It is thus possible to avoid the addition of stones as explained about the plate 10. In this way, the thickness of the movement can be reduced. Indeed, the bridges can have a thickness of the order of 0.15mm. This is not possible with a brass bridge.
- each bearing 14 of the bridge may have a cup (30) formed recessed around the bearing.
- the cup defines an oiler forming a kind of reservoir for a lubricant, in order to improve the pivoting conditions of the mobiles in the silicon.

- Bridges 14 and 16 are made from silicon, corundum or diamond plates by photolithography techniques. These techniques allow a very high dimensional accuracy.
- the Deep Reactive-lon Etching (DRIE) deep-reactive ion etching technique is preferably used.
- the bridges 14 and 16 are coated, on at least one of their two faces, with metal strips identified by the letters b and c , for example nickel, in the vicinity of the holes 14a and 16a, by the technique known as LIGA.
- This technique makes it possible to deposit layers having a high precision in thickness. In this way, it is possible to achieve a less fragile assembly, while taking advantage of the precision offered by photolithography and LIGA, by interposing metal elements where the screws exert a pressure, so as to avoid direct contact between the plate and the base and / or between the plate and the clamping elements.
- the position of the bridges 14 and 16 is thus defined, in a plane parallel to the plane AA, by the cooperation of the holes 14a and 16a made in the silicon with the bearing surfaces 12b and 10b.
