Abstract

Bei einer Wärmepumpenvorrichtung mit einem Verdichter (10), einem Verflüssiger (20), einem Economiser (60), einem Verdampfer (30) und einem elektronischen Expansionsventil zur Dampfeinspritzung in den Verdichter (80), wird das elektronische Expansionsventil im Stillstand der Wärmepumpenvorrichtung geschlossen und das elektronische Expansionsventil (80) zur Regelung der Überhitzung des Kältemittels gesteuert. Der Druck des eingespritzten Kältemittels zur Berechnung der Überhitzung wird aus dem Hoch- und Niederdruck berechnet. Sollte bei der Wärmepumpe die Heißgastemperatur in einen Kritischen Bereich kommen, kann durch ein weiteres Öffnen des Expansionsventils über den berechneten Öffnungsgrad hinaus anteilig flüssiges Kältemittel eingespritzt werden und damit die Heißgastemperatur begrenzt bzw. gesenkt werden.
