Abstract

Appareil pour l'élimination d'une accumulation de fluide ou d'air sous le niveau de la peau chez un humain ou un animal, ledit appareil comprenant une aiguille hypodermique (5) destinée à la pénétration de la peau et un dispositif (8) d'aspiration et de collecte destiné à aspirer le fluide à travers l'aiguille hypodermique (5). L'aiguille hypodermique (5) est reliée à l'embouchure d'une poignée (1) semblable à un pistolet et reliée, à l'intérieur de la poignée (1) semblable à un pistolet, à une première extrémité d'un conduit (7 ; 23, 24) dont l'autre extrémité est reliée au dispositif (8) d'aspiration et de collecte. La poignée (1) est munie d'un mécanisme (14,15 ; 20, 27) de fermeture, qui coopère avec le conduit (7 ; 23, 24) et est activé en vue de s'ouvrir pour le passage du fluide lorsqu'une détente (3) appartenant à la poignée (1) semblable à un pistolet est actionnée dans la direction d'action d'un moyen d'entraînement qui sollicite la détente (3) jusqu'à une position initiale fermée.
