caractérisé en ce que : - lesdits moyens de rappel (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e) sont constitués d'une poulie (5a) mobile en rotation et soumise au rappel d'un ressort en spirale (5b), la poulie (5a) portant de manière solidaire l'une des extrémités d'une cordelette (5c), l'autre extrémité de ladite cordelette (5c) étant attachée à la lingette (3), l'ensemble étant disposé dans un berceau (5d) situé au dessus du réservoir (1) du coté de l'extrémité fermée (4a) du logement (4), ledit berceau (5d) portant un déclencheur (5e) qui bloque le ressort (5b) lorsque la cordelette (5c) a été tirée et débloque le ressort (5b) lorsqu'il est actionné pour permettre le rappel de la cordelette (5c) et de la lingette (3), et - ladite lingette (3) a une forme globalement circulaire, la cordelette (5c) étant attachée à ladite lingette (3) en son centre de manière à provoquer sous la traction de la cordelette (5c) un pliage de la lingette (3) en forme de parapluie fermé lorsque le déclencheur est actionné.
