Claims (27)
- Furniture fitting for pivoting a furniture part (1) of a piece of furniture, for example for pivoting a furniture door of a kitchen cupboard, comprising a fastening arm (5) of the furniture part (1) that is pivotable about a pivot shaft (7) of the furniture fitting, an energy store (11) and at least one hinge lever (6) that can be pivoted about the pivot shaft (7) and is hingedly attached to the fastening arm (5), a force transmission element (15) having a force transmission direction (KR) acting on the hinge lever (6) and an adjustment device (17, 18, 19) being arranged on the hinge lever (6), by means of which device a torque that influences the pivot movement of the furniture part (1) can be adjusted, the force transmission element (15) being a traction transmission element (15), characterised in that the traction transmission element (15) acts on the hinge lever (6) by means of the adjustment device (18, 19) formed as a cam disc (19) and/or as a pull lever (17), and in that the adjustment device can be adjusted relative to the pivot shaft (7) of the furniture fitting such that the point (KA, 25) at which the traction of the traction transmission element (15) is applied to the adjustment device (18, 19) can be moved from an operating position, which generates a positive or negative torque on the furniture part (1), through a zero point position (extended position) and into another operating position (plus-minus position paging) which generates an opposing torque, the active force lever arm (KL) being alterable between the pivot shaft (7) and the force application point (KA, 25) and, by altering the force lever arm (KL) by means of the adjustment device (18, 19) and the hinge lever (6), during the opening or closing movement of the pivotable furniture part (1), it being possible to apply an active torque to said part that assists with the opening movement and/or the closing movement and/or holding of the furniture part.
- Furniture fitting according to claim 1, characterised in that, on the hinge lever (6), a hinge lever arm (6.1) is provided with the adjustment device (18, 19), on which hinge lever arm the traction transmission element (15) acts.
- Furniture fitting according to either claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that the traction transmission element (15) can apply an active torque that assists with the closing movement of the furniture part (1) over an angular range of the maximum opening pivot angle of the pivotable furniture part (1) of from 0 to approximately 40 %.
- Furniture fitting according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the traction transmission element (15) can apply an active torque that assists with the opening movement of the pivotable furniture part (1) over a maximum opening pivot angle range of the pivotable furniture part (1) of from approximately 10 to approximately 85 %.
- Furniture fitting according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the traction transmission element (15) can apply an active torque that assists with holding the furniture door (1) in an opened position over a maximum opening pivot angle range of the pivotable furniture part (1) of from approximately 50 % to approximately 100 %.
- Furniture fitting according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the traction transmission element (15) is formed as a tension strip that is flexible at least in regions.
- Furniture fitting according to claim 6, characterised in that a tension spring acts on the tension strip (15).
- Furniture fitting according to either claim 6 or claim 7, characterised in that the region of the tension strip (15) that can be connected to the hinge lever (6) is pivotable together with the hinge lever (6) and can be moved from a starting position, in which a closing force is exerted on the pivotable furniture part (1), into a pivoted operating position, in which a holding force or an opening force is exerted on the furniture part (1), and vice versa.
- Furniture fitting according to any of claims 6 to 8, characterised in that the tension strip (15) acts on a lever (6.1) in the form of an adjustment device, which lever can be pivoted, together with the hinge lever (6), over an angular range of more than 90°.
- Furniture fitting according to any of claims 6 to 9, characterised in that the tension strip (15) can be guided on the hinge lever (6) by means of a deflection of the adjustment device (19), is guided as a result of the deflection when the pivotable furniture part is in the closed position and, when the pivoted furniture part is in the opened position, is moved into a position outside the deflection.
- Furniture fitting according to any of claims 6 to 10, characterised in that the tension strip (15) is fixed to a link part (13) at one end, which link part can be supplied with energy by the energy store (11) and the resulting energy of the energy store (11) can be adjusted.
- Furniture fitting according to claim 11, characterised in that the energy store (11) is a push or pull cylinder that can be fixedly supported at one end and which is guided in a link of the link part (13) at the other end.
- Furniture fitting according to any of claims 1 to 12, characterised in that the hinge lever (6) is part of a hinge lever unit provided with at least one adjustment means (18) that allows for an adjustment of a characteristic curve of the torque after the furniture hinge has been mounted, the adjustment means (18) being designed to set a maximum torque and/or the progression of the torque during the pivot movement.
- Furniture fitting according to any of claims 1 to 13, characterised in that the force exerted on the hinge lever (6) by the traction transmission element (15) can be applied via a force application point (KA, 25) that varies during the pivot movement relative to the rotary shaft (7) and in a plane perpendicular thereto.
- Furniture fitting according to any of claims 1 to 14, characterised in that the force application point (KA, 25) of the traction transmission element (15) can be varied by the adjustment means (18).
- Furniture fitting according to any of claims 1 to 15, characterised in that the hinge lever unit comprises a cam disc (19) that can be varied relative to the rotary shaft (6) by the adjustment means (18).
- Furniture fitting according to any of claims 1 to 16, characterised in that the cam disc (19) can be adjustably fixed to the hinge lever (6).
- Furniture fitting according to any of claims 1 to 17, characterised in that the cam disc (19) can be fixed to the hinge lever (6) so as to be movable and in particular pivotable but not rotational relative thereto.
- Furniture fitting according to any of claims 1 to 18, characterised in that the cam disc (19) comprises a part (21) that can be adjusted by the adjustment means (18).
- Furniture fitting according to claim 19, characterised in that the adjustable part (21) is connected to the other part (20) of the cam disc (19) in a flexible and/or hinged manner.
- Furniture fitting according to any of claims 1 to 20, characterised in that the cam disc (19) comprises an extendable ram (21) having a surface that forms the outer cam track.
- Furniture fitting according to any of claims 1 to 21, characterised in that the adjustment device, in particular the cam disc (19), includes an eccentric adjustment.
- Furniture fitting according to any of claims 1 to 22, characterised in that the adjustment device (19) comprises a bolt (31) that acts on the traction and/or pushing force transmission element (15).
- Furniture fitting according to claim 23, characterised in that the bolt (31) is fixed to a base plate and/or to the wall.
- Furniture fitting according to claim 24, characterised in that the bolt (31) is fixed to the hinge lever (6).
- Furniture fitting according to any of claims 23 to 25, characterised in that the bolt (31) comprises a sleeve that is rotatable at least in part.
- Piece of furniture comprising a pivotable furniture part (1), kitchen cupboard comprising a front cover that can be pivoted upwards, characterised by a furniture fitting according to any of claims 1 to 26.
