Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif de chauffage électrique, en particulier comme chauffage d'appoint pour un véhicule automobile, comportant un boîtier (2) constituant des ouvertures de châssis opposées (16, 18), dans lequel est agencé un bloc de chauffage (8) avec au moins un élément de radiateur, avec au moins un élément dispensateur de chaleur (12) comportant au moins un élément chauffant PTC (30), et dans lequel une pluralité de contacts (14) connectés électriquement avec l'au moins un élément chauffant PTC (30) sont maintenus isolés,
    dans lequel le boîtier (2) comporte une partie de boîtier inférieure (4), qui constitue un logement (24) pour le bloc de chauffage (8) et un châssis entourant le logement (24), et une partie de boîtier supérieure (6), qui est connectée à la partie inférieure du boîtier (4) pour inclure le bloc de chauffage (8), et comporte des pattes de guidage (76, 78, 80) qui dépassent d'un couvercle (88) de la partie supérieure du boîtier (6) comprenant le bloc de chauffage (8), constituées d'une seule pièce avec ladite partie supérieure du boîtier et en prise dans des ouvertures de guidage correspondantes réalisées dans la partie inférieure du boîtier (4), qui sont formées dans des longerons longitudinaux (64, 66) opposés de la partie inférieure du boîtier (4) et constituent des guides de patte (68, 70, 72) pour les pattes de guidage (76, 78, 80),
    caractérisé
    en ce que les surfaces fonctionnelles constituant les logements (24), qui délimitent les logements pour le bloc de chauffage (8), et les surfaces fonctionnelles qui constituent les pattes de guidage (76, 78, 80) et les guides de patte (68, 70, 72), qui permettent l'agencement des éléments de boîtier (4, 6) et guident les déplacements relatifs nécessaires correspondants des éléments de boîtier (4, 6), ainsi que les surfaces de contour qui constituent le contour externe de la partie inférieure du boîtier (4) et les surfaces de délimitation de la partie supérieure du boîtier (6) qui délimitent le couvercle (88), sont disposées uniquement parallèlement ou perpendiculairement au plan comprenant l'ouverture du châssis (16 ; 18), dans lequel les surfaces de bord et de délimitation sont les surfaces qui définissent le contour externe des éléments de boîtier (4, 6) et du boîtier (2), à l'exception de surfaces étroites frontales et latérales où deux surfaces planes se rencontrent à angle droit.
  2. Dispositif de chauffage électrique avec au moins un élément de ressort (96) compris dans le boîtier (2), grâce auquel le bloc de chauffage (8) est maintenu sous précontrainte dans le boîtier (2), selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie inférieure du boîtier (4) constitue des surfaces de contact (52c ; 58 ; 106) pour l'au moins un élément de ressort (96) qui sont disposées uniquement parallèlement ou perpendiculairement au plan comprenant l'ouverture du châssis (18).
  3. Dispositif de chauffage électrique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que des pattes de guidage sélectionnées sont constituées sous forme des pattes de verrouillage (78), en ce que les guides de patte (70) associés à ces pattes de verrouillage (78) débouchent dans une fenêtre (74) qui s'ouvre du côté extérieur de la partie inférieure du boîtier (4), et en ce que des surfaces de verrouillage (86) constituées sur les pattes de verrouillage (78) et des contre-surfaces de verrouillage (114) constituées par la fenêtre (74) s'étendent perpendiculairement au plan comprenant l'ouverture du châssis (16).
  4. Dispositif de chauffage électrique selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un flasque (82) de la patte de verrouillage (78) dépassant de la surface de verrouillage (86) et supportant celle-ci ressort de la surface externe du couvercle (88) et forme une protubérance (90) qui est formée sur le bord extérieur du couvercle (88).
  5. Dispositif de chauffage électrique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que seules des surfaces de bord (108, 110) entre des surfaces qui se joignent à angle droit ou des surfaces frontales d'éléments de boîtier sont usinées ou arrondies par fraisage ou meulage.
