Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Beschlag für ein an einer Gebäudewand aufzuhängendes Möbelstück.
  • An der Wand aufzuhängende Möbelstücke werden häufig mit verdeckten Aufhängern an der Wand befestigt, wobei die Wand mit entsprechenden Führungs- oder Einhängeeinrichtungen an geeigneter Stelle ausgerüstet ist, die zum Zusammenwirken mit dem Aufhänger bestimmt sind. Aufhänger sind als einstückige, metallische Bauteile in allen möglichen Variationen im Handel erhältlich. Sie werden bevorzugt auf der Rückseite eines wandseitig aufzuhängenden Möbelstückes montiert.
  • Gerade die Rückwand von Möbelstücken ist jedoch im Vergleich zu anderen Wandelementen relativ dünn und somit nicht besonders gut geeignet für die Befestigung eines Aufhängers, der in der Regel relativ hohe Lasten zu tragen hat, so dass die Gefahr des Herausbrechens des Aufhängers aus der Rückwand besteht.
  • Man hat versucht, diese Gefahr dadurch zu umgehen, dass man Aufhänger für Möbelstücke, die mit einer Befestigungsplatte versehen sind und auf der Außenseite der Rückwand anliegen, zusätzlich oder ausschließlich an der stabileren Seitenwand befestigt hat. Eine solche Befestigung kann beispielsweise über seitliche Zapfen, die an der Befestigungsplatte des Aufhängers angeordnet sind und in entsprechende Bohrungen in der Seitenwand eingreifen, erreicht werden. Derartige Aufhänger sind in der DE 295 07 071 U1 beschrieben. Jedoch hat sich gezeigt, dass auch die Befestigung in der Seitenwand nicht unproblematisch ist. So kommt es trotz dieser zusätzlichen Befestigung insbesondere bei Möbelstücken, die stark belastet werden, immer wieder dazu, dass das entsprechende Wandelement, an dem der Aufhänger befestigt ist, herausbricht.
  • Es ist somit Aufgabe der Erfindung, einen Beschlag für ein Möbelstück zur Verfügung zu stellen, bei dem ein Herausbrechen aus dem Möbelstück erschwert oder sogar ganz verhindert ist. Es ist weiterhin Aufgabe der Erfindung, ein Möbelstück zur Verfügung zu stellen, das einen entsprechende Beschlag aufweist.
  • Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch einen Beschlag, bei dem der Aufhänger mit einem Winkelprofil kombiniert ist. Das Winkelprofil ist korrespondierend zu dem außenseitig angeordneten Aufhänger auf der Innenseite des Möbelstückes angeordnet und mit dem Aufhänger und dem entsprechenden Wandelement, an dem der Aufhänger anliegt, fest verbunden.
  • Erfindungswesentlich ist hierbei, dass das Winkelprofil mindestens zwei Schenkel aufweist, wobei der eine Schenkel als Befestigungsplatte ausgebildet ist, die mit der Befestigungsplatte des zu stabilisierenden Aufhängers und einem ersten Wandelement in Verbindung steht, während der zweite Schenkel, der ebenfalls als Befestigungsplatte ausgebildet ist, mit einem zweiten Wandelement in Verbindung steht, wodurch dem gesamten System zusätzliche Stabilität verliehen wird.
  • Das Winkelprofil ist auf der Innenseite des an der Gebäudewand zu befestigenden Möbelstückes auf der dem Aufhänger gegenüber liegenden Seite eines Wandelementes angeordnet und über einen ersten Schenkel gleichzeitig mit dem Wandelement und dem Aufhänger fest verbunden. Der zweite Schenkel des meist rechteckigen Winkelprofils ist an einem weiteren Wandelement angelagert und mit diesem ebenfalls fest verbunden. Auf diese Weise kann die Befestigung des Aufhängers soweit stabilisiert werden, dass der Aufhänger seine volle Tragkraft entfalten kann, ohne Gefahr zu laufen, aus dem Wandelement herauszubrechen.
  • Das Wandelement, auf dem der Aufhänger angeordnet ist, ist in der Regel die Rückwand des Möbelstückes. Der Aufhänger kann jedoch auch an Rückwand und Seitenwand oder an der Seitenwand alleine angeordnet sein. Als zusätzliche Wandelemente für die Befestigung des zweiten Schenkels des Winkelprofils kommen Rückwand, Seitenwand und Oberboden in Frage. Vorzugsweise ist der Beschlag in dem Eckbereich zwischen Rück- und Seitenwand angeordnet. Üblicherweise sind Winkelprofil und Wandelement bzw. Winkelprofil, Wandelement und Aufhänger durch Schrauben miteinander verbunden.
  • In seiner einfachsten Ausführungsform weist der Beschlag ein gleichschenkliges Winkelprofil auf, das als Längsprofil ausgebildet ist. Bei einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform kann an einem oder beiden Enden des Längsprofils eine zusätzliche Verstärkungs- oder Befestigungsplatte angeordnet sein, die senkrecht zur Längsrichtung des Winkelprofils steht. Diese zusätzliche Befestigungsplatte dient bspw. dazu, das Winkelprofil zusätzlich zur Befestigung an der Rückwand und Seitenwand auch an dem Oberboden zu befestigen. Durch eine zusätzliche Stabilisierungsplatte an dem anderen Ende des Winkelprofils kann das System weiter verstärkt werden.
  • Für die Befestigungen ist das Winkelprofil mit entsprechenden Bohrungen für Schrauben versehen. Neben diesen Bohrungen für Schrauben kann das Winkelprofil je nach Einsatzgebiet auch zusätzliche Bohrungen, Öffnungen oder sonstige Einrichtungen aufweisen, deren Funktion an die Funktionsweise des Aufhängers anknüpft. So kann das Winkelprofil bspw. zusätzliche Bohrungen als Zugänge für Justierschrauben für eine Höhen- und/oder Tiefeneinstellung des Aufhängers aufweisen.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Beschlag ist prinzipiell für jede Art von Möbelstücken einsetzbar. Es muss lediglich ein Schenkel des Winkelprofils der Befestigungsplatte des jeweiligen Aufhängers für das Möbelstück angepasst sein. Die Befestigungsplatte wird dann über das entsprechende Wandelement, an dem der Aufhänger anliegt, mit dem Winkelprofil verbunden und die zusätzliche und endgültige Stabilisierung des Systems gelingt durch den zweiten Schenkel des Winkelprofils, der mit einem weiteren Wandelement fest verbunden ist.
  • Der Beschlag kann durch zusätzliche Maßnahmen, wie z. B. Abdeckungen etc., dem Design des Möbelstücks angepasst und optisch aufgewertet werden.
  • Im Folgenden wird das Prinzip der Erfindung anhand von Abbildungen näher erläutert. Dabei zeigen

  • In der Fig. 1 ist die Außenseite eines Ausschnitts eines Möbelstückes 20 mit einer Oberwand 23, einer Rückwand 21 und einer Seitenwand 22 zu erkennen. Auf der Außenseite der Rückwand 21 ist in dem Eckbereichs zwischen überstehender Seitenwand 22 und Rückwand 21 ein Aufhänger 10 angeordnet, der eine Justierschraube 12, einen gekröpften Tragarm 13 und eine Befestigungsplatte 11 aufweist. Der Aufhänger 10 ist an der Seitenwand 22 mit mehreren Zapfen, die in entsprechende Bohrlöcher in der Seitenwand 22 eingreifen, befestigt, was jedoch bei dieser Darstellung nicht zu erkennen ist.
  • Die Fig. 2 zeigt die perspektivische Darstellung der Innenansicht des gleichen Möbelstückes 20 aus Fig. 1 mit einer Oberwand 23, einer Seitenwand 22 und einer Rückwand 21. In dem oberen Eckbereich zwischen der Rückwand 21 und der Seitenwand 22 ist ein Winkelprofil 1 angeordnet, das einen Schenkel 2 aufweist, der der Befestigungsplatte 11 des Aufhängers 10 angepasst ist. Das Winkelprofil 1 weist in seinem ersten Schenkel 2 Bohröffnungen 5 auf, die von der Innenseite des Möbelstückes 20 her einen Zugang zu Justierschrauben 12 des Aufhängers 10 ermöglichen, sowie Bohröffnungen 4, die der Befestigung dienen. Der zweite Schenkel 3 des Winkelprofils 1 liegt an der Seitenwand 22 fest an und ist mit dieser verbunden, wodurch die zusätzliche Stabilisierung des gesamten Systems bewirkt wird. Das obere Ende des Winkelprofils 1 reicht bis zum Oberboden 23, an dem es mit einer zusätzlichen Befestigungsplatte 6 anliegt und mit diesem fest verbunden ist.
  • Die Fig. 3 zeigt eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Winkelprofils 1 mit einem dem Aufhänger 10 angepassten Schenkel 2, einem weiteren Befestigungsschenkel 3 und einer senkrecht dazu angeordneten zusätzlichen Befestigungsplatte 6. In den Schenkeln 2 und 3 sowie der Befestigungsplatte 6 sind diverse Bohrungen 4 für die Befestigung des Winkelprofils 1 am Möbelstück 20 vorgesehen. Der Schenkel 2 weist zusätzlich zwei Bohröffnungen 5 auf, die als Zugang zu Justierschrauben 12 dienen.
  • Die Fig. 4 zeigt eine weitere bevorzugte Ausführungsform eines erfindungsgemäßen Winkelprofils 1, bei der im Vergleich zum Winkelprofil 1 in Fig. 3 eine zusätzliche Stabilisierung des Winkelprofils 1 an seinem zweiten Ende durch eine Verstärkungsplatte 7, die senkrecht zur Längsrichtung des Winkelprofils 1 zwischen den beiden Schenkeln 2 und 3 angeordnet ist, erfolgt.
  • Die Fig. 5 zeigt den Querschnitt eines Ausschnitts eines Möbelstückes 20 mit einer Seitenwand 22, einer Oberwand 23 und einer Rückwand 21. Auf der Außenseite der Rückwand 21 ist der Aufhänger 10 mit einem gekröpften Tragarm 13, einer Justierschraube 12 und einer Befestigungsplatte 11 angeordnet. Korrespondierend dazu ist auf der Innenseite des Möbelstückes 10 ein Winkelprofil 1 angeordnet, von dem bei dieser Darstellung jedoch lediglich der zweite Befestigungsschenkel 3 mit Bohrlöchern 4 für die Befestigung auf der Seitenwand 22 zu erkennen ist.

Claims (12)

  1. Beschlag für ein an einer Gebäudewand mittels wenigstens eines Aufhängers (10) aufzuhängendes Möbelstück (20), wobei der Aufhänger (10) mit einer Befestigungsplatte (11) auf einer Außenseite eines zu einer Gebäudewand weisenden Wandelements (21, 22) des Möbelstücks (20) anliegt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    auf der Innenseite des Möbelstücks (20) in einem Eckbereich zwischen mindestens zwei aneinanderstoßenden Wandelementen (21, 22, 23) auf Höhe des Aufhängers (10) ein Winkelprofil (1) angeordnet ist, das mit einem zur Befestigungsplatte (11) korrespondierenden Schenkel (2) mit der Befestigungsplatte (11) des Aufhängers (10) zusammenwirkt und mit dem Aufhänger (10) über das zwischen Aufhänger (10) und Schenkel (2) angeordnete Wandelement (21, 22) verbindbar ist, wobei in der Gebrauchssituation das Wandelement (21, 22) fest zwischen Aufhänger (10) und Schenkel (2) eingeklemmt ist, sowie mit mindestens einem weiteren Schenkel (3), der mit einem weiteren Wandelement (21, 22, 23) verbindbar ist.
  2. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Schenkel (2) und die Befestigungsplatte (11) korrespondierende Lochmuster aufweisen.
  3. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Winkelprofil (1) an mindestens einem Ende eine zusätzliche Verstärkungs- und/oder Befestigungsplatte (6, 7) aufweist, die zwischen den Schenkeln (2, 3) des Winkelprofils (1) angeordnet ist und senkrecht zu diesen steht.
  4. Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    an den Schenkeln (2, 3) und/oder der zusätzlichen Verstärkungs- und Befestigungsplatte (6, 7) Bohrungen (4) für Schraubverbindungen vorgesehen sind.
  5. Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an
    dem Schenkel (2) je nach Funktionsweise des Aufhängers (10) zusätzliche Bohrungen (5), Öffnungen oder sonstige Einrichtungen vorgesehen sind.
  6. Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Aufhänger (10) als verstellbarer Aufhängebeschlag mit von der Möbelinnenseite zugänglichen Justierschrauben (12) für eine Höhen- und Tiefeneinstellung ausgeführt ist und das Winkelprofil (1) an seinem mit der Befestigungsplatte (11) des Aufhängers (10) in Wirkverbindung stehende Schenkel (2) zusätzliche Bohrungen (5) für den Zugang zu den Justierschrauben (12) aufweist.
  7. Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzelehnet, dass
    die Wandelemente (21, 22, 23) ausgesucht sind aus der Gruppe Rückwand (21), Seitenwand (22)und Oberboden (23).
  8. Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der das Winkelprofil (1), die Wandelemente (21, 22, 23) sowie der Aufhänger (10) durch Schrauben verbunden sind.
  9. Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Aufhänger (10) auf der Außenseite der Rückwand (21) des Möbelstücks (20) angeordnet ist und der mit der Befestigungsplatte (11) des Aufhängers (10) in Wirkverbindung stehende Schenkel (2) des Winkelprofils (1) auf der Innenseite des Möbelstücks (20) in einem Eckbereich zwischen Rückwand (21) und Seitenwand (22) angeordnet ist.
  10. Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Aufhänger (10) in dem oberen Eckbereich zwischen Oberkante und Seitenkante auf der Außenseite der Rückwand (21) des Möbelstückes (20) angeordnet ist.
  11. Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Winkelprofil (1) auf der Innenseite des Möbelstücks im oberen Eckbereich zwischen Seiten- und Rückwand angeordnet ist und mit der zusätzlichen Verstärkungs- und Befestigungsplatte (6) an der Unterseite des Oberbodens (23) anliegt und mit diesem verbunden ist.
  12. An einer Gebäudewand aufzuhängende Möbelstück (20) mit einem Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 1-1.
