Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und die dazugehörige Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Schachtuterteilen mit variablen Gerinnen und Anschlüssen. Die Schachtunterteile werden in umgekehrter natürlicher Lage durch das Rüttelpressverfahren oder das Gießverfahren monolithisch mit einer kompletten Auftrittsfläche hergestellt. In der Auftrittsfläche befindet sich jedoch noch kein Gerinne. Die Zu- und Abläufe können jedoch bei dieser Herstellung bereits eingeformt werden. Nach einer Teilaushärtung der Schachtunterteile ohne Gerinne werden diese, noch auf Profilringen ruhend, einer automatisch gesteuerten Fräsvorrichtung zugeführt. Dabei wird das Gerinne von unten in dem gut bearbeitbaren teilerhärteten Beton eingefräst. Es können in kurzer Zeit große Betonmengen abgefräst werden. Das Gerinne wird dabei automatisch und geometrisch einwandfrei hergestellt. Der Betonabtrag fällt durch die Schwerkraft nach unten und behindert den Fräsvorgang somit nicht und kann leicht der Wiederverwertung zugeführt werden. Der Fräsvorgang der variablen Gerinne, als auch gegebenenfalls der variablen Anschlüsse, wird in vorteilhafter Weise mit einem Industrieroboter durchgeführt. Dieser kann zusätzlich auch noch eine Nachbehandlung der Schachtunterteile durch Glätten und Beschichten automatisch vornehmen. Das erfindungsgemäße Schachtunterteil ist monolithisch aus feinkörnigem Rüttelbeton oder selbstverdichtetem Beton (SVB) und weist eine hohe Maßhaltigkeit und gleichmäßige feine Oberflächenstruktur auf.

The channel is made automatically and geometrically perfect. The concrete removal falls down by gravity and thus does not hinder the milling process and can easily be recycled. The milling operation of the variable channels, and optionally the variable connections, is advantageously carried out with an industrial robot. This can also make an additional treatment of the manhole bases by smoothing and coating automatically. The manhole base according to the invention is monolithic of fine-grained vibrated concrete or self-compacting concrete (SVB) and has a high dimensional stability and uniform fine surface structure.
