Abstract
Eine Profilrahmenkonstruktion umfasst ein Grundprofil (12) aus Metall, das einstückig mit einem Basisrahmenprofil (10) ausgebildet ist oder auf einem Basisrahmenprofil (10) aus Holz oder Metall befestigt ist. Ausfachungselemente (20; 40) liegen an Innendichtungsstreifen (18) an, die am Grundprofil (12) befestigt sind. Die Profilrahmenkonstruktion ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innendichtungsstreifen (18) eine Breite (B) von mindestens 5mm sowie eine Höhe (H) von mindestens 3mm aufweisen und das Material der Innendichtungsstreifen eine Wärmeleitfähigkeit von λD ≤ 0,25 W/mK gemäß Norm besitzt. Die Ausfachungselemente (20; 40) können mindestens ein Mehrscheibenisolierglas (20) umfassen, oder mindestens ein Paneel umfassen. Im Falle eines Mehrscheibenisolierglases besitzt dieses Abstandshalter (32) mit warmer Kante und eine Gesamtdicke (D) von mindestens 24mm aufweist. Im Falle eines Paneels weist dieses Decksohalen sowie einen Dämmkern auf, dessen Wärmeleitfähigkeit λK ≤ 0,05 W/mK beträgt. Die Abstandshalter (46, 48) weisen eine Breite zwischen 10mm und 30mm auf und eine Wärmeleitfähigkeit von λA ≤ 0,15 W/mK, bevorzugt λA ≤ 0,08 W/mK, besonders bevorzugt λA ≤ 0.04 W/mK und am meisten bevorzugt λA ≤ 0,03 W/mK. Die Profilrahmenkonstruktion besitzt einen Wärmedurchgangskoeffizienten Uf des profils von höchstens 2,5 W/m2K und einen linearen Wärmedurchgangskoeffizienten ψ des Ausfachungselements im Profil, der 0,08 W/mK nicht übersteigt.
