Claims (7)

  1. Apparatus (100) for keeping food warm in a sales counter, having at least one heating lamp (101, 102) which emits thermal radiation downwards in the direction of the food which is to be kept warm, characterized in that

  6. Apparatus according to either of the preceding Claims 4 and 5, characterized in that the reflector (107, 108) is channel-like (107a, 108a) at the top in cross section and the sides of the said reflector form a V-shape (107b, 107c, 108b, 108c).
  7. Apparatus according to one of the preceding Claims 4-6, characterized in that a base (109, 110) is provided beneath the channel-like lower face (107a, 108a) of the reflector (107, 108), the said base being formed from a perforated metal sheet (109, 110) which supports the reflector.
