Description

The invention relates to a molded plastic insole with a support arch for the metatarsus.

Such an insole is in the U.S. Patent 4,441,499 described and illustrated. This insole consists of running in the longitudinal direction of the strip, which are cut out of a loop by parallel cuts, so that the loop is weakened and thus has a greater elasticity. The thereby given on the foot side straight stripes run from the area behind the toes to behind the metatarsus and thus support only the metatarsus. An improvement of this design is in the U.S. Patent 5,311,680 discloses according to which the individual straight strips are separated from the toe region by parallel cuts which lie in a region approximately at the highest curvature on a line which runs approximately at 45 ° to the longitudinal direction of the foot. These cuts can be joined together for stiffening via bridges, which, however, interfere with the uniformity of the insole.

Einkgesohlen mit Rippen und Nuten bzw. Aussparungen sind aus DE 17 58 028 U und FR- A-2 610 485 bekannt.Insoles with ribs and grooves or recesses are made DE 17 58 028 U and FR-A-2 610 485 known.

The invention has for its object to provide a molded plastic insole, in which the design of the support arch for the metatarsal follows the course of the pressure of the foot on the insole and which is individually customizable in terms of their support function to the respective Fußvölbung the wearer. According to the invention, this is done in that in the region of the greatest height of the support curvature on the underside of the insert a plurality of longitudinally extending stiffening ribs and the toe area in the direction of the heel are provided over the metatarsal grooves which bend in the region of the metatarsus to the lateral side of the insole and expire in this area, that run between the grooves of the respective toe outgoing spring strips, wherein the spring strips and the stiffening ribs are individually ablated in terms of their strength.

In this insole, both the stiffening ribs and the spring strips serve to support the foot, which can be individually abraded depending on the shape of the foot, so that presses with greater erosion at the relevant point of the foot with a correspondingly lower pressure on the support curvature. In this case, the pressure distribution, which is then available for the respective necessary removal of the stiffening ribs or the spring strips, can be precisely determined in a known manner with today's conventional orthopedic measuring devices for determining the pressure on the sole of the foot, divided into regions lying close to each other via individual pressure sensors , Here, the bending to the lateral side of the insole grooves ensure that arise corresponding arcuate spring strips that follow the usual load on the foot while walking, as this load eg in the U.S. Patent 5,394,626 is shown in Figure 7b.

With the bent spring strips and the stiffening ribs the orthopedist are given for the adaptation of the insole to the respective foot shape easy to be treated parts of the insole, which can be easily reduced by ablation in terms of their strength, which is e.g. can be done by grinding with a hand grinder. The so-designed insole thus forms an easily adaptable design for the orthopedist, which can be produced quickly and without great effort after the above-mentioned measurement of the pressure values over the foot.

In order to make the insole outside of their support area as a pleasant area, it is advisable to use a hard plastic in the heel and toe area for the support area, whereas a soft plastic fills the areas left open by the support arch and also overstates the spring strips separated there in the toe area. By the thus soft designed Positioning in the insole results in a pleasant use for the user, in which the cohesion of the spring strips in the toe area results in a pressure equalization across the toe area. The soft plastic can also be used as a cover over the support arch, which further enhances the convenience of using the insole.

In the figures, an embodiment of the invention is shown. Show it:
FIG. 1
a plan view of the foot-facing side of an insole for the left foot;
FIG. 2
a side view of the insole according to FIG. 1 ;
FIG. 3
a section along the line III-III FIG. 1 ,

In the FIG. 1 the insole is shown in a view of their foot facing away from the side, which consists entirely of plastic and is provided in the region of its support curvature 1 with three stiffening ribs 2, 3 and 4, which are about a few millimeters high and the plastic material in the area of the Sützwoelbung provide support for the midfoot when loading the insole.

In the sectional view along the line III-III FIG. 1 It can clearly be seen how the stiffening ribs 2, 3 and 4 clearly stand out from the area of the supporting curvature 1.

The insole has further extending from the toe area 5 in the direction of the metatarsal region 6 grooves 7, 8, 9 and 10, which extend into the toe area 5 and extend beyond the midfoot area 6, where they in the FIG. 1 through section III-III. In the sectional drawing according to FIG. 3 From these grooves, the grooves 8, 9 and 10 can be seen. The grooves 7, 8, 9 and 10 continue up to the front edge 12 of the insole, in the form of the slots 13, 14, 15 and 16, which are filled here by a soft plastic and the webs 17, 18th , 19 and 20 pass into the grooves 7, 8, 9 and 10. The soft plastic material in the slots 13, 14, 15 and 16 sets extends into the edge 12 of the insole and here forms a soft close, extending between the slots 13, 14, 15 and 16, the slightly pivotable parts of the spring strips 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 extend.

In the heel region 21 of the insole, this has the also made of soft plastic material heel pad 22.

As the FIG. 1 clearly shows, are formed by the grooves 7, 8, 9 and 10 or slots 13, 14, 15 and 16 and the edge 12 of the insole spring strips 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27, which are substantially arcuate, the bow being placed so that it follows the usual load of the foot while walking. Thus, the insole is optimally adapted to the foot, especially when walking. The depth of the above-mentioned grooves can be adjusted by applying the insole to the foot of a wearer by removing the said spring strips 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 in terms of their thickness, which is most easily done by abrading. In this case, the grooves then decrease with respect to their depth, whereby the suspension properties of said spring strips change in the sense of greater elasticity. In addition, the stiffening ribs 2, 3 and 4 can be regulated according to the individual design of the foot of a later wearer, namely by removing their strength, ie here in the sense of decreasing their height in relation to the bottom of the insole, bringing the highest curvature of the Insole can be reduced accordingly, if required by the shape of the foot of the future wearer. This removal of the height is also done here appropriately by grinding.

Thus, the insole described above is optimally adapted to the foot shape of the future wearer, which requires only a small effort for this adjustment, namely only the corresponding abrasion of plastic material from the insole.

The insole for the other foot is of course designed according to the mirror image reversed.
