Eine solche in FIG.5B dargestellte Problematik - kann sich wie vorstehend bereits erwähnt- praktisch durch Bauteil- und/oder Montage-Toleranzen ergeben.
Hierdurch kann eine erschwerte, unsichere oder auch eine unmögliche Verriegelung bedingt sein.

Wenn die Haltestange 11 bei ihrer Aufwärtsverschiebung diese Haken-Gleitfläche 21-S beaufschlagt, wird der Verriegelungshaken entgegen der in Richtung D wirkenden Federkraft nach ober gedrückt. Der Verriegelungshaken führt dabei eine kleine Schenkbewegung um seine Achse aus.
Dabei schiebt sich quasi die Haltestange 11 "unter" das Hakenteil 26 des Verriegelungshakens 21.
Nach weiterer Verschiebung der Haltestange 11 auf der Halter-Gleitschrägen 24-S, 25-S gerät die Haltestange 11 direkt unter die Aussparung 23 des Hakenteils 26.
In dieser Position wird das Hakenteil 26 federkraftgetrieben in Richtung D direkt auf die Haltestange 11 in Verriegelungsposition gedrückt.

Ohne Berücksichtigung des zwischen den Wandelementen 24, 25 des Halters 27 angeordneten Verriegelungshakens 21 würde die Aufwärts-Verschiebung der Haltestange 11 auf der Gleitschräge durch den nasenförmigen Anschlag 24-E begrenzt werden.
Ebenso ist auch die Verschiebemöglichkeit der Haltestange durch die nicht offenen Enden ihrer Führungsschlitze 12, 12' begrenzt.

Der Verriegelungshaken hat ein Hakenteil 26 mit einer Aussparung 23. Die Haltestange 11 wird in Verriegelungsposition in dieser Aussparung 23 des Hakenteils 26 angeordnet. Sie wird im Verriegelungsfall vom Hakenteil 26 ausreichend umfaßt.
FIG.4A zeigt
eine auszugsweise Seitenansicht des Halters 27 (mit Blick auf das Wand-Element 24) mit Verriegelungshaken 21 und mit Blick auf die Haltestange 11. Diese nimmt eine Position auf der Halter-Gleitschrägen 24-S unmittelbar vor der äußeren Haken-Gleitschräge 21-S des noch abgesenkten Verriegelungshakens 21 ein.
In dieser Position drückt die weiter auf der Halter-Gleitschräge 24-S verschiebbare Haltestange derart gegen die Haken-Gleitschräge 21-S, daß der Verriegelungshaken entgegen der in Richtung D wirkenden Feder(F)kraft nach oben ausschwenkt, so daß sich die Haltestange auf der Gleitschräge
24-S quasi unter das Hakenteil 26 des Verriegelungshakens 21 schiebt. Bei weiterer Verschiebung gelangt die Haltestange 11 (s. FIG. 4B) direkt unter die Aussparung 23 des Hakenteils 26, wobei die in Richtung D wirkende Feder(F)kraft den Verriegelungshaken 21 weiter nach unten drückt.
Hierbei gelangt die Haltestange 11 direkt in die Aussparung 23 des Hakenteils 26, d.h. in Verriegelungsposition mit dem Verriegelungshaken 21.
Diesbezüglich zeigt FIG.4B
eine auszugsweise Seitenansicht der Haltestange 11 in Verriegelungsposition mit dem Verriegelungshaken 21.

Unabhängig von der in den Figuren beschriebenen Ausführungsform der Erfindung sei bemerkt, daß der Führungsschlitz 12, 12' nicht nur gerade sondern auch bogenförmig verlaufen kann. Anstelle des Führungsschlitzes kann z.B. auch eine nutförmige Aussparung in den Wandteilen 14, 15 vorgesehen sein. Die Halter-Gleitschräge 24-S, 25-S muß nicht geradlinig verlaufen, ein bogenförmiger Verlauf ist ebenso möglich. Ihr Verlauf muß jedoch mit dem Verlauf des Führungsschlitzes bzw. der Führungsnut abgestimmt sein.
Die Anschläge 24-E auf der Halter-Gleitschrägen 24-S sind entbehrlich. Sie dienen nur einer zusätzlichen Sicherheit bei der Positionierung der Halte-Stange.
Haltestange 11 und Halter 27mit Verriegelungshaken können direkt z.B. an einem Behälter bzw. Schwenkdeckel dieses Behälters befestigt sein. Es ist aber gemäß des beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiels auch möglich, Haltestange 11 und Halter 27 mit dem Verriegelungshaken auf einem Montage-Element (10,20) anzuordnen, welches dann mit dem Behälter bzw. seinem Deckel verbunden wird.

Claims (3)

  1. Releasable locking arrangement for two components consisting of a hook connecting element located on a first component and a spring loaded locking hook with swivelling axis located on a second component,
    where the locking hook and the hook connecting element are connected to one another to form the look,

    that the hook connecting element on the first component (10) is a retaining rod (11) whose ends are movable in a guide track (12, 12'),
    that the swivelling axis (22) of the locking hook (21) on the second component (20) is connected with a holder (27),
    that the holder (27) has a holder-sliding-bevel (24-S, 25-S) for the retaining rod (11),
    where
    when the two components (10, 20) approach one another, the retaining rod (11) strikes the holder-sliding-bevel (24-S, 25-S)
    and where, when the two components continue to approach one another, the retaining rod is displaced upwards on this holder-sliding-bevel (24-S, 25-S) and at the same time in its guide track (12, 12'),
    that the hooked part (26) of the locking hook (21) has an outer hook sliding surface (21-S),
    that the swivelling plane of the locking hook (21) runs adjacent to the sliding bevel (24-S, 25-S) of the holder and the locking hook is arranged on the holder (27) in such a way that the hook sliding surface (21-S), can be subjected to pressure from the movable retaining rod (11) on the sliding bevel (24-S, 25-S) of the holder in such a way that the locking hook (21) is pressed into a position above the retaining rod (11) against the force of the spring acting on it
    until, following further displacement of the retaining rod (11) on the sliding bevel (24-S, 25-S) of the holder, the hooked part (26) of the spring (F)-loaded locking hook (21) is pressed into the locked position on the retaining rod (11).
  2. Arrangement according to claim 1, characterised in that the sliding bevel (24-S, 25-S) has an upper stop (24-E) for the retaining rod (11).
  3. Arrangement according to claim 1, characterised in that the holder (27) comprises two wall elements (24, 25) at a distance from one another, each having a holder-sliding-bevel (24-S, 25-S),
    where the holder-sliding-bevels are aligned towards one another to receive the retaining rod (11),
    and that the locking hook (21) is located between the two wall elements.
