  • the sheet-shaped element 10 By providing areas/zones in front and astern of the point of rotation R of the keel (or alternatively a pivot) for rotation, which areas/zones may work as an energy absorbing membrane 24, 26, stress concentrations in the hull 6 of the boat can, to a large extent, be avoided. If the sheet-shaped element 10 is designed in accordance to the present invention, it may resist the surface pressure between the blade of the keel 4 and the hull 6, and fatigue damages at the long sides 50 of the keel can be prevented.
  • the beam construction 42 is attached within the hull, in the base of the hull, in such a way that said surfaces of the membrane 24, 26, of the sheet-shaped element 10 are admitted to be elastic without immediately displacing the attachment positions.
  • the beam system 42 is placed within the hull 6 and attached in the hull at areas essentially outside the working ranges of the membranes 24, 26. This results in that the beam system 42 does not instantaneously will be "torn" away at a grounding F. Any other forces that origin from the pressure of the mast, shroud attachments, etc., are carried through bulkheads and reinforcements down to the beam system. The flexibility of the construction substantially increases the durability against grounding. By the mentioned solution, according to the present invention, the action of the forces is restructured in a way that is permitted to be easier calculated/dimensioned.
  • the present invention is related to a sheet-shaped element 10, arranged in a hull base 6 of a boat, that distributes the surface pressure between the hull and the keel of the boat, to a larger area simultaneously as the sheet-shaped element 10 comprises membrane-like portions 24, 26 that contributes to the receiving, absorbing or alternatively the propagation in the structure of the impacts F that arises at grounding.

Claims (11)

  1. Befestigungsvorrichtung (2) zum Befestigen eines Kiels (4) am Rumpfboden (6) eines Bootes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung (2) ein längliches plattenförmiges Element (10) umfasst, welches sich über eine Ausbreitungsebene (P) erstreckt, auf welchem der Kiel (4) auf einer Befestigungsposition (14) zwischen den kurzen Enden (14, 16) des länglichen Elements befestigt werden soll, dass das plattenförmige Element (10) dafür geeignet ist, mittels vorderer Befestigungen (20), die in Längsrichtung (L) des Bootes gesehen vorne und in einer Entfernung von der Befestigungsposition (14) des Kiels angeordnet sind, und mittels hinterer Befestigungen (22), die in Längsrichtung (L) des Bootes gesehen hinten und in einer Entfernung von der Befestigungsposition (14) des Kiels angeordnet sind, am Rumpfboden (6) des Bootes befestigt zu werden, und dass das plattenförmige Element (10) so ausgestaltet ist, elastisch aus der Ausbreitungsebene (P) ausgelenkt zu werden, wenn das Element (10) einem Drehmoment um die Befestigungsposition (14) des Kiels in einer Ebene (V) ausgesetzt wird, die senkrecht auf der Ausbreitungsebene (P) steht.
  2. Befestigungsvorrichtung (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den vorderen Befestigungen (20) bzw. den hinteren Befestigungen (22) und der Befestigungsposition (14) des Kiels das plattenförmige Element (10) mit dünnwändigen elastischen Abschnitten (24, 26) versehen ist, welche die elastische Auslenkung des plattenförmigen Elements (10) aus der Ausbreitungsebene (P) ermöglichen.
  3. Befestigungsvorrichtung (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das längliche plattenförmige Element (10) einen vorderen zungenförmigen Abschnitt (28), welcher ein vorderes Ende (30) aufweist, und einen hinteren zungenförmigen Abschnitt (32) umfasst, welcher ein hinteres Ende (34) aufweist, wobei die vorderen und hinteren Befestigungen (20, 22) in den entsprechenden zungenförmigen Abschnitten (28, 32) angeordnet sind.
  4. Befestigungsvorrichtung (2) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vordere Ende (30) des vorderen zungenförmigen Abschnitts (28) und das hintere Ende (34) des hinteren zungenförmigen Abschnitts (32) zweigeteilt ist, derart, dass an dem entsprechenden Ende (30, 34) zwei Zungenpunkte (36, 38) gebildet werden, wobei die Befestigungen (20, 22) in jedem Zungenpunkt (36, 38) angeordnet sind.
  5. Befestigungsvorrichtung (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das plattenförmige Element (10) dafür geeignet ist, mittels seitlicher Befestigungen (40) am Rumpfboden befestigt zu werden, die an jeder Seite der Befestigungsposition (14) des Kiels angeordnet sind, gesehen in der Längsausdehnung (L) des plattenförmigen Elements.
  6. Befestigungsvorrichtung (2) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den seitlichen Befestigungen (40) und einem der kurzen Enden (18) bzw. dem anderen der kurzen Enden (18) des plattenförmigen Elements (10) das plattenförmige Element (10) mit einem sich verjüngenden Abschnitt (41) einer beidseitigen Einkehlung versehen ist.
  7. Befestigungsvorrichtung (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das plattenförmige Element (10) vollständig oder teilweise aus einer Metallplatte, Glasfasern, einem zusammengesetzten Material, Kohlefasern und/oder Ähnlichem oder einer Kombination derselben ausgebildet ist.
  8. Anordnung (8), welche eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Befestigungsposition (14) des plattenförmigen Elements (10) ein Kiel (4) befestigt ist.
  9. Anordnung (8) nach Anspruch 8, gekennzeichnet durch einen Rumpfboden (6) für ein Segelboot, wobei der Rumpfboden (6) ein Trägersystem (42) umfasst, an welchem das plattenförmige Element (10) befestigt ist.
  10. Anordnung (8) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitlichen Befestigungen (40) des plattenförmigen Elements (10) auf jeder Seite des Kiels (4) an einem Querträger (44) befestigt sind, welcher sich quergerichtet und zentral über dem länglichen plattenförmigen Element erstreckt, und dass die Befestigungen (20, 22) des plattenförmigen Elements (10) mit Abstand vor und hinter dem Kiel (4) an einem vorderen Querträger (46), der vor und parallel zu dem zentralen Querträger (44) angeordnet ist, bzw. an einem hinteren Querträger (48) befestigt sind, der hinter und parallel zu dem zentralen Querträger (44) angeordnet ist.
  11. Segelboot, welches eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 oder eine Anordnung (8) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10 umfasst.
