Description

The invention relates to a cleaning device for cleaning an oven door of a coking chamber of a coke oven according to the preamble of claim 1.

From the DE-A-30 14 124 a Kokereiofentürreiniger is known with a pair of radial cutter and a jet nozzles having high-pressure cleaning device, wherein a vertical frame is provided with a movable cleaning slide for the nozzles and the radial cutter, the cleaning slide has a cleaning area whose length corresponds to about a quarter of the door height and the jet nozzles at least are provided at the upper and at the lower end portion of the cleaning slide.

The JP - A - 2001115164 and the JP - A - 2000319660 each discloses a cleaning device with a cleaning carriage having a cleaning area with a length that is less than half the height of the coke oven door. Abrasives and nozzles are provided on the cleaning slide.

During coking, constituents present in the coke oven gas are deposited on the inside of the oven doors of the coking cans. In order to ensure a sufficient tightness of the oven door during the coking process, it is necessary to clean the oven doors. For cleaning oven doors, it is known to apply mechanical abrasion devices such as scrapers, scrapers, knives, scratches or milling cutters. However, such mechanical abrasives are usually used only for cleaning the door plug. For cleaning the comparatively sensitive sealing cutting area, such mechanical removal means are not suitable.

Another possibility for cleaning the oven door consists in the use of a high-pressure cleaning device, in which in particular water is applied via nozzles to the area to be cleaned. Such high pressure cleaning equipment are known both for cleaning the door plug and the sealing cutting area. The disadvantage, however, is that comparatively much water is obtained in an exclusive high-pressure cleaning, which not only leads to a high water consumption, but also increases the risk of accidents, especially in winter by ice formation. Another major disadvantage of high-pressure cleaning is that the risk of damage to the sealing cutting area exists due to the high pressures that occur. An effective high-pressure cleaning of the sealing cutting area requires that the steel emerging from the nozzles is under a correspondingly high pressure. The higher the pressure, the better the cleaning effect. However, too high a pressure of the cleaning medium causes the sealing blade to be damaged during cleaning. The risk of damage to the sealing edge exists in particular if, at a very high pressure, the carriage remains in the same position for a short time and then the sealing blade is subjected to a permanent pressure load.

To reduce the water consumption is out of the DE 31 44 222 A1 a generic cleaning device is known in which both a mechanical removal device and a high pressure cleaning device is used. The known cleaning device has on opposite sides of a support frame in each case a carriage, on which both bevel cutters and nozzle holders are provided. Each nozzle holder has two nozzles for high-pressure water, which cleans the sealing area.

The known cleaning device has several disadvantages. Since only two relatively small carriages are used, the door cleaning takes a comparatively long time. In addition, the problem described above also occurs in the sealing cutting area due to the high-pressure cleaning in this known cleaning device.

The object of the present invention is therefore to avoid the disadvantages occurring in the prior art.

The above object is achieved by the features of a cleaning device according to claim 1. The invention provides some significant advantages. An essential advantage of the present invention is that when using high-pressure rotating nozzles results in an excellent cleaning result in the seal cutting area. The rotating nozzles make it possible to work with very high pressures. As the nozzles rotate, it is prevented that a high pressure steel is permanently directed to a specific location. Ultimately, the rotating high-pressure nozzles protect the sealing edge of the oven door, because unlike flat or round nozzles, which have a rigid arrangement, no or at least a significantly reduced cutting action is given at the same pressure. As a result, the risk of damage to the sealing edge by the high-pressure medium is considerably reduced, even if the high-pressure cleaning device remains at one point during the cleaning process for a long time. In addition, the advantages of low water consumption result in the cleaning device according to the invention, since the area cleaned by the mechanical removal device does not have to be additionally cleaned via the high-pressure cleaning device. Associated with the low water consumption is also a lower environmental impact and a reduced risk of accidents, since ultimately less water is produced and thus the formation of ice in winter is reduced.

In connection with the present invention, it has been found that in rotating high-pressure nozzles, the cleaning medium can be supplied with a pressure of more than 50 bar. Preferably, the cleaning medium is supplied at a pressure between 100 bar and 400 bar. With such a pressure when using high-pressure nozzles damages of the sealing edge are not expected, while an excellent cleaning effect is achieved in the seal cutting area.

The rotating high-pressure nozzles should preferably rotate at a speed of greater than 500 rpm, preferably between 1000 and 4500 rpm, in order to achieve the good cleaning effect in the sealing cutting area on the one hand and the reduced risk of damage to the sealing blade.

In connection with the present invention, it is advisable to clean not only the sealing cutting area, but also the door area between the sealing edge and the door stopper via the high-pressure cleaning device. Furthermore, at least the door area adjacent to the door area can also be cleaned via the high-pressure cleaning device. This applies in particular to door stoppers which have not only one but two or more surfaces laterally.

In connection with the cleaning of the above-mentioned door area and the door stop part adjacent to the door area by the high-pressure cleaning device, it can be provided that the nozzles used there are designed either as rigid nozzles or as rotating nozzles. The use of rigid nozzles in this area, it is therefore easily possible because the risk of damage to the aforementioned door area or the door plug part at the same pressure of the cleaning medium is considerably lower than the sealing edge.

As has been stated above, the cleaning device according to the invention has a mechanical removal device. The removal device can have at least one known from the prior art mechanical removal means, such as a scraper, a scraper, a knife, a scratch and / or a milling cutter. Since the removal agent acts directly on the door stopper for cleaning, the removal means are resiliently mounted in order to avoid damage to the door stopper and / or the removal means.

In order to be able to carry out the cleaning of a door in a simple manner, a support frame with at least one guided on the support frame movable cleaning slide for the nozzles and / or the removal device is provided. It is preferred that the nozzles and the removal device are provided on a common cleaning slide. The cleaning carriage should preferably be designed such that the oven door can be cleaned on both longitudinal sides, so that on both sides nozzles and Abtragsmittel the removal device are provided. It has been found that the cleaning carriage for cleaning at a rate of greater than 20 mm per second, preferably between 25 and 125 mm per Second and in particular between 50 and 100 mm per second should be moved.

It is particularly advantageous in this context if, in contrast to the prior art, the cleaning carriage not only covers a small area of the height of the door, but has a cleaning area with a length which is slightly greater than half the door height of the door , In addition, at the cleaning area of the cleaning carriage, preferably only at the upper end area and at the lower end area, ie ultimately at the top and bottom of the cleaning area, a removal means of the removal device and nozzles of the high-pressure cleaning device should be provided. This embodiment has the advantage that only a very small number of ablation means and nozzles is required to sufficiently clean the longitudinal sides of the oven door. If, for example, the cleaning carriage is in the lower position as the starting position, the lower half is cleaned when the cleaning carriage is raised by the removal means provided in the lower end region. At the same time, the upper area of the oven door is cleaned by the detergent provided at the upper end of the cleaning area when the cleaning slide is raised.

Incidentally, the abovementioned idea of the invention also has independent significance, that is to say independent of the rotating high-pressure nozzles, the use of which is however particularly preferred.

In connection with the present invention, it has been found that it is sufficient to achieve sufficient cleaning, both in the upper and in the lower area only one Abtragmittel, preferably provide a particular spring-mounted blade and between two and four nozzles. By using such a small number of nozzles, the corresponding high-pressure generator or the relevant pump can be dimensioned correspondingly small.

It is favorable in this context if the nozzles of the upper and / or lower end region and / or the nozzles of an end region can be controlled separately from one another. By such a configuration, it is possible at Procedure of the cleaning slide initially only for example to activate the nozzles of the lower end for cleaning. As a result, only the lower half is cleaned in the seal cutting area. On the other hand, when the cleaning slide is raised, the door plug area is completely cleaned mechanically via the mechanical removal means. When descending the cleaning slide the nozzles are then activated in the upper end, so that after the lowering of the cleaning slide and the upper seal cutting area is cleaned. In this way, it is possible to repeatedly brush or clean the outer door plug area via the mechanical removal device, while at the same time the sealing cutting area is cleaned only once via the high-pressure nozzles, which is sufficient to achieve a good cleaning result. This ultimately results in optimal cleaning with reduced water consumption.

As a result, a longitudinal cleaning is carried out on the oven door via the means described above. In order to clean also the upper and under face of the oven door or the door plug, at least one nozzle of the high-pressure cleaning device is provided at the upper and lower door plug area and / or at the sealing cutting area. Again, a rotating high pressure nozzle should be used. Since the upper and lower end regions are relatively short, this region including the sealing cutting region can be cleaned exclusively by high-pressure cleaning, since the water requirement for cleaning the relatively narrow upper and lower end surface is relatively small.

In principle, it is possible to clean the upper and the lower end region of the oven door by stationary nozzles. However, then the number of nozzles required is comparatively high, so that a correspondingly large-sized pump is required. It is advantageous, therefore, that for transverse cleaning a movable on the support frame further slide is provided on which at least one, preferably two nozzles are arranged.

In order to provide a splash guard, the support frame is at least partially housed. The enclosure preferably includes lateral, over the height of the support frame extending protective covers.

The cleaning device according to the invention can be provided both stationary on the coke oven or on a coke oven operating machine. Accordingly, the present invention relates to both a coke oven machine and a coke oven, each with a cleaning device of the aforementioned type.

Finally, the present invention relates to a method for cleaning an oven door of a coking chamber of a coke oven, as described above in connection with the cleaning area, whose length is slightly greater than half the height of the oven door, so that in the areas to be cleaned low coverage results.

In the individual figures, a cleaning device 1 for cleaning an oven door 2 of a coking chamber, not shown, of a coke oven is shown. The oven door 2 has a door stopper 3 and at least one outer peripheral sealing cutting edge 4. The door plug 3 is usually a stone plug. With the cleaning device 1, a combined door cleaning is possible. The combined door cleaning results from a mechanical removal device 5 for removal cleaning and a nozzle 6 having high pressure cleaning device 7 for high pressure cleaning. In this case, the mechanical removal device is provided for cleaning a door plug region, namely a side surface 8, while the nozzles 6 are provided at least for cleaning the sealing cutting region 4. Moreover, it is understood that the high pressure cleaning device 7 in addition to the nozzle 6 high-pressure lines 10 and a pumping device or a pressure generator, which is not shown in detail, has.

It is now provided that the high pressure cleaning device 7 has rotating nozzles 6 for cleaning the sealing cutting area 10. By the rotating high-pressure nozzles 6 water is supplied as a cleaning medium with a pressure of about 150 bar, the nozzles 6 rotate at a speed of 3000 to 3500 revolutions per minute.

In addition to a nozzle 6, which is provided for cleaning the sealing cutting area, the door area 12 between the sealing edge 4 and the door stopper 3 and also the door area 12 adjacent door stopper part 13 is also cleaned by further nozzles 6. In the illustrated embodiment, the door plug 3 on side surfaces, which are each provided with two mutually angled individual surfaces. Especially in such a case, it is advisable to clean only the outer side surface 8 via the mechanical removal device 5, while the angled surface 13 is cleaned via the nozzles 6. In particular, the surface 13 cleaning nozzles 6 can basically be designed as a rigid, so non-rotating nozzles, since the risk of damage to the door plug by the high-pressure cleaning is low.

In the illustrated embodiment, the mechanical removal device 5 has several knives as removal means 14, wherein the blades are each mounted resiliently at the points 15.

Otherwise, the cleaning device 1 has a support frame 16. The support frame 16 has two vertical beams 17, 18 and two horizontal beams 19. The support frame 16 forms a closed frame. On the vertical beams 17, 18 of the support frame 16, a cleaning slide 20 for the nozzles 6 and the removal device 5 is guided. The cleaning carriage 20 is in this case via a lifting device 21, which at the lower horizontal support 19 is stored, moved up and down. In this case, the carriage 20 laterally guide rollers 22 which run on the mutually facing side surfaces of the vertical support 17, 18. It is understood that the up and down movement of the cleaning slide 20 can be made by any means. The arrangement of guide rollers 22 on the carriage 20 is not required. A guide on the vertical beams 17, 18 can also take place via corresponding guide rails or the like.

In any case, it is in the illustrated embodiments so that the nozzles 6 and the removal device 5 are provided on a common cleaning slide 20. How this particular from the Fig. 1 and 2 shows, the cleaning slide 20 on both sides of the door stopper 3 each have a cleaning area 23 with such a length, which corresponds to about half the door height of the oven door 3, preferably slightly larger. The show Fig. 1 and 2 Also, that cleaning both the Abtragseinrichtung 5 and the high-pressure cleaning device 7 are provided only at the upper end portion 24 and at the lower end portion 25 of the cleaning portion 23. In this case, the two removal means 14 are arranged on the inside, while the respective nozzles 6 are arranged on the outside.

In detail, the cleaning carriage 20 is designed such that it has a U-shaped configuration seen in plan view. In this case, a middle carrier 26 arranged between the two vertical carriers 17, 18 and two lateral side carriers 27 are arranged. On each side of the door stopper 3 there are two side supports 27, wherein at the cleaning area 23 in the part between the side supports 27, no cleaning agents are provided on the side supports 27 on both sides of the door stopper 3. Immediately following the side support 27 are the two ablation means 14 to absorb the forces occurring when scraping the door stopper 3 better. Moreover, the two side support 27 are connected to one side in each case via a carrier 28 with each other.

How the particular Fig. 1 and 2 show, in the upper end portion 24 and the lower end portion 25 each have only one resilient blade as Abtragsmittel and three nozzles 6 are provided. This is on one side of the Door plug in the sum only two knives as mechanical removal means 14 and six nozzles 6 are provided. Since the cleaning slide 20 has the same number of cleaning agents on the opposite side, the entire cleaning device 1 comes out with four knives as the removal means 14 and twelve high-pressure nozzle 6.

Moreover, the high-pressure nozzles 6 via a corresponding control device both individually and in groups, d. H. for the upper end portion 24 or 25 for the lower end portion controlled. It is therefore possible, if necessary, to control only one group or else only one single nozzle 6.

For transverse cleaning of the upper door plug portion 29 and the lower door plug portion 30 and the local sealing cutting area 10, a high-pressure cleaning is also provided. For this purpose, the support frame 16 at the top and bottom of a further carriage 31, which is each transversely movable. In each case two rotating high-pressure nozzles 6 are provided on the further carriage 31, wherein one of the nozzles 6 cleans the sealing cutting area 10 and the other nozzle cleans the door area 12 as well as parts of the adjacent doorstop designation.

As for the rest, in particular from Fig. 3 yields, the support frame 16 is at least partially, that is laterally housed. For this purpose, corresponding covers 32 are provided. Another middle cover 33 is provided between the two supports 28.

It is not shown that the cleaning device 1 can be provided both on a coke oven operating machine and stationary on the coke oven.

The cleaning with the cleaning device 1 according to the invention can be carried out starting from the in Fig. 1 shown upper position of the cleaning slide 20 run such that initially only the upper group of nozzles 6 in the upper end portion 24 is activated. The lower group of nozzles 6 in the lower end region 25 is initially not acted upon. Subsequently, the carriage is at a speed between 50 and 100 mm moved downwards per second. In this case, the surface 8 of the door stopper 3 is scraped over the entire length of the cutting means 14 designed as a knife. On the other hand, only the upper seal cutting portion is cleaned by the upper nozzle group 6. Subsequently, the in Fig. 2 reached shown position. Then the upper nozzle group is deactivated while the lower nozzle group is activated. Then, the cleaning carriage 20 proceeds from the in Fig. 2 position shown again in the Fig. 1 shown position, in which case the lower sealing cutting area is then subjected to a high-pressure cleaning. By twice traversing the sides of the door plug, the surface 8 is mechanically cleaned very well, while a simple shutdown of the seal cutting area and cleaning on the high-pressure cleaning device 7 is sufficient. Simultaneously with the longitudinal cleaning, a transverse cleaning is carried out via the further carriages 31 in the upper and lower door stop regions.

Moreover, it is understood that it is also possible in principle, only start the longitudinal side of the oven door 3 once, with over the entire length of a Abtragsreinigung and high-pressure cleaning. In this case, then both nozzle groups are activated simultaneously.
