Abstract

The packaging has an adjusting device comprising a recess and a slide element movable in the recess. The slide element is glued with two-dimensional guiding elements overlapping lateral edges and longitudinal edges of the recess. A sliding cover forms a closed transport packaging together with a goods tray in a transport position. The sliding cover is arranged inside a side wall (34) of the goods tray in a telescopic manner. The guiding elements are formed as a detachable part of a side wall (4) of the sliding cover.

Description

The invention relates to a transport and display packaging with a Warentray with a rear wall, two side walls, a bottom and a front wall, and adjusting devices for transferring the rear wall from a vertical transport position in a tilted to the vertical display position, the rear wall with in the transport position parallel to the side walls arranged side flaps is provided, the adjusting devices are formed in the region of the side flaps and side walls and each comprise a recess and a movable in the recess sliding element which is glued to the edges of the recess at least partially superior surface guide element.

Appropriate transport and display packaging are well known. They serve, inter alia, the transport and presentation of goods, eg. As cartons, tableware, etc. The goods are here already introduced for transport in the transport and display packaging and removed directly from this during the sale. While it is important in the transport state to transport the goods upright in order to make optimum use of the available storage space, this is in the presentation case, ie in the shop, disadvantageous. If a product is taken from customers, then there is the possibility that the remaining goods fall over forward. In this case, the goods must be rearranged again to allow a good insight for the customers. This is both time consuming and costly. In order to simplify the removal of the packaged products here, packaging is increasingly being produced which makes it possible to pivot at least one wall outwards.

From the FR 2 815 939 is a blank for producing a container is known, with a rectangular bottom and from this at a right angle upwardly extending trapezoidal side walls, and each having a rectangular front and rear walls. On the side edges of the rear walls side flaps are arranged, which are designed trapezoidal, and by means of which it is possible to convert the rear wall in a display position in which the rear wall can be tilted back, ie, starting from the angle of 90 ° in the transport position , is transferred to an angle of more than 90 ° relative to the ground.

Furthermore, from the WO 02/14165 a cardboard container with a displacement device known. In this case, the rear wall of the container can be pulled back, so as to assume a more inclined position. To bring about this tendency, both the Front and the rear wall on both sides provided with a side wall portion, wherein the front wall-facing side walls are provided on its longitudinal side with locking elements and wherein the rear wall associated side walls receiving slots, into which the locking elements can be inserted. While the two side wall portions are arranged in the transport position parallel to each other, it is possible by moving the locking elements in the receiving slot to change the inclination of the rear wall.

From the DE 10 200 600 58 20.8 a transport and display tray made of folding material is known, wherein also the rear wall can be tilted backwards. For this purpose, the rear wall is provided on both sides with parallel to the side walls extending side flaps, and in the side walls and the side flaps recesses and cooperating therewith projections are formed, which allow by the provision of flat guide elements, a movement of the rear wall relative to the tray.

Object of the present invention is to provide a transport and display packaging, which is characterized on the one hand by a particularly easy handling and on the other hand by particularly low production costs. At the same time, it should be ensured that a transfer of the goods from the transport position into the display position takes place only immediately before the goods are provided on shelves etc. Elaborate folding mechanisms should be avoided.

This object is achieved for a transport and display packaging of the above type by a transport container in the transport position together with the Warentray forming a closed transport packaging slip lid, wherein the slip lid is arranged telescopically within the walls of the goods tray, and wherein the guide elements as separable parts of the wall the slip lid are formed.

By combining a Warentrays with a slip lid an easy and safe transporting the goods is ensured, with a tipping of the goods is prevented during transport, so that on the one hand the goods are optimally protected and on the other hand, the required storage for transport is reduced to a necessary minimum , At the same time the slip lid also provides the guide elements, which are necessary to allow tilting of the goods tray, it is ensured that during transport the goods tray is not accidentally transferred to the display position.

The slip lid can be removed immediately before the exhibition of the goods and the Warentray be transferred without additional and costly folding operation in the display position, which minimizes the time required for installation. At the same time, if several warentrays are already stacked one behind the other on a shelf, it is only possible to activate the tilting function of the foremost goods tray, so that the space in the shelves can also be optimally utilized.

Advantageous embodiments of the examples are set forth and claimed in the subclaims.

According to a preferred embodiment, the guide elements may be areas formed by perforation lines within the slip-on lid, which regions separate when the slip-on lid is removed. The guide elements thus arise when separating the slip lid of the goods tray, so that no additional step is necessary here. At the same time a separation of the guide elements is made possible by the slip lid, without additional force must be applied, and without the risk that the guide elements are destroyed when removing the slip-lid.

Advantageously, each guide element is formed in a side wall of the slip lid adjacent to the rear wall, wherein slots are formed between each side wall and the adjacent rear wall at least over the area of the guide element and wherein two edges of the guide element correspond to portions of the edges of the side wall. By providing slots between the side walls and the rear wall, in turn, the detachment of the guide element is facilitated because the exposed edges do not have to be released from the slip lid and extend the perforation line only over the two other edges of the guide member.

According to a further preferred embodiment, the arranged in the side wall of the slip lid, not adjacent to an edge corner region of the guide element may be formed rounded. As a result, on the one hand the formation of the perforation line is facilitated and at the same time facilitates the detachment of the guide element. In particular, it is ensured that the guide element is not damaged during the detachment.

According to another preferred embodiment, it is provided that the slip lid is integrally formed. The slip lid can therefore be easily manufactured without complex process steps.

According to yet another preferred embodiment, the sliding element can each be connected to the side wall or side flap arranged on the outside of the goods tray, in particular adhesively bonded, the recess being provided in the side flap or side wall arranged parallel thereto. As a result, it is determined that the adjusting device is located in the interior of the goods tray, so that it can not lead to an unwanted activation of the display position or this is damaged during transport. As previously stated, the exterior of the warp tray may be formed by the side walls, at least partially by the side flaps, or by a combination of both. It is only necessary to ensure that the recessed side flap or side wall is arranged inside the goods tray.

Advantageously, a recess in a side wall and the other Ausnehm may be formed in the opposite side tab. This embodiment represents the combination between side flap and side wall, that is, one of the side flaps is arranged inside the goods tray and the other side flap on the outside of the goods tray, which leads to an increased stability of the goods tray especially during transport, as well as in the display position ,

Advantageously, it can be provided that the recess is designed as an arcuate recess directed towards the upper edge of the side wall and / or the front wall, comprising two arcuate longitudinal edges arranged parallel to one another, which are connected to one another via side edges, wherein the upper longitudinal edge is longer than the one lower longitudinal edge. In practice, the formation of an arcuate recess has proven to be particularly suitable for the displacement of the sliding element in the recess. In particular, a uniform movement can be ensured without jeopardizing the positioning of the goods within the goods tray.

According to a further preferred embodiment, the sliding element is formed as an over perforation lines within the recess arranged portion which dissolves in the inclined position when transferring the goods tray from the recess. Since the sliding element is formed by an area within the recesses, it is ensured on the one hand that the size of the sliding element is adapted to the size of the recess, at the same time no additional element has to be introduced into the goods tray, so that the production is considerably simplified. Due to the arrangement of the sliding element in the recess and the positioning of the sliding element simplified, since the sliding element is already in the desired position. The sliding elements can be easily connected by applying adhesive dots to the side wall and / or side flap.

According to another preferred embodiment, each side flap may have an upper adhesion area separated by perforation lines, which detaches from the side flap when the goods tray is transferred to the display position. Through these adhesive areas an additional fixation of the goods tray is achieved in the transport position and thus prevents the Warentray is transferred during transport in the display position, z. B. when heavy goods are arranged within the goods tray. Here, in addition, the force must be expended to release the adhesive areas of the side flaps.

Advantageously, the perforation line between adhesive region and side flap may be formed as a curved upward to the Warentrayoberseite line, wherein the edge of the adhesive area which is adjacent to the rear wall, is shorter than the edge arranged parallel thereto. A correspondingly arched edge of the adhesive area provides an additional leading edge to assist in moving the rear panel rearwardly as the adhesive area remains on the side wall and the top edge of the side flap is moved along the bottom edge of the adhesive area.

According to another preferred embodiment, a flap element may be formed in the region of the rear wall. A corresponding flap element on the one hand facilitate the transfer of the goods tray in the display position, since the flap element can be exercised as a handle for the exercise of an additional train, at the same time it provides additional stabilization of the rear wall.

Preferably, the flap element is only connected at one edge to the rear wall, whereas the other edges of the flap element are separated by scribe lines and / or perforation lines from the rear wall.

In this case, the lower edge of the flap element can be formed by two leg sections, which are thus arranged at a predetermined angle to each other, that the leg section facing away from the rear wall in the unfolded state extends in the display position parallel to the bottom of the goods tray. In this way, the flap element can serve in the unfolded state as an additional support of the rear wall, since the flap element in the unfolded state has a footprint, the side facing away from the rear wall leg portion. Because of this element is simply formed in the back wall, no additional costs for the provision of a corresponding element are necessary here, so that there are no increased production costs.

According to a further preferred embodiment, the goods tray may be formed on an upper edge of the front wall with two portions extending downwardly from the side walls and with a central portion extending therebetween and parallel to the lower edge of the front side. As a result, the intervention of the customer is facilitated in the Warentray, at the same time a better view of the customer on the arranged in the Warentray products is possible.

Über diese Haltelasche kann das Warentray mit dem Stülpdeckel verklebt werdenAdvantageously, the central portion of the upper edge of the front wall may comprise a retaining tab which is connected to the central portion via a perforation line. In this case, the retaining tab may have a passage opening approximately centrally adjacent to the perforation line. About this retaining tab the Warentray can be glued to the slip lid

Advantageously, it can be provided that in the front wall of the slip lid a tab member is formed, which is delimited via three directly adjacent edges via perforation lines of the front wall, and can be folded out of the front wall. In this case, a passage opening can be provided at the middle of the edges provided with perforations.

Advantageously, the size and the position of the tab element in the region of the slip lid corresponds to the size and position of the holding element on the front wall of the goods tray. Furthermore, it can be provided that the holding element is glued in the transport position with the tab element of the slip lid.

By gluing the retaining element on the tab element, an additional stabilization of the transport and display packaging is achieved in the transport position. On site, the holding element can be easily removed from the front of the goods tray by the user engages the mutually arranged through openings and with a movement on the one hand solves the perforation line between the front wall of the goods tray and the retaining tab and at the same time the perforation lines between the tab member and the slip lid. Subsequently, the slip lid can be solved by simply pulling up the slip lid from the Warentray.

According to another preferred embodiment it can be provided that the goods tray is made of two cardboard elements.

According to another embodiment, the floor may be composed of four floor sub-elements arranged on the side walls and on the front and rear walls. A correspondingly composed of sub-elements floor allows to keep the goods tray in a folded state, the soil is simply unfolded when opening the tray. A corresponding Warentray can be glued directly after production with the slip lid, and stored folded in combination with the slip lid until the actual use.

In the following, a preferred embodiment of the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In FIG. 1 a blank of the slip lid is shown, comprising the rear wall 2, the front wall 3, as well as arranged between the front wall and the rear wall side wall 4 and disposed on the front wall side wall 5. In addition, on the side wall 5, an adhesive tab is arranged to the side wall. 5 to be glued in use with the rear wall 2.

The rear wall 2, the side wall 4, the front wall 3 and the side wall 5 and the adhesive flap 6 are hereby separated over creases 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the respective adjacent element. The upper edge of the rear wall, front wall and the side walls is formed by a further crease line 11 ', via which cover flap elements 2', 4 ', 3', 5 'are hinged to the back wall 2, the side wall 4, the front wall 3 and the side wall 5 , The individual cover flap elements 2 ', 4', 3 ', 5' are here separated from each other by cuts, with the cuts extending into the region of the cover flap elements 3 ', 5', so that these cover flap elements are somewhat narrower than the side walls 3, 5 are. In operation, first the cover flap elements of the side walls are folded toward each other and then the cover flap elements 2 ', 3' of the front and rear walls folded onto these and glued to them.

In the corner region of each side wall 4, 5 facing the rear wall, a guide element 12, 13 is arranged, which is connected to the corresponding side wall via a perforation line. In this case, at least the region of the bent edge 7 which forms an edge of the guide element 12 is cut, but preferably the cut extends over a longer section. Similarly, the bending edge 10 between the side wall 5 and the adhesive flap 6 is formed only over an edge portion above the guide member 13. This ensures that the guide element can be easily detached from the side walls.

In order to simplify the insertion of the Stülpelementes in the Warentray, the two side edges of the rear wall and the adjacent side edges of the front wall 3 and the side wall 5 may be provided with beveled end portions. Since in these areas the bending edge 9 does not extend to the lower edge, the slip lid is not rigid in this area, but can be more easily inserted into the Warentray. Here, on the one hand, the exposed longitudinal edges of the guide elements 12 and 13 allow a guide of the slip lid in the goods tray, as well as between the side wall 3 and the front wall 4 formed buckling edge 8, which is formed at least adjacent to the lower edge 11 continuously.

Furthermore, a rectangular tab element 14 is formed in the region of the front wall. One edge of the tab member 14, i. the bending edge 11 'directly opposite edge is connected to the front wall via the bending line 15. The other edges of the folding element are formed as perforation lines. In the region of the lower edge of the folding element 14, i. the lower edge of the front wall opposite edge, a semicircular through opening 16 is formed centrally. By engaging in the passage opening 16, it is possible to separate the edges formed by perforations of the tab member 14 of the front wall and to fold the tab member 14 upwards.

In Fig. 2 shows a blank of the first element of the goods tray, comprising the rear wall 20, and two side flaps 21, 22, which are separated on both sides via fold lines 23 and 24 from the rear wall. At the lower edge of the back wall 20, a bottom plate member connects, which is also separated via a bending line from the rear wall. Together with three other bottom flap elements, ie the bottom flap elements of the two side walls and the front wall, it is possible to completely fold the bottom.

Each side flap 21, 22 is formed in the upper region with an adhesive region 21 ', 22' which is separable from the side flap via a perforation line. In this case, the perforation line is curved in such a way that it bulges upward so that the portion 21, 22 of the side flap remaining after separation of the adhesive area 21 ', 22' is shorter at the free longitudinal edge than at the edge adjacent to the rear wall.

In the region of one of the side flaps 22, a recess 26 is further formed, which is formed in the form of an arch element. In this case, the orientation of the arch element corresponds to the alignment of the perforation line of the adhesive regions 21 ', 22'. In one embodiment, the arcuate circular sections formed by the longitudinal edges of the recess and the perforation line to the adhesive areas may be parallel to each other.

In detail, the recess comprises two straight side edges 27, 27 ', as well as between them arcuately extending longitudinal edges 28, 28', in this case, the arcuately formed by the longitudinal edges of sheet member, or the circular section, inclined to the front free corner of the side flaps. Consequently, the length of the lower longitudinal edge 28 is shorter than that of the upper longitudinal edge 28 '. Within the recess 26 is over a predetermined area, ie formed in about half of the recess, the sliding element 25 which is connected at three edges with the respective edges of the recess via perforation lines.

Since the shape of the sliding element 25 is determined by the shape of the recess 26, this can easily move after separation of the perforation within the recess back and forth, wherein the edges 27, 27 'stop edges for the sliding element 25 form.

In the region of the rear wall 20, a folding element 29 is formed, which is connected to the rear wall only via a fold line 30. The remaining edges of the folding element 29 are already separated or detached from the rear wall by perforations or cutting lines. Two of the edges of the folding element 29, i. the folding line 23 opposite edge, as well as the upper edge facing edge of the flap member 29 are each formed parallel to the given edges, but may also be formed in any other way. Decisive for the function of the folding element 29 is the formation of the lower, the bottom or the lower edge facing edge 31. This edge comprises two leg members 32, 33 which are inclined at a predetermined angle to each other. The angle of inclination α between the two leg elements is in this case selected such that the folding element 29 provides additional stabilization when the goods tray is in the display position. If the folding element 29 is folded out in the display position, the leg element 32 forms a line with the bottom of the goods tray, so that the leg 32 provides an additional bearing surface.

In Fig. 3 the second part of the warren tray is shown, comprising the side wall 34, the front wall 36, and the second side wall 35. The side walls are each separated by fold lines from the front wall. In the region of a side wall, in turn, a recess 26 is formed with a sliding element 25 arranged therein. The recess 26 and the sliding member 25 corresponds to the elements already described with respect to the side flap 22 and are therefore provided with the same reference numerals. Again, the recess in the region of the side wall is arranged in such a way that the arch arches upwards, in the direction of the upper edges of the side wall and the front wall.

The upper edge of each side wall is inclined at least over a directly adjacent to the front wall portion 36, so that the adjacent to the rear wall Section of the upper edge of each side wall is longer than the adjacent to the front wall section.

The upper edge of the front wall 36 itself is composed of three sub-elements, two from the intersection with each side wall 34, 35 first at a predetermined slope downwardly extending portions 39, 39 ', and a parallel therebetween extending to the lower edge central portion 40th Die Inclination of the portions 39, 39 'is here stronger than the inclination of the adjacent upper edge portions of the side walls 34, 35. Further, the formed between the sections 39, 39' central portion 40 is longer than the two sections 39, 39 'together.

In the region of the central portion 40, a holding element 37 is formed, which is formed substantially rectangular, wherein the longitudinal edge is parallel to the central portion 40 of the front wall 36. The transition between the central portion 40 of the front wall 36 and the holding member 37 is in this case again formed by a perforation line. In the region of the holding element 37, a passage opening 38 is formed directly adjacent to the middle section 40 of the front wall 36. Here, the passage opening 38 is formed substantially semicircular and is located approximately in the middle of the central portion 40th

Both each side wall 34, 35 and the front wall 36 each have a bottom element part on the underside.

During the completion of the goods tray by joining the two individual elements, the two sub-elements are first glued together, so as to provide the complete Warentray available.

For this purpose, on the one hand, the side walls 34, 35 of the front wall 36 and the side flaps 21, 22 of the rear wall 20 each folded substantially at right angles. To connect the two elements, one sidewall is subsequently adhesively bonded to one side flap, the adhesion being carried out only in the areas of the sliding element 25 and the adhesive areas 21 ', 22'. Since the adjusting device formed by the recess 26 and the sliding element 25 is not accessible from the outside, in each case the side wall 35 and the side flap 22, in which the corresponding recess 26 is formed, arranged in the interior of the tray. Consequently, the side wall 34 is disposed on an outer side and on the opposite side is located on the outside of the side wall 35, the side flap 21 at.

The individual floor sub-elements can be partially glued together and plugged into each other in a known manner, so as to provide a continuous floor surface. In this case, it is possible to transfer the goods tray in the unfilled state into a flat transport position, in which the bottom is located in individual parts in the interior of the folded goods tray.

Subsequently, the slip lid is closed by gluing the adhesive flap 6 with the rear wall 2 to form an element and the slip lid inserted into the erected Warentray, and glued to the Warentray at the predetermined points. The adhesive dots between the slip lid and the Warentray are here on the one hand, the sliding elements 25 and the inside of the retaining tab 30, which rests in the inserted state on the tab member 14 of the slip lid 1. Here, the tab member 14 and the retaining tab 37 have substantially the same size and the same position in the assembled state.

After gluing the slip lid with the Warentray it is easily possible to keep the two interconnected elements in a storage position. A corresponding storage position is in Fig. 4 shown. As it becomes clear, the transport and display packaging is in this case unfolded in such a way that in each case a side wall and the front wall or rear wall are adjacent.

In Fig. 5 the corresponding transport and display packaging is shown in the filled state. For this purpose, the package is brought from the storage position back to the upright position, in which closes the floor to a unit, and the goods can be filled from above, whereupon the cover flap elements are closed.

In this state, the package can be carried to any location, and the goods are exposed only after reaching the destination by removing the slip lid from the package.

The removal process and the transfer to the display position is in the Fig. 6 to 10 shown.

To remove the slip lid, the user is first in the passage openings 38, 16 of the tab member 14 and the retaining tab 37, which are glued to each other, engage. A pull on the inside of the two glued together tabs exercised, the perforation lines of the Warentray or from the slip lid and it is possible to pull the glued together flaps up and out.

Subsequently, the slip cover can be released from the goods tray by another train on the tab element or by additional train on the side walls of the slip lid. Since the guide elements 12, 13 are glued to the sliding elements 25, and are interrupted by perforation lines of the side walls 4, 5 of the slip lid, these solve when removing the slip lid of the slip lid and remain inside the goods tray back. In this way, the sliding elements 25 of the goods tray are held on one side by the guide elements 12, 13 and on the other side by the side wall 34 and the side flap 21.

In Fig. 8 The Warentray is shown after complete removal of the slip lid. As can be seen, the filled goods are in a vertical position.

Fig. 9 shows the Warentray after transfer of the rear wall in the inclined position, ie the display position. For this purpose, the folding element 29 can be folded outwards on the rear wall of the goods tray and a train be exerted on the same. As a result, on the one hand, the perforations between the side flaps 21, 22 and the adhesive regions 21 ', 22' and the perforations between the sliding element 25 and the recess 26 are released. The sliding element 25, which is now freely movable in the recess, can change its position and contact the edge 27 abut the recess as a stop.

The unfolded folding element 29 is angled for additional stabilization of the display position of the goods tray in about 90 ° from the rear wall and stands, as in Fig. 10 shown on the leg portion 32.

Preferably, the individual described elements are made of cardboard.
