Das Türband 1 besitzt ferner Verbindungselemente 7, 8, die um eine vertikale Drehachse 10 schwenkbeweglich verbunden sind und Anschlussenden 11, 12; 11', 12' aufweisen, die in den Aufnahmeräumen 6, 6' an den Gehäuseteilen 2, 2' gelagert sind. Während ein Anschlussende 11, 11' der Verbindungselemente um eine gehäusefeste Drehachse 13, 13' verschwenkbar angeordnet ist, ist das andere Anschlussende 12, 12' der Verbindungselemente 7, 8 in dem zugeordneten Aufnahmeraum 6, 6' entlang einer Längsführung 14, 14' verschiebbar geführt, die sich von der Vorderseite der Aufnahmeräume 6, 6' zur Rückseite erstreckt. Des Weiteren ist eine durch das Türband flexibel hindurch geführte Elektroleitung vorgesehen, die als Flachband 15 ausgebildet ist. Wie insbesondere
Das Flachband 15 ist flexibel und dergestalt durch das Türband geführt, dass ein Einklemmen, Einquetschen oder Abknicken des Flachbandes durch Teile des Türbandes nicht möglich ist. Das durch die Gehäuseteile 2, 2' geführte Flachband ist bei geöffneter Tür durch die Verbindungselemente 7, 8 verdeckt und dadurch vor fahrlässiger oder vorsätzlicher Beschädigung geschützt. Claims (5)
- A door hinge for an arrangement, which is covered when the door is closed, between door frame and door leaf, comprising
two housing parts (2, 2'), which can be inserted into recesses in the door frame and in the door leaf and which encompass an accommodating space for connecting elements (7, 8), which is bounded by a back side (9, 9'), and
connecting elements (7, 8), which are connected so as to be pivotably movable about a vertical axis of rotation (10) and which encompass connection ends (11, 12; 11', 12'), which are mounted in the accommodating spaces (6, 6') at the housing parts (2, 2'),
wherein one connection end (11, 11') of the connecting elements (7, 8) is arranged so as to be pivotable about an axis of rotation (13, 13'), which is fixedly connected to the housing, and the other connection end (12, 12') of the connecting elements (7, 8) is displaceably guided in the assigned accommodating space (6, 6') along a longitudinal guide (14, 14'), which extends from the front side of the accommodating spaces (6, 6') to the back side (9, 9'), wherein provision is made for an electrical line, which if flexibly guided through the door hinge, and wherein the back sides (9, 9') of the accommodating spaces (6, 6') encompass through openings for the electrical line, characterized in that the through openings encompass the shape of elongated holes (16, 16'), which extend parallel to the axis of rotation (13, 13'), which is fixedly connected to the housing, that the electrical line consists of a ribbon cable (15), which is guided through the elongated holes (16, 16') and the door hinge and that the ribbon cable (15) is guided around the two axes of rotation (13, 13'), which are fixedly connected to the housing, in a snake-like manner. - The door hinge according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing parts (2, 2') encompass an upper and a lower fastening flange (3, 4; 3', 4') and that the fastening flanges (3', 4') of the housing part on the side of the door frame encompass elongated holes (17, 18) for height-adjusting the door hinge.
- The door hinge according to claim 2, characterized in that the fastening flanges (3', 4') of at least the housing part (2') on the side of the door frame are milled on their back sides (19, 20).
- The door hinge according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the housing part (2, 2') on the side of the door frame or on the side of the door leaf encompasses a lower as well as an upper adjusting device (21, 21') for horizontally adjusting the door leaf with respect to the door frame.
- The door hinge according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the housing part (2, 2') on the side of the door frame or on the side of the door leaf encompasses a lower and an upper adjusting device (22, 22') for adjusting the door leaf pressure.
