Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Gasbrenner (4), insbesondere zum Beschichten oder Beflammen einer Oberfläche, umfassend einen einen Hohlraum (10) umgebenden Grundkörper (11), dem zumindest ein Brenngas zuführbar ist, wobei in den Grundkörper (11) zumindest ein Metallfolienstapel (1) gasdicht einsetzbar ist, wobei der Metallfolienstapel (1) mindestens zwei erste Metallfolien (2.1 bis 2.n) und mindestens eine zweite Metallfolie (3) umfasst, wobei die erste Metallfolie (2.1 bis 2.n) kammartig mit zu einem Gasaustritt hinweisenden Aussparungen (6) und Stegen (5) gebildet ist, wobei aus dem Grundkörper (11) in die teilweise in den Hohlraum (10) ragenden Metallfolien (2.1 bis 2.n, 3) zumindest Brenngas einströmbar ist, wobei im zumindest kraftschlüssig zusammengehaltenen Metallfolienstapel (1) zwischen jeweils zwei ersten Metallfolien (2.1 bis 2.n) jeweils eine zweite Metallfolie (3) eingelegt ist. The invention relates to a gas burner (4), in particular for coating or flaming a surface, comprising a base body (11) surrounding a cavity (10), to which at least one fuel gas can be supplied, wherein at least one metal foil stack (1) is inserted into the base body (11). wherein the metal foil stack (1) comprises at least two first metal foils (2.1 to 2.n) and at least one second metal foil (3), wherein the first metal foil (2.1 to 2.n) has a comb-like shape with recesses (FIG. 6) and webs (5) is formed, wherein from the base body (11) in the partially into the cavity (10) projecting metal foils (2.1 to 2.n, 3) at least fuel gas can be flowed, wherein in at least frictionally held together metal foil stack (1 ) between each two first metal foils (2.1 to 2.n) in each case a second metal foil (3) is inserted.
