Abstract

Die Erfindung schlägt ein für Beschussanwendungen im Zivilbereich geeignetes Stahlblech, eine bevorzugte Verwendung eines solchen Stahlblechs und einen zu seiner Herstellung geeigneten Weg vor, bei dem vereinfachte Produktionsabläufe mit einer größtmöglichen Fehlerfreiheit des erhaltenen Materials kombiniert sind. Ein erfindungsgemäßes Stahlblech ist zu diesem Zweck aus mindestens zwei Komponenten pulvermetallurgisch hergestellt, wobei die eine Komponente eine Härte von 35 - 55 HRC und die zweite Komponente eine Härte aufweist, die jeweils größer ist als die Härte der ersten Komponente und dabei im Bereich von 50 - 75 HRC liegt, wobei mindestens eine der Komponenten eine Stahllegierung ist, die unter folgende Grundzusammensetzung fällt (in Gew.-%): C: ≤ 0,10 %, Si: ≤ 0,50 %, Mn: ≤ 0,50 %, P: ≤ 0,015 %, S: ≤ 0,015 %, Mo: 2,0 - 8,0 %, Ni: 10,0 - 20,0 % Al: ≤ 1,0 %, Co: 6,0 - 16,0 %, Ti: ≤ 3,0 % Rest Eisen und unvermeidbare Verunreinigungen, - und die andere Komponente entweder ebenfalls eine Stahllegierung, die unter die Grundzusammensetzung fällt, oder eine nicht metallische Verbindung ist, die der Gruppe der Oxidkeramiken oder der Gruppe der nichtoxidischen Hartstoffe angehört.The invention proposes a steel sheet suitable for bombardment applications in the civil sector, a preferred use of such a steel sheet, and a route suitable for its manufacture in which simplified production processes are combined with the greatest possible accuracy of the resulting material.
