Abstract

Ein vom Schlagbetrieb auf Nichtschlagbetrieb umschaltbarer Schlagschrauber enthält eine Antriebswelle (4), eine Abtriebswelle (5) und einen durch Federkraft zur Abtriebswelle (5) hin beaufschlagten Schlagkörper (22), der in einer vorderen Position in Drehmitnahmeeingriff mit der Abtriebswelle (5) steht. Der Schlagkörper (22) ist treibend mit der Antriebswelle (4) verbunden. Wirkt beim Schlagbetrieb auf die Abtriebswelle (5) von außen her ein Grenz-Gegenmoment ein, bewegt sich der Schlagkörper (22) entgegen der Federkraft nach hinten mit überlagerter Drehbewegung relativ zur Antriebswelle (4). Der Schlagkörper (22) dreht sich dann an der Abtriebswelle (5) vorbei und gelangt anschließend unter der Federkraft wieder in seine vordere Position und übt auf die Abtriebswelle (5) einen Schlag in Umfangsrichtung aus. Die Umschalteinrichtung enthält einen radial außerhalb der Antriebswelle (4) konzentrisch zu dieser angeordneten Schaltring (35), der an einem drehfest mit der Antriebswelle (4) verbundenen Schaltring-Lagerteil (37) drehfest und axial verschiebbar gelagert ist und beim Verschieben aus einer unwirksamen Stellung in eine wirksame Stellung in drehfesten Verriegelungseingriff mit dem Schlagkörper (22) gelangt.
