Dieser stellt einen vorzugsweise beleuchteten Arbeitsraum dar, der durch Sichtfenster einsehbar ist. Claims (20)

  1. Method for loading needle boards (2) of a felting machine with felting needles (17), which have a working part (35) and a holding part (36), with the following steps:
    providing a needle board (2) with a plurality of openings (3), which are arranged to receive the felting needles (17) and are spaced at predetermined distances,
    providing a multi-collet chuck (45), which is arranged to receive multiple felting needles (17) by gripping the holding part (36) thereof,
    inserting a group of felting needles (17) with parallel longitudinal alignment into the multi-collet chuck (45),
    inserting at least the working parts (35) of the felting needles (17) held by the multi-collet chuck (45) into the openings (3) of the needle board (2) and
    pressing the holding parts (36) of the felting needles (17) into the openings (3) of the needle board (2).
  2. Method according to claim 1, characterised in that the felting needles (17) are fed to the multi-collet chuck (45) in groups.
  3. Method according to claim 1, characterised in that the felting needles (17) are held in the multi-collet chuck (45) at the same distances from one another as the distances between holes.
  4. Method according to claim 1, characterised in that the holding parts (36) are only pressed in after all the felting needles (17) provided for loading the needle board (2) have been inserted into their openings (3).
