Definitions
- the invention applies to a power supply for a motorized actuator for doors, windows, shutters.
- a motorized actuator for doors, windows, shutters.
- Such an actuator can be powered directly on the mains or by an autonomous power supply comprising a battery kit.
- the battery kit generally consists of a power source, for example a group of batteries or accumulators and at least one connector for its connection to an engine.
- the current source is preferably disposed in a housing, the connector being placed inside or outside this housing or mounted on a face of the housing.
- the autonomous power supply unit comprises a group of rechargeable accumulators, it also comprises an external source of current and an appropriate connection.
- This external source may comprise a set of photovoltaic cells or solar panel, more generally an energy generator or possibly a battery.
- the autonomous power supply unit can be mounted near the actuator or be at least partially offset in a more suitable location, for example outside a roller shutter box, in a more discreet place or possibly more accessible, and conveniently close to the drum kit.
- a power cable or a direct connection between the various elements of the power supply and the actuator are provided according to the desired spatial configurations.
- the utility model DE 202 10 770U or the patent application JP 07-102866 disclose a roller shutter SCR moved by a ACT actuator autonomously powered by a power supply unit comprising a solar panel PV disposed on the casing of the roller shutter and BAT rechargeable batteries by solar energy via a load circuit REG.
- An auxiliary socket is further provided for the connection of the shutter via an external power supply EXT.
- This external power source can be an external battery or network power. It can be used to power the actuator directly or to charge the accumulators if the energy level of these is too low.
- This auxiliary socket is preferably accessible by the user, and in particular, can be placed between the unwrapped deck of the shutter and the window or at the bottom of one of the slides in which slides the roller shutter apron.
- An autonomous system can be controlled wired or wireless. Particularly in the latter case, it is known to seek to limit energy consumption to the maximum, and in particular the consumption of a receiver of movement orders addressed to the actuator by infrared or radio type electromagnetic waves, so as to limit any unnecessary discharge from the stand-alone power source. This consumption can be reduced by the use of appropriate electronic and circuit components.
- the invention aims to improve the known devices of the prior art, while providing a simple and ergonomic modular solution.
- the invention further proposes to provide features available to the various customers, whether they are integrators, installers, logisticians or end users.
- the integrator must adjust at the factory an autonomous actuator in the middle of other autonomous or mains powered actuators.
- the idea is that the system allows it to make adjustments by limiting the use of radio, and protect the system against other current settings by inhibiting the radio listening function.
- the product can be delivered with the battery installed.
- the invention aims to ensure, during transport of the autonomous actuation assembly, the absence of inadvertent movement, as well as to minimize the discharges of the battery other than natural.
- the actuating assembly according to the invention is defined by claim 1.
- the figure 1 is an electrical diagram of an actuating assembly according to the invention.
- the figure 2 is a circuit diagram of an actuation assembly known from the prior art.
- FIGS. 3 and 4 are exploded views of a first embodiment of an actuation assembly according to the invention.
- the figure 5 is a front view of a second embodiment of an actuating assembly according to the invention.
- the figure 6 is a side view of a second embodiment of an actuating assembly according to the invention.
- the figure 7 is a front view of a third embodiment of an actuating assembly according to the invention.
- the figure 8 is a front view of a fourth embodiment of an actuating assembly according to the invention.
- the installation INST comprises an actuator ACT comprising a gear motor MTR, an electronic control unit of the gear motor ECU and a radio frequency control command receiver RCU and a means DU for detecting variations in the voltage on a power supply line.
- the ACT actuator is powered via the power supply line by a PWU autonomous power supply unit comprising at least one BAT rechargeable battery, coupled to a REG charging circuit, itself linked to a PVC photovoltaic panel supplying energy. can be stored in the BAT battery.
- the consumption of the actuator must be reduced.
- the actuator ACT consumes the energy provided by the battery BAT.
- the RCU control command receiver must remain in a standby mode to be able to react to control commands from a radiofrequency command transmitter.
- the consumption of the receiver is therefore substantially continuous, whether in standby mode or in processing mode when a message is received.
- the BAT battery must therefore be capable of providing such energy.
- the RCU control command receiver is a low power receiver.
- the power supply unit PWU also comprises a human-machine interface MMI, coupled to a CCU order determination unit, depending on the activation of the human-machine interface MMI. .
- the human-machine interface MMI comprises at least one functional button FI, whose activation makes it possible to inhibit or restore the listening capabilities of the actuator, that is to say to activate or not the RCU command receiver.
- the same FI functional button can be used to transmit the functionalities described above to the actuator, using particular ergonomics, determined by support times, successions of supports or support sequences.
- the order determination unit CCU then translates these orders, constituted by these support times, these successions of supports or these support sequences, in the form of particular signals, to transmit them to the ECU electronic control unit. of the actuator, in particular by using the power line between the assembly PWU power supply and the actuator or for example using a bus-type line for carrying the power supply and information simultaneously, or with a dedicated line for the transfer of information.
- These signals may for example consist of variations in the supply voltage. They are then detected and identified within the means DU for detecting variations in the supply voltage.
- the actuator is connected to the PWU power supply via a LIN power line.
- a PR connector allows fast connection between the actuator and the power supply.
- the connection between the charging circuit REG and the actuator is interrupted if the actuator is disconnected from this power supply connector PR.
- This can then be used to connect an external EXT power source, be it a battery or the power grid.
- the battery BAT is then charged via this external source EXT, through the load circuit REG, so as to overcome a temporary failure of energy supply by the photovoltaic panel PV.
- FIGS 3 and 4 represent an embodiment of the PWU stand-alone power supply with internal or external connector.
- the battery BAT is preferably housed in a housing 10 of elongated shape, provided at its ends with two removable covers 11 and 12.
- the battery BAT may be in the form of a plurality of rechargeable accumulators connected in series, one after the other in the housing.
- the poles of the battery are connected to a circuit printed circuit board, also comprising the charging circuit REG (not shown).
- the photovoltaic cell panel PV (not shown) is connected to the charging circuit, so as to supply the battery by transforming the light energy accumulating electric current in the battery.
- the CCU command determination unit (not shown) is also connected to the printed circuit board PCB.
- the figure 3 shows an exploded view of a portion of the PWU stand-alone power supply.
- the housing 10 is equipped at its ends with soles 14 and 15, possibly removable, making it easier to insert the set of BAT batteries into the elongated housing.
- the soleplate 15 is provided with a cable gland provided for the insertion of the LIN cable connected to the geared motor MTR in the housing 10.
- the LIN cable is connected at its end inserted into the cable gland, to a mobile connector PR1 m by This connector PR1 m may be connected to another connector PR1 f attached to the printed circuit PCB and electrically connected to the battery BAT.
- the gearmotor MTR is electrically connected to the battery BAT.
- the sole 15 and the sole 14 are covered by the removable covers 11 and 12.
- the connectors PR1f and PR1m can be disconnected.
- the fixed connector PR1f can then be used to recharge the battery BAT by the external source EXT.
- the connector PR1 m can be used for the direct supply by the external source EXT. This external source may be different depending on whether it is intended to recharge the battery or to power the actuator.
- the figure 4 shows the detail of the connectors PR1f and PR1m once installed on the soleplate 15.
- the FI functional button On the printed circuit board PCB is also mounted the FI functional button. It is also accessible when the cover 11 is removed from the housing 10.
- the cover 11 takes the form of a plug. It is removable vis-à-vis the housing 10.
- the printed PCB is maintained in the removable plug 11.
- On a printed circuit board are mounted a first connector PR2f and the FI functional button of the human-machine interface MMI.
- a second connector PR2m is plugged into the first and connects the battery to the circuit board.
- the functional button FI and the connectors PR2f and PR2m become accessible.
- the FI functional button can then be used to control certain functions of the actuator.
- the connectors PR2m and PR2f decouple the battery from the actuator.
- This connector can be used, once decoupled, for connection to an external source to recharge the battery or to directly power the actuator.
- functionalities of the charging circuit can be reused when connected to an external source (for example, checking the charge level of the battery).
- the LIN electrical connection line between the battery BAT and ACT actuator.
- the LIN line is also equipped with another connector PR2 ', which allows connection to the actuator.
- This connector PR2 ' may be near the housing or further on the LIN line electrical connection, for example at the actuator itself.
- the figure 6 is a schematic sectional view of the housing of the power supply according to the figure 5 .
- the housing has a flat bottom surface, surmounted by a substantially circular section, in which are housed the battery or accumulators and LIN connection line between the printed PCB and the connector PR2 '.
- the flat bottom surface extends sideways to form a support surface for the PV photovoltaic panel. These are then connected to the load circuit REG at one end of the housing.
- the plugs 11 and 12 shown in figure 5 as well as figures 7 and 8 have complementary shapes to the case.
- the housing can be closed on one side by a plug and on the other by a housing wall.
- the figure 7 presents a third embodiment of the housing 10 of the battery pack.
- the two plugs 11 and 12 can be permanently mounted.
- the connector PR for the connection is located at the plug 12.
- This connector PR is in fact linked to the printed circuit PCB and to the battery through the tracks thereof.
- a functional button FI ' is of the activatable type without contact, for example by magnetic actuation or by means of an RFID radio frequency identification system.
- the figure 8 A first plug 11, inside which is installed the printed circuit board PCB and a functional button FI ", is fixed with respect to the case, there again, the functional button is activable. without contact, or activatable by contact through the wall of the plug 11 (flexible wall for example) .
- the second plug 12 is removable and the connectors PR4m and PR4f connecting the printed circuit to the supply line of the LIN actuator are Advantageously, the connectors PR4m and PR4f are disconnected when a user removes the plug 12 from the housing.
- an actuator When an actuator is integrated into a roller shutter by an integrator, it can easily activate or deactivate the radio wave listening functionalities of the actuator. In this way, if various actuators are present on a setting site, only one is set for listening during the setting time (pairing with a remote control, setting of end positions or various operating parameters), this adjustment being carried out by radio waves, while the radio receivers of other actuators are disabled. Once set, the set actuator receiver is turned off again, which saves battery power associated with it, especially during transport or before installation, while another receiver is activated to adjust this other actuator.
