Claims (12)

Vorrichtung zum Schneiden von Frischfleisch-Stücken, insbesondere Hähnchenbrust-Filet, mit einem Schneidkopf, der ein Schneidwerkzeug aufweist, das als endlos umlaufendes, über angetriebene Umlenkrollen verlaufendes Schneidband ausgebildet ist, mit einer Zuführstation, die ein Förderband aufweist, mittels dem auf das Förderband aufgelegte Frischfleisch-Stücke dem Schneidebereich des Schneidwerkzeuges des Schneidkopfes zuführbar sind, mit einem Niederhalter für das zu schneidende Stück Frischfleisch, und mit einer Abführeinrichtung für die geschnittenen Teilstücke des Frischfleisches,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Schneidkopf (3) in einem Maschinengestell (2) stellbeweglich um eine Achse gelagert ist, wobei die Achse in der Förderebene des Förderbandes (5) der Zuführstation und parallel zur Förderrichtung verlaufend, ausgerichtet ist, wobei das schneidende Trumm des Schneidbandes (4) seines Schneidwerkzeuges in einem freien Schnittspalt (15) verläuft, der einerseits durch eine endseitige Umlenkrolle (16) des Förderbandes (5) der Zuführstation und andererseits durch ein parallel zur Umlenkrolle (5) angeordnetes Element (17) der Abführeinrichtung (7) begrenzt ist.
