Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a training arrangement according to the preamble of
There are known sports equipment, which are controlled by a computer, or which record training sequences, represent and / or evaluate the success of an exercise. It is also common, especially in so-called fitness centers, perform a plurality of exercises in time stringing, it being disadvantageous that the exercises are performed on different sports equipment regardless of the previously completed exercises and in a rating by the individual sports equipment no Consideration. This leads to inefficient training and can subsequently lead to an overstraining or to a training that is harmful to the body, whereby the test person's expected positive training effect of increased well-being can be reversed to the opposite.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide a training arrangement of the aforementioned type, which makes it possible to train the body stability of a subject with respect to an axis on different sports equipment and to assess the overall performance.
This is achieved by the features of
As a result, the body stability can be trained around different axes, and a body stability index can be measured in each case. Due to the different training of successive sports equipment, the so-called. Body axis-appropriate training is preferably supported, therefore training the body stability by only one axis.
A variant of the invention may be that at least one biometric station with a fifth computer, in particular for detecting and / or recording biometric data of humans, preferably the mass or the weight, the body fat content, the blood sugar level and / or the pulse is provided , and that the fifth computer is provided for data exchange with the first, second, third and / or fourth computer. As a result, the physical condition of a subject in training can be taken into account and / or controlled.

As a result, when carrying out an exercise on a
