Die Schnittstelle kann in Form eines Datensteckers an dem Fahrzeug vorgesehen sein. Wie oben bereits dargelegt, ist es häufig bedeutsam für die Werbeleistung, zu welchem Tageszeitpunkt das Fahrzeug an welchem Standort befindlich ist. Dementsprechend umfasst das Werbeprofil regelmäßig auch eine Information zur Tageszeit am Standort des Fahrzeuges. Mit den Standortinformationen können selbstverständlich Bewegungsinformationen abgeleitet werden, wie beispielsweise die zurückgelegte Strecke und damit die Verbreitung der Werbebotschaft in einem gewissen Bereich. Wie bereits erwähnt sollte zumindest die aus dem Identträger ausgelesene Information bezüglich des Werbetreibenden zu Erstellung des Werbeprofils genutzt werden. Darüber hinaus kann diese Information genutzt werden, um die Abrechnung detaillierter auszuführen, so dass der Auftraggeber bei unterschiedlichen Werbeaufdrucken, d.h. unterschiedlichen Werbebotschaften anhand der Rechnungsstellung differenzieren kann, welche Verbreitung unterschiedliche Werbebotschaften gefunden haben. Eine solche Korrelation ist regelmäßig bedeutsam für die Analyse der Marketingmaßnahme. Des weiteren umfasst das Werbeprofil Zeitinformation, d.h. Informationen zum Wochentag bzw. Datum zu dem sich das Fahrzeug an einem bestimmten Standort aufhält. Schließlich kann das Werbeprofil auch die ausgelesene Fahrzeugidentifikationsinformation enthalten, um einerseits eine Weiterleitung von erhaltenen Werbegebühren an den Betreiber des Fahrzeuges zu ermöglichen und andererseits die Wirksamkeit der beauftragten Werbemaßnahme auf Seiten des Auftraggebers oder des Betreibers des Werbesystems zu überprüfen. So kann der Betreiber des System insbesondere anhand der Fahrzeugidentifikationsinformation eine Datenbank betreiben, in welcher der bevorzugte bzw. der überwiegende Aufenthaltsraum des entsprechenden Fahrzeuges hinterlegt ist, um gezielt Fahrzeuge zur lokalen Verbreitung bestimmter Werbebotschaften auswählen zu können.Preferably, the advertising system comprises means for automatically issuing invoices to the advertiser, ie the principal.
