Definitions

  • the document WO 2007/017592 A1 proposes a system and a cutting process, as well as a method of manufacturing a cutting system. These may be sub-aquatic vision items.
  • the problem then is to have a range of sub-aquatic vision items to obtain a high morphotype coverage rate, so as to be able to offer each individual size, among a set of sizes possible, which is the most suitable, from a dimensional definition independent of this size.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to provide a solution to the aforementioned problems among other problems.
  • the Applicant from anthropometric and statistical studies, and thus managed to define the characteristics of a range of sub-aquatic vision articles, in which, whatever actually the size of the article, some dimensional parameters of this article, corresponding indirectly to morphological parameters of the face of an individual, are connected to at least one main dimensional parameter by an arithmetic relation based on constant numerical coefficients whatever the size of the article.
  • such a range of sub-aquatic vision items allows to obtain a high coverage rate of morphotype, so as to be able to offer each individual size, among a set of possible sizes, which is most suitable, from a dimensional definition independent of this size, since there is a constant relationship between at least one important parameter and one main parameter, namely the parameter PP 2.4 which is directly related to the width of the person's face intended to carry the article.
  • the articles are swimming goggles, and the article range is characterized in that, irrespective of the size of said articles, the ratio between PP 2.4 and PP 1.3 is equal to 1.7428 at 5%, preferably to within 3%, and / or the ratio of PP 2.4 to PP 1.2 is 3.4722 to within 5%, preferably within 3%.
  • the range of articles can be characterized in the manner presented below.
  • the distances PPi, j are expressed in mm.
  • the values given in this description for the coefficients at i , j k , l in relations of the above type they are of course independent of the unit of measure used for the distances.
  • the article range is characterized in that, irrespective of the size of said articles, the ratio between PP 2,4 and PP 1,3 is equal to 2.6860 to 5. near%, preferably to within 3%, and / or the ratio between firstly PP 2,4 less the constant 44.0 defined to within 5%, preferably to within 3%, and secondly PP 1.2 is equal to 1.3723 at 5%, preferably to 3%.
  • the range of articles can be characterized in the manner presented below.
  • the articles have an axis of symmetry between the right and left optics, and the right and left contact zones meet on either side of this axis of symmetry in a medial contact zone, the right and left optical elements being connected. by a bridge.
  • the article range is characterized in that, irrespective of the size of said articles, the ratio between PP 2,4 and PP 1,3 is equal to 1.7562 to within 5%, preferably to within 3%, and / or the ratio between PP 2 , 4 and PP 1,2 is equal to 1.6861 to 5%, preferably to 3%.
  • the range of articles can be characterized in the manner presented below.
  • the articles have an axis of symmetry between the right and left optics, and the right and left contact zones meet on either side of this axis of symmetry in a medial contact zone, this middle contact area having a footprint for the nose.
  • the figure 1 schematically represents an article of a range of the invention in a first variant, wherein the article is more precisely of the type swimming goggles.
  • the article thus comprises two optical elements: a right optical element 1 and a left optical element 3.
  • Each optical element comprises a sealing element and an optical part itself, generally made of translucent plastic material.
  • the right optical element 1 comprises an optical part which can decompose into a main plane element 20 and a lateral part 21.
  • the right optical element 1 also comprises, as mentioned above, a right sealing element by silicone example, which itself comprises a contact zone 2 by which this right sealing element comes into contact with the face of a person and possibly a side portion 2 'by which this right sealing element joins the part lateral optics 21.
  • the left optical element 3 comprises an optical part strictly speaking, generally of plastic material, which can decompose into a plane main element 22 and a lateral part 23.
  • the optical element left 3 also comprises a left sealing element, for example silicone, which itself comprises a left contact zone 4 by which this left sealing member comes into contact with the face of a person and possibly a lateral part 4 'by which this left sealing element joins the lateral optical part 23.
  • the right contact zone of the optical element 1 comprises an inner edge 7 and an outer edge 8.
  • the left contact zone 4 of the left sealing element of the left optical element 3 comprises an internal edge 5 and an outer edge 6.
  • the right optical element 1 and the left optical element 3 are optionally connected by a bridge 9 whose upper edge is then referenced 10 and the lower edge is referenced 11.
  • the swimming goggles are thus represented with their right and left optical elements, 1 and 3, laid flat on the same support plane by their optical parts 20 and 22, that is to say by their opposite sides to the sides of the left and right contact areas, 2 and 4 , right and left sealing elements.
  • the article has an axis of symmetry A passing through the respective medias of the lower 11 and upper 10 edges of the bridge 9.
  • the points P 1 and P 3 are therefore symmetrical with respect to the axis A, and the points P 2 and P 4 are therefore also symmetrical with respect to this axis A.
  • the range of swimming goggles retains its maximum coverage properties of different morphotypes of the target population.
  • at 1 , 2 2 , 4 , at 1 , 3 2 , 4 , and b 1 , 2 2 , 4 are constant to within 5%, preferably to within 3%, regardless of the size of the articles.
  • the three coefficients at 1 , 2 2 , 4 , at 1 , 3 2 , 4 , and b 1 , 2 2 , 4 are assigned respective values above (with the tolerance of 5%, possibly 3%).
  • the point P 10 represented at figure 1 is also characteristic of swimming goggles, but however not useful for the dimensional characterization of these glasses.
  • the dimensional parameters PP correspond to the distance between P i and P j , irrespective of i and j.
  • at 1 , 5 1 , 6 , at 2 , 6 2 , 4 , b 2 , 6 2 , 4 , at 5 , 6 1 , 6 , b 1 , 6 5 , 6 , at 5 , 8 5 , 7 , b 5 , 8 5 , 7 and b 8.9 are constant predefined real numbers, with some tolerance, regardless of the size of the glasses.
  • the right optical element 1 comprises an optical part, generally of plastic material, which can decompose into a main plane element 20 and a lateral part 21.
  • the right optical element 1 also comprises, as mentioned above, a right sealing element for example silicone, which may take the form of a skirt, and which itself comprises a contact zone 2 through which this right sealing element comes into contact with the face of a person and possibly a lateral part 2 'by which this right sealing element joins the lateral optical part 21.
  • the respective left and right contact zones 2, 4 meet on either side of this axis of symmetry A at a median contact zone 12.
  • the medial contact zone 12 has a lower outer edge 13 and an upper outer edge 14.
  • the aforementioned additional coefficients are therefore constant to within 5%, preferably to 3%, regardless of the size of the masks.
  • the right optical element 1 comprises an optical part, generally made of plastic material, which can decompose into a main optical part 20 and a lateral optical part 21.
  • the element optical right 1 also comprises, as mentioned above, a right sealing element for example silicone, which may take the form of a skirt, and which itself comprises a contact zone 2 by which this element of straight seal comes into contact with the face of a person and possibly a lateral part (not shown) by which this right sealing element joins the lateral optical part 21.
  • the upper part of this middle contact zone 12 has an inner edge 16 and an outer edge 17.
