Abstract
Es wird ein Verfahren zum Biegen von Werkstücken (20) mit Hilfe einer einen Biegestempel (5) sowie eine Matrize (13) umfassenden Biegevorrichtung (1) vorgeschlagen. Vor dem eigentlichen Biegevorgang wird zumindest eine Referenzbiegung durchgeführt, bei der während des Biegevorgangs verschiedene Biegewinkel zusammen mit der zugehörigen Eindringtiefe des Stempels (5) in die Matrize (13) sowie der Biegekraft erfasst werden. Zusätzlich wird für verschiedene Biegewinkel auch die Schenkellänge und/oder die Schenkellängenveränderung des Werkstücks (20) bestimmt und abgespeichert. Alternativ oder ergänzend kann auch noch der k-Faktor und der Biegeinnenradius für das Werkstück (20) berechnet und abgespeichert werden. Die erfassten Werte werden derart abgespeichert, dass bei nachfolgenden Biegevorgängen darauf zurückgegriffen werden kann, um die für einen bestimmten Sollbiegewinkel notwendige Eindringtiefe des Stempels (5) in die Matrize (13) zu berechnen. Zur Bestimmung des Biegewinkels wie auch der Schenkellänge ist die Biegevorrichtung mit einem Messsystem (16) ausgerüstet, das zumindest eine Lichtquelle sowie eine Kamera aufweist. Die Lichtquelle projiziert zur Bestimmung des Biegewinkels einen linienförmigen Lichtstrahl (17) derart auf das Werkstück (20), dass mittels einer Kamera die Lage der auf die Oberfläche des Werkstücks (20) gerichteten Linie gemessen und aufgrund des zwischen Licht und Kameraachse eingeschlossenen Winkels der Biegewinkel berechnet werden kann. A method for bending workpieces (20) by means of a bending device (1) comprising a bending punch (5) and a die (13) is proposed. In addition, the leg length and / or the leg length change of the workpiece (20) is determined and stored for different bending angles. Alternatively or additionally, the k-factor and the bending inner radius for the workpiece (20) can also be calculated and stored. The detected values are stored in such a way that subsequent bending processes can be used to calculate the penetration depth of the punch (5) into the die (13) which is necessary for a specific desired bending angle. To determine the bending angle as well as the leg length, the bending device is equipped with a measuring system (16) which has at least one light source and a camera. To determine the bending angle, the light source projects a line-shaped light beam (17) onto the workpiece (20) in such a way that the position of the line directed onto the surface of the workpiece (20) is measured by means of a camera and due to the angle of the bending angle enclosed between the light and the camera axis can be calculated.
