Furthermore, oil is supplied to all the mentioned bearings 28, 30, 42 and 46. These bearing are supplied with oil through labyrinth sealings 52, 54, 56 and 60. This assures that only a relatively small amount of oil flows through the bearings.

  • An oil separator 502 receives refrigerant and oil coming from the compressor system, where oil flows into an oil reservoir 504 from where the oil is sent to an oil cooler 506 before being sent to an oil filter 508. Filtrated oil is distributed through channel 510 leading from the oil filter 508 where channel 510 is connected to a volume at the end of a balancing piston 514, which balancing piston 514 acts against pressure forces acting on the male rotor. By using the balancing piston 514 these acting forces are partly reduced.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de lubrifier un compresseur à vis et un compresseur à vis comprenant un carter de compresseur (4) ; le carter comprend un rotor à vis mâle (8) et un rotor à vis femelle (10) et au moins une entrée d'huile (12), à partir de laquelle de l'huile est distribuée pour lubrifier des pièces mécaniques conjointement au compresseur. Le carter de compresseur (4) est connecté à un carter de palier (14), les plaques d'extrémité de rotor (16, 18) comprenant des découpes pour orifices de décharge ; les plaques d'extrémité sont placées entre les rotors à vis (8, 10) et le carter de palier (14), l'huile à une première pression élevée au moins étant distribuée dans des canaux d'un seul tenant formés dans les composants de compresseur, les canaux d'huile longitudinaux étant formés dans le carter de compresseur (4) le long des rotors à vis (8, 10) et les canaux d'huile pour la plupart parallèles aux axes de rotation des rotors à vis peuvant être formés au moins dans le carter de palier (14) et dans les plaques d'extrémité de rotor (16, 18).
