Abstract

The frame has ribs (6-1, 6-2) projected on frame posts (3-1, 3-2) defined along a direction perpendicular to sliding directions (4-1, 4-2) of openings (2-1, 2-2). Plus précisément, elle se rapporte à un châssis de porte ou fenêtre comportant un cadre et au moins un ouvrant monté en coulissement dans ledit cadre,

  • ledit cadre comprenant au moins un montant de cadre défini suivant une direction perpendiculaire à la direction du coulissement de l'ouvrant, ledit montant de cadre comportant une première face tournée vers l'intérieur du cadre,

    L'état de la technique enseigne un tel type de châssis. Lorsque l'ouvrant qui vient en position dite "de fermeture" ne pénètre pas dans une cavité réalisée dans le montant de cadre, le système de fermeture est souvent la source d'un pont thermique ou d'une faiblesse dans l'isolation thermique qui vient affaiblir la performance d'isolation thermique du châssis. En outre les systèmes de fermeture conventionnels associés à de tels châssis peuvent souvent présenter des points de faiblesse à l'origine d'effractions.
    Il existe également de tels châssis dont l'ouvrant qui vient en position dite "de fermeture", possède un montant qui pénètre dans une cavité réalisée dans le montant de cadre dormant. L'étanchéité, notamment au vent et à la pluie, se fait grâce à des joints d'étanchéité.
    Cette dernière solution est par exemple décrite dans les US-A-2005166494 et le FR-A-2801337 . Elle donne déjà de bons résultats, mais la tendance est de réaliser des châssis de fermeture qui soient de plus en plus isolants tant sur le plan thermique que sur le plan phonique.
    En outre, avec ce type de châssis de porte ou fenêtre, se pose le problème de l'intégration des moyens de fermeture du type à serrure à clé ou autre, car ces moyens présentent un encombrement non négligeable qui nuit considérablement à l'esthétique du châssis et aussi à l'isolation thermique et phonique.
    Aussi, la présente invention a-t-elle pour but de réaliser un châssis de porte et/ou fenêtre dans lequel les objectifs définis ci-dessus, à savoir une meilleure isolation tant sur le plan thermique que sur le plan phonique et une intégration plus esthétique des moyens de fermeture à serrure à clé ou autre, ainsi qu'une meilleure résistance à l'effraction, sont atteints simultanément de façon encore plus satisfaisante qu'avec les solutions de l'art antérieur telles que notamment exposées dans les deux documents référencés ci-dessus.
    Plus précisément, le châssis selon la présente invention se caractérise en ce qu'il comporte en outre une nervure réalisée en saillie sur ledit montant de cadre et formée de deux parois longitudinales définissant un logement ouvert, et en ce que les deux parties du dispositif de fermeture commandable sont respectivement fixées dans ledit logement et sur le montant d'ouvrant et agencées pour que, lorsque l'ouvrant coulisse de façon que le montant d'ouvrant se déplace vers le montant de cadre, elles soient aptes à coopérer entre elles.
