Finally, the set of points or the track section 2 is laid on the ballast 3 using the device, aligned with the existing track 7.

Claims (12)

  1. Selbstangetriebene Vorrichtung zum Längsverlegen von Schienenweichen und Schienenstrecken, enthaltend:
    - einen starren Hauptträgerkörper (4), der sich von einem ersten Ende (5) bis zu einem zweiten Ende (6) entlang einer Hauptausdehnungsrichtung erstreckt, welche im Betrieb parallel zu der Strecke (7) verläuft, auf welcher das Verlegen stattfinden soll;
    - Einhakmittel (8), betrieblich dem Hauptkörper (4) zugeordnet, um wahlweise an dem Hauptkörper (4) einen Satz von Weichen oder einen Schienenabschnitt einzuhaken, positioniert unter dem Hauptkörper (4);
    - Antriebsmittel (9), zugeordnet dem Hauptkörper (4), um die Bewegung der Vorrichtung auf dem Boden zu erlauben; und
    - einen Förderer (20), montiert über dem Hauptkörper (4) und sich von seinem ersten Ende (21), das an dem ersten Ende (5) des Hauptkörpers (4) positioniert ist, bis zu seinem zweiten Ende (22), positioniert an dem zweiten Ende (6) des Hauptkörpers (4), erstreckend, wobei der Förderer (20) dazu bestimmt ist, Schotter (3) von seinem ersten Ende (21) bis zu seinem zweiten Ende (22) zu transportieren und diesen vor dem zweiten Ende (6) des Hauptkörpers (4) entlang der Hauptausdehnungsrichtung abzuladen;
    - wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Antriebsmittel (9) eine Anzahl von ersten Stützen (10) enthält, in der Lage, die Vorrichtung unabhängig zu tragen, und eine Anzahl von zweiten Stützen (11), in der Lage, die Vorrichtung unabhängig zu tragen, wobei wenigstens die ersten Stützen (10) ebenfalls in der Lage sind, sich im Verhältnis zu dem Hauptkörper (4) und die zweiten Stützen (11) sich entlang der Hauptausdehnungsrichtung zu bewegen.
  2. Selbstangetriebene Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Ende (22) des Förderers (20) entlang der Hauptausdehnungsrichtung im Verhältnis zu dem zweiten Ende (6) des Hauptkörpers (4) nach der Art eines Auslegers positioniert ist.
  3. Selbstangetriebene Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Förderer (20) entlang der Hauptausdehnungsrichtung eine Anzahl von Förderbändern (23) enthält, positioniert eines hinter dem anderen und sich teilweise einander überlappend.
  4. Selbstangetriebene Vorrichtung nach einem jeden der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ebenfalls Hebemittel (24) enthält, betrieblich dem Hauptkörper (4) zugeordnet, um dessen Position im Verhältnis zu einer durch die Antriebsmittel (9) gebildeten Stützfläche zu verändern, und zwar zwischen einer gesenkten Position, in welcher die Einhakmittel (8) in der Lage sind, einen auf dem Boden liegenden Satz von Weichen oder einen Schienenabschnitt (2) einzuhaken, und einer angehobenen Position.
  5. Selbstangetriebene Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebemittel (24) zwischen dem Hauptkörper (4) und den Antriebsmitteln (9) eingesetzt sind, um deren Position im Verhältnis zueinander zu verändern.
  6. Selbstangetriebene Vorrichtung nach einem jeden der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Stützen (11) ebenfalls in der Lage sind, sich im Verhältnis zu dem Hauptkörper (4) und den ersten Stützen (10) entlang der Hauptausdehnungsrichtung zu bewegen.
  7. Selbstangetriebene Vorrichtung nach einem jeden der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und/oder zweiten Stützen (11) sich ebenfalls zwischen einer angehobenen und einer gesenkten Position bewegen können.
  8. Selbstangetriebene Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützen sich zwischen der angehobenen Position und der gesenkten Position lotrecht zu der Ebene bewegen können, in welcher ein von den Einhakmitteln (8) eingehakter Satz von Weichen oder ein Schienenabschnitt (2) liegt.
  9. Selbstangetriebene Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 5 und Patentanspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebemittel (24) die Stützen zwischen der angehobenen Position und der gesenkten Position bewegen.
  10. Selbstangetriebene Vorrichtung nach einem jeden der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ebenfalls Mittel (17) zur Verbreiterung der Antriebsmittel (9) enthält, zugeordnet dem Hauptkörper (4).
  11. Verfahren zum Längsverlegen von Schienenweichen und Schienenstrecken mit einer selbstangetriebenen Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Betriebsschritte enthält:
    - Aufbringen einer Lage von Schotter (3) auf den Boden, ausgerichtet zu einer vorgegebenen Strecke (7), um eine Trägerbasis für den zu verlegenden Satz von Weichen oder den Schienenabschnitt (2) zu bilden;
    - Längsbewegung über dem Schotter (3) der genannten selbstangetriebenen Vorrichtung (1), welche den zu verlegenden Satz von Weichen oder den Schienenabschnitt (2) trägt, zu einer Verlegeposition, in welcher sich der Satz von Weichen oder der Schienenabschnitt (2) über der Trägerbasis befindet;
    - Verlegen des Satzes von Weichen oder des Schienenabschnittes (2) auf dem Schotter (3) unter Verwendung der Vorrichtung (1); und
    - Aufbringen des Schotters (3) während der Phase der Längsbewegung der Vorrichtung (1) durch die Wirkung der Vorrichtung selbst;
    wobei das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Schotter (3) vor der Vorrichtung (1) während deren Bewegung zu der Verlegeposition hin aufgebracht wird.
  12. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Phase des Aufbringens von Schotter (3) wiederum die folgenden Betriebsschritte einbezieht:
    - Zuführen des Schotters (3) an ein erstes Ende (21) eines Förderers (20), positioniert am oberen Teil der Vorrichtung, wobei das erste Ende (21) unter Bezugnahme auf die Vorlaufrichtung der Längsbewegung der Vorrichtung (1) an einem hinteren Ende (5) der Vorrichtung (1) positioniert ist;
    - Nivellieren des abgeladenen Schotters (3), um eine Trägerbasis herzustellen; und
    - Weiterführen der genannten Zuführ- und Abladevorgänge während der Bewegung der Vorrichtung (1) zu der Verlegeposition hin, bis die Herstellung der Trägerbasis vervollständigt ist.
