Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wärmedämmschicht für metallische Bauteile, insbesondere für hochtemperaturbelastete oder heißgasbelastete Bauteile einer Gasturbine, mit einer inneren Kontaktschicht (12) und einer äußeren Deckschicht (16), wobei die innere Kontaktschicht (12) unter Zwischenanordnung einer Haftvermittlungsschicht (18) auf eine Oberfläche des Bauteils (20) aufgebracht ist, wobei zwischen der äußeren Deckschicht (16) und inneren Kontaktschicht (12) eine Zwischenschicht (14) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Zwischenschicht (14) aus einem Material gebildet ist, welches aus mindestens einer Komponente mit mindestens einer Phase besteht, die stöchiometrisch 1 bis 80 Mol-% Mx2O3, 0,5 bis 80 Mol-% MyO und als Rest Al2O3 mit zufälligen Verunreinigungen aufweist, wobei Mx aus den Elementen Lanthan, Chrom und Barium, Neodym oder Mischungen hiervon ausgewählt ist, und wobei My aus den Erdalkalimetallen, den Übergangsmetallen und den seltenen Erden oder Mischungen hiervon, vorzugsweise aus Magnesium, Zink, Kobalt, Mangan, Eisen, Nickel, Chrom, Europium, Samarium oder Mischungen hiervon, ausgewählt ist und die innere Kontaktschicht (12) und die äußere Deckschicht (16) aus einem mit Yttrium, Yttriumoxid, Calcium oder Magnesium teilstabilisierten Zirkoniumoxid bestehen.

Description

Wärmedämmschicht
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wärmedämmschicht für metallische Bauteile, insbesondere für hochtemperaturbelastete oder heißgasbelastete Bauteile einer Gasturbine, mit einer inneren Kontaktschicht und einer äußeren Deckschicht, wobei die innere Kontaktschicht unter Zwischenanordnung einer Haftvermittlungsschicht auf eine Oberfläche des Bauteils aufgebracht ist. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein Bauteil mit einer solchen Wärmedämm- schicht.
Zum Schutz vor hohen Temperaturen und vor Heißgaskorrosion werden metallische Bauteile einer Gasturbine mit Wärmedämmschichten versehen. Die DE 100 08 861 Al offenbart ein Wärmdämmschichtsystem für ein metallisches Bauteil, wobei das Wärmedämmschichtsystem aus einer Kontaktschicht und einer Deckschicht besteht. Die Kontaktschicht befindet sich zwischen einer Haftvermittlungsschicht und der Deckschicht, wobei die Haftvermittlungsschicht auf dem Bauteil aufgebracht ist. Nach der DE 100 08 861 Al besteht die Kontaktschicht des Wärmedämmschichtsystems ganz oder überwiegend aus mit Y2O3 teilstabilisiertem Zirkoniumoxid oder aus einem Glas-Metall-Kompositwerkstoff, die Deckschicht besteht aus vollstabilisiertem, kubischem Zirkoniumoxid (ZrO2). Des Weiteren wurden Versuche mit Wärmedämmschichten aus Lanthanhexaaluminat (LaHA) durchgeführt (EP 1 060 281 Bl). Letztere weisen jedoch im Vergleich zu Zirkoniumoxid eine zu geringe Erosionsbeständigkeit auf. Damit ist der Einsatz von insbesondere LaHA als Wärmedämmschicht nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, eine Wärmedämmschicht der eingangs genannten Art bereitzustellen, die eine deutlich verbesserte Erosionsbeständigkeit aufweist.
Es ist weiterhin Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ein gattungsgemäßes Bauteil bereitzustellen, welches eine deutlich verbesserte Erosionsbeständigkeit aufweist. Gelöst werden diese Aufgaben durch eine Wärmedämmschicht gemäß den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 sowie ein Bauteil gemäß den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 11.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den jeweiligen Unter-ansprüchen beschrieben.
Eine erfindungsgemäße Wärmedämmschicht für metallische Bauteile, insbesondere für hochtemperaturbelastete oder heißgasbelastete Bauteile einer Gasturbine, weist eine innere Kontaktschicht und eine äußere Deckschicht auf, wobei die innere Kontaktschicht unter Zwischenanordnung einer Haftvermittlungsschicht auf eine Oberfläche des Bauteils aufgebracht ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist zwischen der äußeren Deckschicht und der inneren Kontaktschicht eine Zwischenschicht ausgebildet, wobei die Zwischenschicht aus einem Material gebildet ist, welches aus mindestens einer Komponente mit mindestens einer Phase besteht, die stöchiometrisch 1 bis 80 Mol-% Mx2O3, 0,5 bis 80 Mol-% MyO und als Rest Al2O3 mit zufälligen Verunreinigungen aufweist und Mx aus den Elementen Lanthan, Chrom, Barium, Neodym oder Mischungen hiervon ausgewählt ist, und wobei My aus den Erdalkalimetallen, den Übergangsmetallen und den seltenen Erden oder Mischungen hiervon, vorzugsweise aus Magnesium, Zink, Kobalt, Mangan, Eisen, Nickel, Chrom, Europium, Samarium oder Mischungen hiervon, ausgewählt ist und die innere Kontaktschicht und die äußere Deckschicht aus einem mit Yttrium, Yttriumoxid, Calcium oder Magnesium teilstabilisierten Zirkoniumoxid bestehen. Dabei kann gemäß einer Ausfuhrungsform der Erfindung in der Zwischenschicht Mx2O3 als La2O3 und MyO als MgO ausgeführt sein, wobei die Phase eine Hexaaluminatphase der Magnetoplumbit-Struktur ist. Die Zwischenschicht besteht dabei insbesondere aus Lanthanhexaaluminat, insbesondere dotiertem Lan- thanhexaaluminat. Durch den erfindungsgemäßen Aufbau der Wärmedämmschicht ist es möglich, die Vorteile der im Vergleich zu Zirkoniumoxid wesentlich sinterstabileren Zwischenschicht, insbesondere bestehend aus Lanthanhexaaluminat, in vollem Umfang im Triebwerksbau auszunutzen und gleichzeitig eine durch die äußere Deckschicht gewährleistete hohe Erosionsbeständigkeit zu erzielen. Des Weiteren ist bei der erfindungsgemäßen Wärmedämmschicht eine zusätzliche Phasengrenze zwischen der äußeren Deckschicht und der Zwischenschicht ausgebildet. Diese fungiert als Störstelle und reduziert die Wärmeleitung in der Wärmedämmschicht signifikant.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Wärmedämmschicht ist die auf das metallische Bauteil aufgebrachte Hafitvermittlungsschicht metallisch und vorzugsweise als Aluminium-Diffusions-schicht oder als Platin-Aluminium- Diffusionsschicht oder als MCrAlY- Auftragschicht ausgebildet. Die Haftvermittlungsschicht erhöht die Haftung der Wärmedämmschicht auf dem metallischen Bauteil.
In weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltungen der erfϊndungsgemäßen Wärmedämmschicht weist die äußere Deckschicht eine Schichtdicke zwischen 1 und 250 μm, insbesondere zwischen 10 und 200 μm, die Zwischenschicht eine Schichtdicke zwischen 30 und 2250 μm, insbesondere zwischen 50 und 2000μm, die innere Kontaktschicht eine Schichtdicke zwischen 1 und 2250 μm, insbesondere zwischen 1 und 2000 μm und die Haftvermittlungsschicht eine Schichtdicke zwischen 1 und 650 μm, insbesondere zwischen 1 und 500 μm auf. Durch die Wahl der Schichtdicke der äußeren Deckschicht ist vorteilhafterweise gewährleistet, dass auch bei einem Auftreten von (Mikro)-Rissen in der Deckschicht nach langen Einsatzzeiten bei hohen Einsatztemperaturen es nicht zu einer weiteren mechanischen Desintegration des Gesamtsystems bzw. der Wärmedämmschicht kommt.
Ein erfindungsgemäßes Bauteil, insbesondere ein Bauteil einer Gasturbine wie eines Flugtriebwerks, mit einer auf einer metallischen Bauteiloberfläche aufgebrachten Haftvermittlungsschicht und einer auf die Haftvermittlungsschicht zumindest teilweise aufgebrachten Wärmedämmschicht besteht aus einem metallischen Substrat und einer auf das metallische Substrat zumindest teilweise aufgebrachten erfindungsgemäßen Wärmedämmschicht, wie im Vorhergehenden beschrieben. Ein entsprechend beschichtetes Bauteil weist aufgrund der deutlichen Reduzierung der Wärmeleitfähigkeit und einer ebenfalls signifikant erhöhten Erosionsbeständigkeit der Wärmedämmschicht gemäß vorliegender Erfindung eine deutlich geringere Verschleißrate bei einer entsprechend höheren Lebensdauer auf. Die erfindungsgemäße Wärmedämmschicht bzw. deren Einzelbestandteile und -schichten werden vorzugsweise durch thermisches Spritzen oder durch einen PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) bzw. EB-PVD (Elektronenstrahl Physical Vapor Deposition)-Prozess oder einen CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition)-Prozess auf das Bauteil aufgebracht. Auch andere Verfahren sind denkbar. Die einzelnen Verfahren zum Aufbringen der Schichten sind dem hier angesprochenen Fachmann geläufig und bedürfen daher keiner näheren Erläuterung.
Weitere Vorteile, Merkmale und Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung eines zeichnerisch dargestellten Aus-führungsbeispiels.
Die Figur zeigt dabei stark schematisiert ein metallisches Bauteil 20 einer Gasturbine, wobei auf eine Oberfläche des Bauteils 20 eine Haftvermittlungsschicht 18 aufgebracht ist. Auf die Haftvermittlungsschicht 18 ist eine Wärmedämmschicht 10 aufgebracht, wobei die Wärmedämmschicht 10 eine innere Kontaktschicht 12, eine Zwischenschicht 14 und eine äußere Deckschicht 16 umfasst.
Die innere Kontaktschicht 12 und die Deckschicht 16 bestehen dabei aus einer mit Yttrium, Yttriumoxid, Calcium oder Magnesium teilstabilisierten Zirkoniumoxid-Schicht. Die Zwischenschicht 14 ist gemäß dem Ausführungsbeispiel aus Lanthanhexaaluminat gebildet. Das Lanthanhexaaluminat ist dabei vorzugsweise mit Magnesium oder auch Mangan stabilisiert.
Durch den insgesamt vierschichtigen Aufbau der Wärmedämmschicht 10 aus metallischer Haftvermittlungsschicht 18, der Kontaktschicht 16 aus teilstabilisiertem Zirkoniumoxid, der Zwischenschicht 14 aus Lanthanhexaaluminat und der Deckschicht 16 aus teilstabilisiertem Zirkoniumoxid wird erzielt, dass die thermischen Ausdehnungskoeffizienten zwischen den einzelnen Lagen aneinander angepasst sind. Spannungen innerhalb der Wärmedämmschicht 10 werden dadurch minimiert.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Wärmedämmschicht für metallische Bauteile, insbesondere für hochtemperaturbelas- tete oder heißgasbelastete Bauteile einer Gasturbine, mit einer inneren Kontaktschicht (12) und einer äußeren Deckschicht (16), wobei die innere Kontaktschicht (12) unter Zwischenanordnung einer Haftvermittlungsschicht (18) auf eine Oberfläche des Bauteils (20) aufgebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der äußeren Deckschicht (16) und inneren Kontaktschicht (12) eine Zwischenschicht (14) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Zwischenschicht (14) aus einem Material gebildet ist, welches aus mindestens einer Komponente mit mindestens einer Phase besteht, die stö- chiometrisch 1 bis 80 Mol-% Mx2O3, 0,5 bis 80 Mol-% MyO und als Rest Al2O3 mit zufälligen Verunreinigungen aufweist, wobei Mx aus den Elementen Lanthan, Chrom, Barium, Neodym oder Mischungen hiervon ausgewählt ist, und wobei My aus den Erdalkalimetallen, den Übergangsmetallen und den seltenen Erden oder Mischungen hiervon, vorzugsweise aus Magnesium, Zink, Kobalt, Mangan, Eisen, Nickel, Chrom, Europium, Samarium oder Mischungen hiervon, ausgewählt ist und die innere Kontaktschicht (12) und die äußere Deckschicht (16) aus einem mit Yttrium, Yttriumoxid, Calcium oder Magnesium teilstabilisierten Zirkoniumoxid bestehen.
2. Wärmedämmschicht nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Zwischenschicht (14) Mx2O3 als La2O3 und MyO als MgO ausgeführt ist, wobei die Phase eine Hexaaluminatphase der Magnetoplumbit-Struktur ist.
3. Wärmedämmschicht nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenschicht (14) aus Lanthanhexaaluminat, insbesondere dotiertem Lanthanhexaa- luminat, gebildet ist.
4. Wärmedämmschicht nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haftvermittlungsschicht (18) metallisch ausgebildet ist.
5. Wärmedämmschicht nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haftvermittlungsschicht (18) als Aluminium-Schicht oder als Platin-Aluminium-Schicht oder als MCrAlY-Schicht ausgebildet ist.
6. Wärmedämmschicht nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bauteil (20) metallisch ausgebildet ist.
7. Wärmedämmschicht nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußere Deckschicht (16) eine Schichtdicke zwischen 1 und 250 μm aufweist.
8. Wärmedämmschicht nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Zwischenschicht (14) eine Schichtdicke zwischen 30 und 2250 μm aufweist.
9. Wärmedämmschicht nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innere Kontaktschicht (12) eine Schichtdicke zwischen 1 und 2250 μm aufweist.
10. Wärmedämmschicht nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Haftvermittlungsschicht (18) eine Schichtdicke zwischen 1 und 650 μm aufweist.
11. Bauteil, insbesondere Bauteil einer Gasturbine wie eines Flugtriebwerks, mit einer auf einer metallischen Bauteiloberfläche aufgebrachten Haftvermittlungsschicht (18) und einer auf die Haftvermittlungsschicht (18) zumindest teilweise aufgebrachten Wärmedämmschicht (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wärmedämmschicht (10) nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 ausgebildet ist.
