Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for securing a grooved skirting on a wall with an angled foot flange forming the holding plate, projecting from the two mutually with height clearance against the skirting projecting, at least approximately parallel, engaging in longitudinal grooves of the skirting support leg, the one against form the leg bent back edge web.
- the support legs themselves are formed by upper and lower angled edge portions of two lateral projections at the upper end of the central part of the support plate and have against their leg bent back edge webs which are resiliently pivotable relative to the legs about the bending axis, so that when inserting the support legs in the Longitudinal grooves of the skirting the support legs under a resilient bias to both groove walls play free.
- a disadvantage of this known fastening device for baseboards is the complex construction and the condition caused by this construction fact that the vertical distance of the two separated by the central part of the support plate support leg must be kept comparatively small, between the angled foot flange and plugged onto the support legs skirting still sufficient space for a possibly along the baseboard to be laid line to keep clear.
- support legs affect the stability of the pedestal attachment and restrict the space available for a cable or cable installation room.
- the invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a device of the type described for attaching a grooved skirting on a wall so that simple design conditions can be linked to a stable skirting fixture, without the space available for a cable or wiring between the foot flange and to narrow the skirting board.
- the invention solves this problem by the fact that the support legs consist on the one hand of a bent out of the plane of the plate longitudinal edge portion of the holding plate and on the other hand from a flared plane of the flange longitudinal edge portion of the angled convenientlyflansches.
- the support legs can be easily attached to the protruding support legs, which engage in the space provided for this purpose longitudinal grooves on the back of the baseboard.
- the bent back against the leg edge web of the support leg thereby ensures a resilient abutment of the support legs on the two walls of the respective longitudinal groove.
- the support legs can be provided with punched and about a parallel axis to the longitudinal edge bent locking tongues, which are supported in the sense of a barb on the adjacent groove wall and thereby increase the extraction resistance. But it is also possible to obtain such barb-like locking tongues by lateral incisions of the support legs and a bending of a subsequent to the incisions leg region.
- bent-back edge webs have a toothed longitudinal edge which penetrates due to the engagement of the support legs in the associated longitudinal groove of the baseboard under a resilient bias in the tooth tips in the groove wall when the baseboard of the Support legs to be deducted, so that for removing the skirting of the support legs an increased force is spent.
- the longitudinal edge section which has been bent out of the flange plane may extend over only a part of the foot flange, the area of the foot flange lying outside the extension region of the longitudinal edge section preferably beyond a predetermined breaking point beyond the bent longitudinal edge section is widened so that the widened flange areas in case of need bridging wider connecting joints enable. If the widened flange areas are not required, they can be separated in the area of the predetermined breaking points.
- the illustrated device for attaching a grooved skirting board 1 to a wall 2 has a rectangular in its basic form retaining plate 3 with an angled base flange 4, by means of which the device on a in Fig. 1 dot-dashed indicated floor 5 can be placed.
- the device forms two mutually parallel mounting flanges 6 and 7, which engage in corresponding longitudinal grooves 8 on the back of the baseboard 1, as the Fig. 1 can be removed.
- the support legs 6 and 7 are formed by longitudinal edge portions on the one hand, the support plate 3 and on the other hand, the stimulflansches 4 and have a bent back against the leg edge web 9. Thus, a resilient clamping action is achieved transversely to the support legs 6, 7, so that the support legs 6, 7 can engage with a corresponding bias in the longitudinal grooves 8 of the baseboard 1.
- Fig. 1 is enclosed by the attached to the outer longitudinal edge of theticianflansches 4 support leg 7 of the other between the support plate 3 and the researchingflansch 4 on the one hand and the skirting 1 on the other hand, certain space 10 for laying cables or cables and not traversed, so that this space fully availed can be.
- results between the two support legs 6 and 7 at the outer longitudinal edges the device a maximum distance, whereby a very stable attachment of the baseboard 1 is ensured, especially since the width of the support legs can be kept small.
- the extraction resistance of the support legs 6, 7 can be increased from the longitudinal grooves 8 of the baseboard by appropriate measures.
- a very simple and effective measure results from the fact that the bent-back edge webs 9 of the support legs 6, 7 have a toothed longitudinal edge 11. Due to the resilient abutment of the edge webs 9 on the groove wall of the respective longitudinal groove 8, the tooth tips are increasingly pressed into the groove wall during removal of the skirting 1 of the support webs 6, 7, so that an increased effort to remove the baseboard 1 is necessary.
- the holding plate 3 has at least one slot 12 for fixing the device to the wall 2. With the help of a fastening screw 13 thus the device can be screwed under a rich support of theticianflansches 4 on the floor 5 on the wall 2, then brieflystecken the skirting board 1 on the support webs 6, 7 until the baseboard 1 both on the wall 2 and rests against the floor 5.
- the embodiment according to the 3 and 4 is different from the one after the Fig. 1 and 2 above all, characterized in that the bent out of the base flange 4 support leg 7 does not extend over the entire length of the contemplatflansches 4, but only over a central region.
- the lying outside of this Garrungsflansches 7 flange 14 form a beyond the bracket leg 7 widening of the contemplatflansches 4, so that with the help of the widened flange 14 and wider connection joints between the wall 2 and the floor 5 can be bridged. If these flange regions 14 are not required, they can be separated along predetermined breaking points 15.
- FIGS. 5 and 6 shows the construction variant after the FIGS. 5 and 6 a foot flange 4, in which the Garrungsflansch 7 is divided into two side areas, while the widened flange portion 14 comes to lie between the areas of the support web 7.
- the function of the parts remains basically the same.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for securing a grooved skirting on a wall with an angled foot flange forming the holding plate, projecting from the two mutually with height clearance against the skirting projecting, at least approximately parallel, engaging in longitudinal grooves of the skirting support leg, the one against form the leg bent back edge web.
The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a device of the type described for attaching a grooved skirting on a wall so that simple design conditions can be linked to a stable skirting fixture, without the space available for a cable or wiring between the foot flange and to narrow the skirting board.
The invention solves this problem by the fact that the support legs consist on the one hand of a bent out of the plane of the plate longitudinal edge portion of the holding plate and on the other hand from a flared plane of the flange longitudinal edge portion of the angled Fußflansches.
Due to the measure to provide the support legs for the skirting on the outer longitudinal edges of the support plate and protruding therefrom Fußflansches, a maximum mutual distance of the support legs for the baseboard is achieved, which is an essential condition for a good attachment of the baseboard, especially the width of the Holding leg can be kept small. In addition, by the arranged on the outer longitudinal edge of the Fußflansches support leg required for the installation of a cable or cable space between the support plate and the base flange on the one hand and the baseboard on the other hand outside enclosed and not traversed, so that the space for a cable or wiring hardly is impaired. In addition, simple construction conditions are created by the simple bending of corresponding longitudinal edge portions of the retaining plate and the Fußflansches.
Because of the at least approximately parallel alignment of the support legs skirting can be easily attached to the protruding support legs, which engage in the space provided for this purpose longitudinal grooves on the back of the baseboard. The bent back against the leg edge web of the support leg thereby ensures a resilient abutment of the support legs on the two walls of the respective longitudinal groove. In order to increase the pull-out of the support legs of the longitudinal grooves, the support legs can be provided with punched and about a parallel axis to the longitudinal edge bent locking tongues, which are supported in the sense of a barb on the adjacent groove wall and thereby increase the extraction resistance. But it is also possible to obtain such barb-like locking tongues by lateral incisions of the support legs and a bending of a subsequent to the incisions leg region. Particularly simple construction conditions arise in this context, however, characterized in that the bent-back edge webs have a toothed longitudinal edge which penetrates due to the engagement of the support legs in the associated longitudinal groove of the baseboard under a resilient bias in the tooth tips in the groove wall when the baseboard of the Support legs to be deducted, so that for removing the skirting of the support legs an increased force is spent.
Due to the lengthened out of the flange plane of the Fußflansches longitudinal edge portion, the effective width of the Fußflansches between the curved longitudinal edge portion and the retaining plate is limited. In order nevertheless to be able to bridge wider connecting joints between a floor and a wall, the longitudinal edge section which has been bent out of the flange plane may extend over only a part of the foot flange, the area of the foot flange lying outside the extension region of the longitudinal edge section preferably beyond a predetermined breaking point beyond the bent longitudinal edge section is widened so that the widened flange areas in case of need bridging wider connecting joints enable. If the widened flange areas are not required, they can be separated in the area of the predetermined breaking points.

In order to achieve a secure reception of the
