Abstract

Vor Beginn der Verarbeitung von Drucksachen (10,13) muss die Anlage von Hand oder teilweise von Hand und teilweise über Bildschirmeingaben auf den durchzuführenden Auftrag eingestellt werden. Hat die Anlage mehrere Zufuhreinrichtungen für die Drucksachen, dann müssen diese Einstellungen für jede Zuführeinrichtung gesondert vorgenommen werden. Damit eine gute Verarbeitungssicherheit bei hoher Produktivität gewährleistet ist, weist die Anlage eine Lesestation (2,6) auf, die im Transportweg der Drucksachen liegt und den Drucksachen zugeordnete Informationen als Signale einer Anlagensteuerung zuführt. Mit den Signalen wird die Anlage für den auszuführenden Auftrag wenigstens teilweise automatisch eingestellt. Die Anlage und das Verfahren werden vorteilhaft für das Einkuvertieren von Drucksachen eingesetzt.
