Claims (15)
- Haushaltsgerät, umfassend
ein Kochfeld mit einer Keramikplatte und
ein Schalt- und/oder Einstellelement (1) zum Schalten und/oder Einstellen eines Betriebsparameters des Geräts durch Drehen eines Einstellknopfes (2) um eine Achse (3), wobei ein Schalter (4) unter der Keramikplatte (5) angeordnet ist und sich eine Achswelle (6) durch eine Bohrung (7) in der Keramikplatte (5) erstreckt, wobei der Einstellknopf (2) am distalen Ende der Achswelle (6) über der Keramikplatte (5) und entfernt vom Schalter (4) montiert ist,
wobei der Durchgang der Achswelle (6) durch die Bohrung (7) in der Keramikplatte (5) mit Mitteln (8, 9) zum Anordnen der Achswelle (6) im Verhältnis zur Bohrung (7) ausgerüstet ist. - Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (8, 9) zum Anordnen der Achswelle (6) im Verhältnis zur Bohrung (7) ein Sockelelement (8) umfassen, das in der Bohrung (7) in der Keramikplatte (5) befestigt ist, und ferner ein Buchsenelement (9), das in das Sockelelement (8) einführbar oder eingeführt ist.
- Haushaltsgerät-Element gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Buchsenelement (9) einen Außenumfang (10) und eine Bohrung (11) aufweist, wobei der Außenumfang (10) konzentrisch in einer Aufnahme (12) im Sockelelement (8) angeordnet ist.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achswelle (6) eine zylindrische Außenfläche oder einen kreisförmigen Querschnitt mit einem Durchmesser (d) aufweist.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenoberfläche der Achswelle (6) einen zylindrischen Teil des Durchmessers (d) und einen flachen Teil mit einem Abstand (a) zur gegenüber liegenden Linie auf dem zylindrischen Teil aufweist, oder dadurch, dass die Außenoberfläche der Achswelle (6) eine zylindrische Basisform des Durchmessers (d) und einen ausgeschnittenen flachen Abschnitt auf einer Seite aufweist, der in einem Abstand (a) von einer gegenüber liegenden Linie auf der zylindrischen Basisform beabstandet ist, oder dadurch, dass die Achswelle (6) einen Außenumfang im Querschnitt aufweist, der aus einem kreisförmigen Abschnitt des Durchmessers (d) und einem linearen Abschnitt zusammengesetzt ist, der in einem Abstand (a) von einem gegenüber liegenden Punkt auf dem kreisförmigen Abschnitt beabstandet ist, wobei der Abstand (a) kleiner ist als der Durchmesser (d) der Achswelle (6).
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 4 oder Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrung (11) im Buchsenelement (9) einen Durchmesser (D) aufweist, der im wesentlichen dem Durchmesser (d) der Achswelle (6) entspricht.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sockelelement (8) mindestens einen Dichtungsabschnitt (13, 14) aufweist, der sich radial auswärts erstreckt und der sich radial über die Bohrung (7) in der Keramikplatte (5) hinaus erstreckt.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Dichtungsabschnitt (13) oberhalb und ein Dichtungsabschnitt (14) unterhalb der Keramikplatte (5) angeordnet ist.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sockelelement (8) einen Lagerabschnitt (15) aufweist, der sich radial nach innen erstreckt, um das Buchsenelement (9) zu tragen.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sockelelement (8) einen Befestigungsabschnitt (16) aufweist, der sich radial nach innen erstreckt, um das in das Sockelelement (8) eigeführte Buchsenelement (9) insbesondere in Achsrichtung zu sichern.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sockelelement (8) einen Mittelabschnitt (17) aufweist, der sich radial nach innen erstreckt, um das Buchsenelement (9) zu zentrieren, wenn es in das Sockelelement (8) eingeführt wird.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Buchsenelement (9) im Längsquerschnitt oder im Achsquerschnitt eine Doppel-T-Form aufweist.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sockelelement (8) aus Gummi oder aus einem Elastomermaterial gefertigt ist.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sockelelement (9) aus einem Kunststoffmaterial, insbesondere aus einem thermoplastischen Material, gefertigt ist.
- Haushaltsgerät gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schalter (4) auch einen Schaltfunktion aufweist, wenn die Achswelle durch den
Einstellknopf (2) in Achsrichtung gedrückt wird, und/oder dadurch, dass dieses einen Teil eines Haushaltsofens bildet.
