Abstract

Die Vorrichtung (30) dient zum Weben eines Breitgewebes (10) und zum Trennen des Breitgewebes in Bänder (10') mittels beheizter Schneiddrähte (20). Im Bereich des Schneidbereiches gibt es ein Druck- und ein Gegendruckglied (40;50) auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten (15, 16) des Gewebes (10), das durch eine Transportrichtung unter Längsspannung gehalten wird. Das Druck- und Gegendruckglied (40; 50) sorgen für eine Nachbehandlung der im Trennschnittbereich entstehenden Schmelzkanten (29) zwischen benachbarten Bändern. Für eine Verbesserung des Trennschnitts wird vorgeschlagen, mindestens das Druckglied (40) zweiteilig auszubilden und in einen ortsfesten Stationärteil (46) und einen damit verbundenen Bewegungsteil (45) zu gliedern. Der Stationärteil (46) hat eine Führung (42) für das Gewebe und den Schneiddraht (20), die mit einer Gegenführung im Gegendruckglied (50) ausgerichtet ist. Der Bewegungsteil (45) trägt die eine Draht-Befestigungsstelle (26), während die andere Draht-Gegenbefestigungsstelle (66) sich am Gegendruckglied (50) befindet. Ein Kraftgenerator ist bestrebt, den Bewegungsteil (45) vom Stationärteil (46) wegzubewegen. Dadurch wird ein zwischen der Führung (42) der Gegenführung verlaufender Draht-Wirkabschnitt (25) stramm gehalten (Fig. 2).

In the area of the cutting area there are a pressure and a counter-pressure member (40, 50) on opposite sides (15, 16) of the fabric (10), which is held by a transport direction under longitudinal tension. The pressure and counterpressure members (40, 50) provide aftertreatment of the melt edges (29) produced in the separating cut area between adjacent bands. For an improvement of the separating cut, it is proposed to form at least the pressure member (40) in two parts and to divide it into a stationary stationary part (46) and a related movement part (45). The stationary part (46) has a guide (42) for the fabric and the cutting wire (20), which is aligned with a counter guide in the counter-pressure member (50). The moving part (45) carries one wire attachment point (26) while the other wire counter attachment point (66) is on the counterpressure member (50). A force generator tends to move the moving part (45) away from the stationary part (46). As a result, a wire-active section (25) running between the guide (42) of the counter guide is held tight (FIG. 2).
