Abstract

Ein Verfahren zur Plausibilisierung des Ausgangssignals eines Raildrucksensors einer direkteinspritzenden, ein Common-Rail-System aufweisenden Brennkraftmaschine, ist gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:
- es wird das Ausgabesignal des Raildrucksensors über einen vorgebbaren Zeitraum erfasst und aufgezeichnet;
- das Ausgabesignal wird in den Frequenzraum transformiert;
- es werden charakteristische Merkmale aus dem transformierten Signal extrahiert;
- aufgrund der Merkmale und weiteren, vorgegebenen Einflussgrößen wird ein Raildruckwert berechnet;
- simultan hierzu wird aus dem Ausgabesignal des Raildrucksensors ein mittlerer Raildruckwert ermittelt;
- der mittlere Raildruckwert wird mit dem berechneten Raildruckwert verglichen;
- bei einer Abweichung des berechneten von dem mittleren Raildruckwert um einen vorgegebenen Grenzwert wird ein Fehlersignal ausgegeben und/oder in einem Fehlerspeicher gespeichert.

- characteristic features are extracted from the transformed signal;

- Simultaneously, a mean rail pressure value is determined from the output signal of the rail pressure sensor;
the average rail pressure value is compared with the calculated rail pressure value;
- In a deviation of the calculated from the average rail pressure value by a predetermined limit value, an error signal is output and / or stored in a fault memory.
