Claims (10)
- Dispositif pour détacher automatiquement des unités adhésives (2) appliquées sur des positions équidistantes X sur un point ou rouleau de détachement de celui-ci, lesdites unités adhésives ayant une épaisseur D étant situées sur un support en forme de bande principalement enroulé (1), appelé distributeur, caractérisé en ce que ledit support en forme de bande ou de ruban (1) avec les unités adhésives (2) et avec une épaisseur D est guidé autour d'un rouleau rotatif (3) et d'un rouleau de détachement (14) et ensuite par des moyens d'entraînement (15, 16), dans lequel ledit rouleau rotatif (3) fait tourner avec une partie de sa circonférence le support en forme de bande (1) avec les unités adhésives (2) sur une face contre un premier point de tangence (21) du levier rotatif chargé par ressort (4), dans lequel des moyens de détection (5) sont agencés contre un second point de tangence (22) dudit levier rotatif chargé par ressort (4) pour déterminer l'épaisseur D des unités adhésives (2).
- Dispositif tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit levier rotatif chargé par ressort (4) est monté pivotant à une extrémité (6) et est pressé contre ledit rouleau en rotation (3) à l'autre extrémité (23) au moyen d'un ressort (7).
- Dispositif tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de détection (5) comprennent un enregistreur électrique.
- Dispositif tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit enregistreur électrique est un microcommutateur, un enregistreur capacitif ou inductif ou une cellule photoélectrique.
- Dispositif tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier point de tangence (21) du levier rotatif chargé par ressort (4) est muni d'un rouleau compteur (10).
- Dispositif tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit rouleau séparateur (14) peut être fixé avec son arbre dans une rainure transversale (17).
- Dispositif tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'entraînement (15, 16) comprennent un rouleau entraîné (15) et un galet de pression chargé par ressort (16) en contact avec celui-ci, ledit support (1) s'étendant entre ceux-ci.
- Dispositif tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit rouleau en rotation (3) est muni d'un revêtement antiadhésif (8).
- Dispositif tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit revêtement antiadhésif (8) est, par exemple, un revêtement au plasma.
- Dispositif tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit levier rotatif chargé par ressort (4) est muni d'un point de rotation pouvant être déplacé (13) qui est construit fixe pour des raisons de construction.
