Claims (11)

  1. Anlage zur Oberflächenbehandlung (100) von metallischen Werkstücken, mit einem eine Behandlungsflüssigkeit (20) enthaltenden Elektrolysebehälter (1), in welche die zu behandelnden Werkstücke eingetaucht werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elektrolysebehälter (1) einen Motor (5) und eine drehbar in dem Elektrolysebehälter (1) montierte Trommel (2) umfasst, dass die genannte Trommel (2) durch den genannten Motor (5) über ein Antriebsrad (10) der Trommel (2) in Drehung versetzt wird, dass die zu behandelnden Werkstücke auf der genannten Trommel (2) so befestigt werden, dass für jedes Werkstück in dem Elektrolysebehälter (1) wenigstens eine Drehungsbewegung ausgeführt wird, dass der Elektrolysebehälter (1) wenigstens zwei Elektroden (8a, 8b) umfasst, und dass die Trommel (2) mit elektrischem Strom gespeist wird dessen Polarität derjenigen der Elektroden (8a,8b) entgegengesetzt ist, mittels wenigstens einem Satz von Kontakt-Kufen (9), welcher in Kontakt auf dem genannten Antriebsrad (10) der Trommel (2) gebracht wird.
  2. Anlage zur Oberflächenbehandlung (100) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter einen Satz von zweimal 15 Kufen (9a, 9b, 9c,...9o) umfasst.
  3. Anlage zur Oberflächenbehandlung (100) gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elektrische Kontakt mit der Trommel durch sandwichartige Einlegung des Antriebsrades (10) zwischen zwei Reihen von 15 Kufen erfolgt.
  4. Anlage zur Oberflächenbehandlung (100) gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontakt-Kufen aus Graphit sind, verschiebbar beweglich gegen die Flanken (10a, 10b) des Antriebsrades montiert sind, und gegen die Fläche der entsprechenden Flanke durch ein elastisches System, wie eine Feder, gedrückt werden.
  5. Anlage zur Oberflächenbehandlung (100) gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei seitlichen Reihen Kufen gemäß einem Kreisbogen dessen Zentrum der Drehpunkt der Trommel ist, angeordnet sind.
  6. Anlage zur Oberflächenbehandlung (100) gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Kontakt-Kufen mit einem mit der Stromzufuhr verbundenen Kabel oder Kupfergeflecht verbunden ist.
  7. Anlage zur Oberflächenbehandlung (100) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äußere Umfang der Trommel eine Reihe von Schienen (3) umfasst, welche dazu bestimmt sind, durch Gleiten Kassetten (4) aufzunehmen, die als Träger der zu behandelnden Werkstücke dienen.
  8. Anlage zur Oberflächenbehandlung (100) gemäß dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schienen mit flexiblen, an den Schienen befestigten Kontaktzungen versehen sind, um den elektrischen Kontakt von der Schiene zur entsprechenden Kassette (4) und folglich zu den daran befestigten Werkstücken zu leiten, somit das Ausführen der Elektrolyse erlaubend.
  9. Anlage zur Oberflächenbehandlung (100) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (1) einen Motor umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist die Drehtrommel (2) in Drehung zu versetzen, durch zusammenwirken eines Zahnrades (6) mit einer Reihe von parallel zueinander und zwischen den beiden Flanschen (10a, 10b) der einen Flanke (10) der Trommel montierten Pegelstäben.
  10. Anlage zur Oberflächenbehandlung (100) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (1) zwei Elektroden (8a, 8b) umfasst, die an eine negative oder positive Polarität angeschlossen sind, während die Trommel (2) an die entgegengesetzte Polarität angeschlossen ist.
  11. Anlage zur Oberflächenbehandlung (100) gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elektroden (8a, 8b) aus Aluminiumplatten bestehen.
