Claims (24)

  1. Élément de ressort pour un sommier comprenant des éléments de soutien individuels agencés dans la surface de couchage au lieu de barrettes-ressorts, comprenant une base (1), une surface de soutien (3) écartée de la base (1) et un corps de ressort (2) agencé entre la base (1) et la surface de soutien (3), dans lequel la surface de soutien (3) comprend au moins deux parties (31, 32), qui sont reliées l'une à l'autre via au moins un élément à bascule (2) monté sur la base en basculement autour d'un axe (I) disposé dans un plan parallèle à la base (1) de telle manière que lors du débattement une partie (31) de la surface de soutien (3) est déplacée en direction de la base et l'autre partie (32) de la surface de soutien (3) est déplacée en éloignement de la base et inversement,
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément à bascule (2) est déformable élastiquement en lui-même.
  2. Élément de ressort selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément à bascule (2) est capable de basculer exactement autour d'un axe (I).
  3. Élément de ressort selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que la liaison entre la base (1, 1') et l'élément à bascule (2, 2') est réalisée élastique.
  4. Élément de ressort selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que les parties (31 - 34, 31'- 316') de la surface de soutien (3, 3') sont capables de basculer par rapport à l'élément de bascule (2, 2') au moins autour d'un axe disposé dans un plan parallèle à la base (1, 1').
  5. Élément de ressort selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que la liaison entre l'élément à bascule (2, 2') et les parties (31 - 34, 31'- 316') de la surface de soutien (3, 3') est réalisée élastique.
  6. Élément de ressort selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément de bascule (2, 2') est réalisé en forme d'entretoise.
  7. Élément de ressort selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément de bascule (2, 2') est formé par deux entretoises (4, 5) agencées chacune sur un côté de la base (1, 1').
  8. Élément de ressort selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que les entretoises (4, 5) sont reliées par leur tronçon central à la base (1, 1') et sont reliées par leurs extrémités (8, 9) par paires avec une partie respective (31, 32) de la surface de soutien (3).
  9. Élément de ressort selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que les deux parties (31, 32) de la surface de soutien (3) sont agencées respectivement entre deux extrémités (8, 9) de deux entretoises (4, 5).
  10. Élément de ressort selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce que les entretoises (4, 5) sont réalisées élastiques vis-à-vis de la flexion mais rigides vis-à-vis de la torsion.
  11. Élément de ressort selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément de bascule (2) est relié à la base (1) via au moins une liaison à torsion (6, 7) et/ou est relié à la surface de soutien (3) via au moins une liaison à torsion (8, 9).
  12. Élément de ressort selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que la surface de soutien (3) comprend au moins trois parties, en particulier quatre parties (31 - 34).
  13. Élément de ressort selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément de bascule (2) est capable de basculer autour de deux axes mutuellement perpendiculaires, disposés dans un plan parallèle à la base (1).
  14. Élément de ressort selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément de bascule (2) est capable de basculer autour de tout axe quelconque disposé dans un plan parallèle à la base (1).
  15. Élément de ressort selon la revendication 14,
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément de bascule (2) est relié à la base (1) via une sorte d'articulation à rotule (17).
  16. Élément de ressort selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie (31 - 34) de la surface de soutien (3) forme de son côté une base (1') pour un autre élément de bascule (2') similaire, qui relie l'une à l'autre deux parties (31', 32') d'une autre surface de soutien (3').
  17. Élément de ressort selon la revendication 16,
    caractérisé en ce que le premier et le second élément de bascule (2, 2') présentent des axes (I, I') disposés en croix.
  18. Élément de ressort selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que la surface de soutien (3, 3') est réalisée sous forme de plaque de couverture, ou bien est susceptible d'être reliée à une ou plusieurs plaques de couverture (11, 24).
  19. Élément de ressort selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément de ressort est en matière plastique.
  20. Élément de ressort selon la revendication 19,
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément de ressort est formé d'une seule pièce, en particulier par moulage par injection.
  21. Élément de ressort selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que des éléments de jonction à baïonnette (25, 26) sont prévus respectivement sur la surface de soutien supérieure (3) et/ou sur la base (1), en particulier conformés, lesdits éléments (25) prévus sur la surface de soutien (3) étant de préférence réalisés complémentaires aux éléments (26) prévus sur la base (1).
  22. Élément de ressort selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, sur le côté de la base (1, 1') détourné de la surface de soutien (3), une autre surface de soutien (3') écartée de la base (1, 1'), laquelle est reliée à la base (1, 1') via un autre corps de ressort (2, 2').
  23. Élément de ressort selon la revendication 22,
    caractérisé en ce que le côté détourné de l'élément de ressort est également réalisé conformément à l'une des revendications 1 à 13.
  24. Élément de ressort selon la revendication 23,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est réalisé symétriquement par rapport à la base (1, 1').
