Die Sensoreinrichtung 6 ist in ihrem Grundaufbau und in ihrer Grundfunktion aus der Druckschrift DE 195 37 909 A1 bekannt. In der Arbeitsstellung kann die Sensoreinrichtung 6 beispielsweise die Temperatur eines auf der entsprechenden Kochstelle 5 abgestellten, gestrichelt angedeuteten Kochgefäßes 8 bzw. dessen Außenwandtemperatur erfassen. Den gemessenen Temperaturwert übermittelt die Sensoreinrichtung 6 an die nicht dargestellte Steuereinheit des Kochfeldes 1, die wiederum die Heizelemente des Kochfeldes entsprechend ansteuert. Dabei kann die Sensoreinrichtung 6 sowohl die Kochgefäßtemperaturen bei Gas-, Induktions- oder Strahlungsheizelemente-Kochfeldern ermitteln als auch andere bei Kochfeldern aller Art relevanten Temperaturen messen. In der kreisförmigen Plattenöffnung 7 der Glaskeramikplatte 2 ist von oben ein z.B. metallischer Ring 9 gesteckt. Der Ring 9 weist eine sich unterhalb der Glaskeramikplatte 2 erstreckende Zylinderwand 10 auf, deren plattenunterseitiger Endabschnitt einen Rastabschnitt 11 besitzt. Die Sensoreinrichtung 6 weist gemäß Fig. 2 ein rohrförmiges Aufnahmeteil 13 auf, dass im Bereich eines plattenoberseitigen Absatzes über eine Dichtung an die Unterseite des Kragens 12 des Ringes 9 gedrückt ist. An einem mit dem unteren Endabschnitt des Aufnahmeteils 13 verschnappten Boden 15 ist eine an sich bekannte Rastvorrichtung 16 ausgebildet. Weiterhin stützt sich an dem Boden 15 eine Druckfeder 17 ab, in der die Energie gespeichert ist zur selbsttätigen Bewegung der Sensoreinrichtung 6 d.h. des Gehäuses 18 aus der Ruhestellung unterhalb der Glaskeramikplatte (Fig. 1) in die Arbeitsstellung oberhalb der Glaskeramikplatte 2 (Fig. 2). In dem Aufnahmeteil 13 ist ein domförmiges Gehäuse 18 vertikal verschiebbar geführt. Im Gehäuse 18 ist eine Infrarotsensorik 19 angeordnet, die durch ein im Gehäuse 18 vorgesehenes Fenster einfallende Wärmestrahlung detektiert und in ein geeignetes Messsignal umformt. Die Infrarotsensorik 19 ist über eine elektrische Leitung 26 mit einer nicht gezeigten Steuereinheit des Kochfeldes 1 verbunden. Unterhalb einer parallel zum Boden 15 verlaufenden Trennwand 20 des Gehäuses 18 ist an dieser eine herzförmige, an sich bekannte, Kulissenführung 21 befestigt. Selbstverständlich kann es vorteilhaft sein, am in der Arbeitsstellung des Gehäuses 18 sichtbaren Schaft desselben unterhalb der Deckplatte 22 Anzeigelemente anzuordnen. Ferner kann das Funktionsorgan, also im Beispiel die Sensoreinrichtung 6, mit einem oder mehreren Bedienelementen versehen sein, z.B. mit einem Ein-Aus-Schalter im Bereich der Deckplatte 22. Schließlich kann das Funktionsorgan auch akustische Signalgeber z.B. einen Summer 27 sowie Einrichtungen zur Lichtunterbrechung durch Blinken oder durch Farbwechsel, unterschiedliche Färbung der Anzeige und dergleichen aufweisen, wodurch nicht nur die Position und die Arbeitsbereitschaft des Funktionsorgans angezeigt wird sondern auch weitere Signale z.B. bezüglich Temperatur-Sollwert, Warnsignale bei Übertemperatur oder sonstige Nutzerhinweise dem Benutzer sichtbar oder hörbar gemacht werden können. Die zur Ansteuerung der Anzeigen notwendigen Signale können von einer zentralen Steuereinrichtung des Kochfeldes 1 abgegeben werden oder von einer kleinen Steuereinheit im Funktionsorgan initiiert werden. Claims (12)

  1. Cooktop (1) with a sensor device (6) arranged therein for non-contact detection of a wall temperature of a cooking vessel (8) radiating heat energy placed on the cooktop (1), which sensor device (6) is able to be moved from a retracted rest position within the cooktop (1) into an operating position projecting above the level of the cooktop, characterised in that display and/or control elements (23, 24) for the actuation or monitoring of the sensor device (6) are part of the sensor device (6).
  2. Cooktop (1) according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the sensor device (6) can be moved manually or by a motor.
  3. Cooktop (1) according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the sensor device (6) features a dome-shaped housing (18) able to be retracted into a cooking zone (2) of the cooktop (1), in which housing an infrared sensor system (19) connected to a control device is arranged behind a housing window aligned to the cooking vessel (8) as well as optical and/or acoustic signal elements (23, 24) for the display or for the operating state being provided in the housing (18) and/or being assigned thereto in the immediate vicinity thereof.
  4. Cooktop (1) according to claim 3, characterised in that the retractable housing (18) is supported to enable it to move within a stationary mounting part (13) and that display and/or control elements (23, 24) are arranged in the housing (18) and/or in the mounting part (13).
  5. Cooktop (1) according to one of claims 3 or 4, characterised in that a ring (9) provided on the surface of the cooking zone (2) as a direct or indirect part of a stationary mounting part (13) for the retractable housing (18) is provided with an annular signal element (24) surrounding the housing (18).
  6. Cooktop (1) according to one of claims 3 to 5, characterised in that display elements are arranged on the shaft visible in the operating position of the housing (18) below a cover plate (22).
  7. Cooktop (1) according to one of claims 3 to 6, characterised in that the sensor device (6) is provided with an on/off switch in the area of a cover plate (22).
  8. Cooktop (1) according to one of claims 3-7, characterised in that the retractable housing (18) at least on its upper delimiting part, also visible in the retracted position, features optical display and/or control elements, especially signal elements (23).
  9. Cooktop (1) according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the display and/or control elements (23, 24) are embodied as a light unit consisting of light-conducting material, to which light sources light-emitting diodes (25) are preferably assigned.
  10. Cooktop (1) according to claim 9, characterised in that the light units are connected by means of optical fibres to a central light source.
  11. Cooktop (1) according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the optical display and/or control elements are assigned facilities for interrupting the light, i.e. through flashing or through colour change.
  12. Cooktop (1) according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the display and/or control elements are assigned acoustic signal generators (27) e.g. buzzers.
