Abstract
Die Erfindung beschäftigt sich mit der Verwertung von Faserpflanzen. Sie betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines verleimbaren Werkstoffes für die Plattenindustrie aus Faserpflanzen. Die Faserpflanzen werden auf eine Länge von 2-30 cm gekürzt, aufgearbeitet, um Fasern und holzige Anteile teilweise voneinander zu lösen, und getrocknet, so dass der gebildete Werkstoff Stängelstücke umfasst, welche Fasern und holzige Anteile der Faserpflanzen enthalten, wobei Fasern und holzige Anteile im Wesentlichen in ihrem natürlichen Verbund bleiben. Weiter betrifft sie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer eigenstabilen Werkstoffplatte aus Faserpflanzen und eine mit diesem Verfahren hergestellte Werkstoffplatte. Schließlich wird eine Verwendung des Werkstoffs beschrieben.The invention is concerned with the utilization of fiber plants. It relates to a method for producing a gluable material for the board industry from fiber plants. The fiber plants are cut to a length of 2-30 cm, worked up to partially dissolve fibers and woody parts from each other, and dried so that the material formed comprises stem pieces containing fibers and woody portions of the fiber plants, with fibers and woody portions remain essentially in their natural bond. Furthermore, it relates to a method for producing an intrinsically stable material plate from fiber plants and a material plate produced by this method. Finally, a use of the material will be described.
