvoir être fixée sur le bord supérieur d'un vantail (3), à proximité de l'axe de pivotement de celui-ci, et comprend un élément de montage (14) au moyen duquel le bras de décalage (6) peut être monté de façon pivotante sur la plaque (5), le long d'un axe s'étendant, après montage sur le vantail (3), parallèlement à l'axe de pivotement du vantail (3); le bras de décalage (6) est conçu pour décaler la tringle (2) par rapport au mur; il est monté de façon pivotante sur la plaque (5) au moyen dudit élément de montage et il est relié de façon pivotante à la tringle (2) en un point de celle-ci fixe longitudinalement, également le long d'un axe parallèle à l'axe de pivotement du vantail (3).

Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de suspension d'un rideau devant une fenêtre, comprenant deux sous-ensembles (1) de montage de la tringle (2) pour supporter le rideau sur les battants (3) de la fenêtre, chaque sous-ensemble (1) comprenant une platine (5) et un bras de déport (6), dans lequel la platine (5) comprend des moyens de montage (14) pour le montage pivotant du bras de déport (6) sur elle, selon un axe s'étendant, après montage sur le battant (3), parallèlement à l'axe de pivotement du battant (3) et dans lequel le bras de déport (6) est conformé pour déporter la tringle (2) par rapport au mur et est monté pivotant sur la platine (5) par le biais desdits moyens de montage et est relié de façon à pivoter à la tringle (2) en un point de cette dernière qui est longitudinalement fixe, également selon un axe parallèle à l'axe de pivotement du battant (3), caractérisé en ce que la platine (5) est conformée de façon à pouvoir être fixée sur le bord supérieur d'un battant (3), à proximité de l'axe de pivotement de ce dernier.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une platine (5) comprend un élément de butée (13) et en ce que le bas de déport (6) correspondant comprend également un élément de butée (15), ces deux éléments de butée (13, 15) étant disposés de façon à venir en butée l'un contre l'autre en position de fermeture du battant (3).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les platines (5) et les bras de déport (6) des deux sous-ensembles (1) comprennent chacun des éléments de butée (13, 15) tels que précités.
  4. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour le montage pivotant d'un bras de déport (6) sur la platine (5) correspondante sont constitués d'un pion (14) monobloc avec la platine (5) et d'un alésage pratiqué dans chaque bras de déport (6), cet alésage permettant l'enclenchement avec pivotement du bras de déport sur le pion (14).
  5. Dispositif selon les revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de butée de chaque platine (5) est constitué par un pion (13) monobloc avec chaque platine (5) et en ce que l'élément de butée du bras de déport (6) correspondant est constitué par un bossage (15) faisant saillie radialement de ce bras de déport (6), ce bossage (15) étant de préférence monobloc avec ce bras de déport (6).
  6. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque platine (5) comprend des moyens de réglage de la position des moyens de montage pivotant du bras de déport (6), ces moyens de réglage pouvant être réglés de telle sorte que l'axe de pivotement du bras de déport (6) se confonde avec l'axe de pivotement du battant (3) sur lequel la platine (5) est montée.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que sont prévus des moyens de limitation du pivotement de chaque bras de déport(6) par rapport à la tringle (2).
  8. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que, lorsqu'un battant (3) comprend une feuillure supérieure (10), la platine (5) destinée à être fixée à ce battant (3) est conformée pour pouvoir s'enclencher à cheval, de manière ajustée, sur le bord en saillie (3a) du battant (3) qui délimite la feuillure (10).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que chaque platine (5) comprend un alésage taraudé (11) pouvant recevoir une vis de réglage (12) capable de prendre appui contre le battant (3) sans pénétrer dans le matériau de celui-ci.
  10. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que chaque sous-ensemble (1) comprend des moyens (19, 20) de réglage en hauteur de la tringle (2) par rapport au battant (3).
