Claims (12)

  1. Befestigungsvorrichtung (100), die dazu geeignet ist, einen vertikalen Strang oder Stab (Bv) eines ersten Paneels (P) und/oder eines zweiten Paneels (P') an einem Pfosten (S) festzuklemmen, wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung (100) eine Einspannvorrichtung (200, 200') aufweist, welche eine gespaltene Ringhülse (210) umfasst, die um den Pfosten (S) gelegt werden kann, um daran befestigt zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Arm (220a, 220b) die gespaltene Ringhülse (210) nach außen und radial verlängert und, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung (100) eine Kappe (300, 300') aufweist, die an der Einspannvorrichtung (200, 200') befestigt werden kann, um in der Lage zu sein, den besagten vertikalen Strang oder Stab (Bv) gegen den besagten Arm oder gegen jeden Arm (200a, 200b) festzuklemmen.
  2. Befestigungsvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kappe (300, 300') durch eine hohle Hülse (302) gebildet wird, deren Öffnung durch einen umlaufenden Rand umgeben ist, der mindestens einen oberen Rand (310a, 310b) und mindestens einen unteren Rand (312a, 312b) umfasst, wobei diese Ränder so ausgebildet sind, dass sie mit dem besagten Arm oder mit jedem der besagten Arme (220a, 220b) zusammenwirken, um den besagten vertikalen Strang oder Stab (Bv) festzuklemmen.
  3. Befestigungsvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Arm bzw. die besagten Arme (220a, 220b) an ihrem freien Ende eine Lasche (222a, 222b) aufweist bzw. aufweisen und, dass der umlaufende Rand mindestens einen seitlichen Rand (314a, 314b) aufweist, in dem eine Aussparung (320a, 320b) ausgebildet ist, welche die Lasche(n) (222a, 222b) aufnehmen kann, um den oberen Rand (310a, 310b) und den unteren Rand (312a, 312b) auf der Höhe des Umfangs des besagten Armes bzw. eine jeden der besagten Arme (220a, 220b) zu positionieren.
  4. Befestigungsvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einspannvorrichtung (200, 200') und die Kappe (300, 300') über Verriegelungsmittel (223, 323) verfügen, die sie miteinander und schrittweise zunehmend verriegeln können, damit der besagte Strang oder Stab (Bv) zwischen dem besagten Arm bzw. jedem der besagten Armen (220a, 220b) und dem oberen Rand (310a, 310b) und dem unteren Rand (312a, 312b) festgeklemmt werden kann.
  5. Befestigungsvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel eine Mehrzahl von Rastkerben (323), die in der besagten Aussparung bzw. in den besagten Aussparungen (320a, 320b) ausgearbeitet sind und eine Mehrzahl von in der entsprechenden Lasche bzw. in jeder der Laschen (222a, 222b) ausgebildete Verzahnungen (223) aufweisen.
  6. Befestigungsvorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Arm oder jeder der Arme (220a, 220b) am oberen und/oder am unteren Teil eine Nase (340) aufweist bzw. aufweisen, die einen horizontalen Strang oder Stab (Bh) eines Paneels (P, P') auf dem besagten Arm halten soll.
  7. Befestigungsvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Nase (340) an der Schnittstelle des besagten Arms bzw. eines jeden der besagten Arme (220a, 220b) und der entsprechenden Lasche (222a, 222b) angebracht ist.
  8. Befestigungsvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Nase (340) eine Fase aufweist, um in der Lage zu sein, den besagten vertikalen Strang oder Stab (Bv) auf den besagten Arm zurückzuschieben.
  9. Befestigungsvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gespaltene Ringhülse (210) am äußeren Rand eine Steckhülse (224) aufweist, wobei die Rückseite der hohlen Hülse (302) der Kappe (300, 300') von einem Bohrloch (330) durchquert ist, welches ein Teil zum Zusammenfügen (334) aufnehmen kann, das in die Steckhülse (224) geschraubt und/oder in der Wandung des Pfostens (S) verankert werden kann, um die Kappe (300, 300') auf der Einspannvorrichtung (200, 200') festzuklemmen, um das Festklemmen der vertikalen Stäbe (Bv) in der Befestigungsvorrichtung (100) zu bestätigen.
  10. Befestigungsvorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einspannvorrichtung (200) zwei Arme (220a, 220b) aufweist, welche die gespaltene Ringhülse (210) äußerlich in zwei entgegen gesetzte Richtungen verlängern und, dass die Kappe (300) aus einer hohlen Hülse (302) gebildet wird, deren Öffnung durch einen umlaufenden Rand umrandet ist, der zwei obere Ränder (310a, 310b) und zwei untere Ränder (312a, 312b) umfasst, die mit den Armen (220a, 220b) zusammenwirken können.
  11. Befestigungsvorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einspannvorrichtung (200') einen einzelnen Arm (220a) aufweist, der die gespaltene Ringhülse (210) äußerlich und radial verlängert und, dass die Kappe (300') durch eine hohle Hülse (302) gebildet wird, deren Öffnung durch einen umlaufenden Rand umrandet ist, der einen oberen Rand (310a) und einen unteren Rand (312a) aufweist, der mit dem einzelnen Arm (220a) zusammenwirken kann.
