- Such a shelter is generally made of a metal structure covered at least in the upper part by a covering element forming a roof.
- This shelter presents itself most often, in deployed position, like a tent having the shape of a cube surmounted by a pyramid.
- This type of shelter is intended for occasional use, as a stand or the like, over a fixed period of time, requiring assembly and dismantling as simple as fast. Therefore, existing shelters have been planned unfolding, moving from a folded configuration, for transport and storage, to an expanded position, or vice versa. This ability to fold and deploy the shelter greatly facilitates its assembly compared to shelters comprising a structure consisting of longitudinal members, rods or removable bars and secured together by fasteners.
- a collapsible shelter comprises a structure generally consisting of longitudinal members of metal material, for example aluminum profiles or aluminum compound. These rails are articulated together so as to allow the passage of said shelter from a folded position to an expanded configuration, or vice versa.
- the cover member is secured to said structure so that folding or deployment of the shelter does not require removal of said cover member. To do this, it is made in the form of a plastic sheet, flexible and waterproof, attached to said structure.
- the known foldable shelters are limited in size because of the lift of the structure and the weight that support the articulated spars as well as the total mass of the structure.
- Known shelters generally have a maximum floor area of 3 x 3 meters. For larger surfaces, it is then necessary to use conventional removable shelters.
- the structure of the existing shelters comprises, at each of its angles, telescopic uprights so as, in one sense, enhance said structure and cover means in the deployed position and, in the other direction, allow the lowering of the structure to further compact it in the folded position.
- Each upright comprises a lower element resting on the ground through a base and sliding inside an upper element secured to said structure. In doing so, the lower element is of smaller section than the upper element, posing in particular problems of rigidity of the assembly.
- Another disadvantage lies in the displacement of said shelter during its assembly, especially after the deployment of the structure but before the raising.
- Removable casters or not are generally arranged under the base of an amount to position the set as it sees fit. Once the shelter is positioned, it is then necessary to remove or retract said casters, involving lifting the weight of the entire structure.
- the invention aims to overcome the disadvantages of the state of the art by providing a foldable shelter structure provided with telescopic amounts stiffening the entire structure and improving its seating and allowing easy positioning of the shelter in view of his raising.

- This shelter 2 comprises cover means 3 secured to said structure 1 so as to fold along the latter during the folding of said shelter 2.
- These cover means 3 may advantageously be in the form of a single or double tarpaulin curvature, made of plastic compound or any other material.

- These wings 12A, 12B serve as reinforcement 8, as well as slides to means for reinforcing the seat of said upright 8.
- These are in the form of a plate comprising two wings 13A, 13B extending substantially orthogonally with respect to the other, the lower end 14 of said plate being secured to said base 11 while the upper end 15 slides along the upper member 10, in particular along the wings 12A, 12B.
- the lateral edges of the flanges 12A, 12B may include a double fold 16 inward so as to surround the edge of the flanges 13A, 13B.
- This fold may be continuous or discontinuous, extending over all or part of the edge of the wings 12A, 12B.
- the wings 12A, 12B may also be provided with fastening means 17 slidable along the edges of the flanges 13A, 13B.
- the wings 13A, 13B at least partially cover the wings 12A, 12B in the folded position, as shown in Figure 2.
- the connecting panel 18 protects the structure 1 once folded.
- Each upright 8 comprises means 19 for fastening the edges 20 of a such connecting panel 18.
- These fastening means 19 may be arranged on the flanges 13A, 13B, preferably they are arranged on the corners 21 arranged at each end of each upright 8.
- These corners 21 may also be used for stacking of folded structures 1 but may be advantageously provided projecting relative to the edges of said structures 1 so as to protect it from shocks during its transport.
- these wedges 21 may be made of a flexible or semi-rigid plastic material.
- Each wing 13A, 13B also comprises anchoring means 24, not shown, with a wall intended to form a wall to said shelter 2.
- This wall may consist of a tarpaulin of any material, preferably in the same material as the tarpaulin cover means 3.
- the anchoring means 24 may be arranged regularly along said wings 13A, 13B.
- the upper element 10 also comprises, over all or part of its length, means 25 capable of guiding the housings 6 of the structure 1 during deployment and folding operations.
- the profile forming the upper element 10 comprises said guide means 25 in the form of a slide 26. Particularly visible in Figure 4, this slideway 26 is located inside the upright 8 and consists of two extensions 27A, 27B substantially parallel to each other. The space 28 thus formed between the extensions 27A, 27B is shaped so as to cooperate with rolling means 29 secured to the ends 30 of the longitudinal members 6 of said structure 1.
- These rolling means 29, particularly visible in FIG. 6, comprise a carriage 31 on which are articulated the ends 30 of the longitudinal members 6. This carriage slides inside said slideway 26 through at least two wheels 32 arranged internally and substantially parallel to the extensions 27A, 27B. During deployment or folding of the structure 1, the wheels 32 then slide along the slide 26, avoiding any resistance and greatly facilitating the passage from one position to another.
- the slide 26 can serve as a support for lighting kits, power supply, heating or the like.
- kits can fit inside guide means 25 and comprise locking means at different heights of said slideway 26.
- the base 11 may be shaped to allow the projection in all or part of said roller 22.
- the base 11 may comprise a recess 23 for receiving said wheel 22.
- said wheel 22 can be removably attached to said upper member 10 of a post 8. In raising position of a post 8, this wheel 22 can serve as a support for an independent element, such as a partition, an amount, a bar or other.
- the wheel 22 can also serve as limit stop of the carriage 31 of the rolling means 29. Indeed, during its displacement during the folding phase of the structure 1, the carriage is blocked in the lower part of said upper element 10 by said wheel 22.
- the base 11 is fixed to the lower end 14 of the lower element 9 of a post 8. It can be in the form of a plate so as to increase the bearing surface at 8.
- the bases 11 of each upright 8 cover the entire bottom of the structure 1 in the folded position.
- the cap 5 covers the entire top of the structure 1 in the folded position. Thus in this position, the structure 1 is completely enclosed and protected for its transport and storage.
- the invention also relates to a collapsible structure 1 for shelter 2, capable of passing from an extended position forming said shelter 2 to a folded position, and vice versa, and comprising integral cover means 3 and suitable telescopic seating means 7. to enhance said structure 1.
- a structure 1 is characterized in that said seating means 7 are in the form of at least one of the upright 8 as previously described.
