Abstract
Claims (17)
- Procédé pour l'estampage à chaud d'une pluralité de pièces à estamper individuelles (20), selon lequel un cliché (10) et chaque pièce de la pluralité de pièces à estamper individuelles (20) parviennent, par leurs surfaces destinées à l'estampage, en liaison fonctionnelle mutuelle dans un plan d'estampage (24), une feuille d'estampage (28) pourvue du matériau à estamper étant disposée entre elles de telle sorte que le matériau à estamper est, pendant la liaison fonctionnelle, estampé à l'aide du cliché (10) sur chaque pièce à estamper individuelle (20), et une force d'estampage nécessaire pour l'estampage agissant dans une direction d'estampage approximativement perpendiculaire au plan d'estampage, caractérisé en ce que la pluralité de pièces à estamper (20) est apportée au moyen d'une tourelle revolver ou d'un convoyeur (48), la tourelle revolver ou le convoyeur (48) étant pourvu d'au moins un élément récepteur (22) sous la forme d'un mandrin ou d'un moyen de serrage pour recevoir les pièces à estamper (20), et en ce que les surfaces (30, 32), destinées à l'estampage, du cliché (10) et de chaque pièce individuelle (20) se déplacent simultanément et l'une par rapport à l'autre, sur des voies de déplacement isomorphes définies (36, 38), dans le plan d'estampage (24) et hors de ce plan, sachant qu'elles croisent un axe d'estampage (B) pendant le processus d'estampage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le cliché (10) se déplace sur une voie de déplacement fermée (36), de préférence approximativement ellipsoïdale ou circulaire, le pourtour de la voie de guidage (36) étant notamment plus grand qu'une longueur, s'étendant le long du pourtour, de la surface (32) du cliché (10) destinée à l'estampage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un nombre n de clichés (10), avec n = 1, 2, 3, ..., circulent sur la voie de déplacement (36), une section (45) dépourvue de cliché étant chaque fois prévue entre les clichés (10), et la section (45) dépourvue de cliché parcourant le plan d'estampage (24) dans un laps de temps (t1) qui correspond au laps de temps (t2) pendant lequel une pièce à estamper suivante (20) est apportée au plan d'estampage (24).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de circulation et la position du ou des clichés (10) sont à tout moment réglées de façon ciblée.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de circulation, la position et la situation des pièces à estamper (20) sont à tout moment réglées.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la longueur des sections (45) dépourvues de clichés et le temps (t2) qui est nécessaire pour l'amenée de la pièce à estamper suivante (20) sont mutuellement adaptés de telle sorte que la vitesse de circulation réglable des clichés (10) sur leur voie de déplacement (36) peut être maintenue quasiment constante.
- Dispositif d'estampage à chaud, avec une alimentation en pièces à estamper et avec au moins un cliché (10) pour l'estampage d'une pluralité de pièces à estamper individuelles (20), dans lequel au moins un cliché (10), par sa surface destinée à l'estampage, et/ou chaque pièce à estamper (20), par sa surface destinée à l'estampage, sont reçus à déplacement dans un élément récepteur (22) de l'alimentation en pièces à estamper de telle sorte qu'ils peuvent être amenés en liaison fonctionnelle mutuelle dans un plan d'estampage (24), une feuille d'estampage (28) pourvue du matériau à estamper étant disposée entre eux de telle sorte que le matériau à estamper peut être estampé à l'aide du cliché (10) sur chaque pièce à estamper (20) pendant la liaison fonctionnelle, et une force d'estampage nécessaire pour l'estampage pouvant être exercée dans une direction d'estampage approximativement perpendiculaire au plan d'estampage, caractérisé en ce que la pluralité de pièces à estamper (20) est apportée au moyen d'une tourelle revolver ou d'un convoyeur (48), l'élément récepteur au moins unique (22), sous la forme d'un mandrin ou d'un moyen de serrage pour recevoir les pièces à estamper (20), étant disposé sur la tourelle revolver ou sur le convoyeur (48), et en ce que les surfaces (30, 32), destinées à l'estampage, du cliché (10) et de la pièce à estamper (20) peuvent être déplacées l'une par rapport à l'autre sur des voies de déplacement isomorphes définies (36, 38) et les voies de déplacement (36, 38) croisent un axe d'estampage (B) approximativement dans le plan d'estampage (24), sachant que les mouvements du cliché (10) et de la pièce à estamper (20) peuvent être mutuellement adaptés de telle sorte que le cliché (10) et la pièce à estamper (20) peuvent être amenés en liaison fonctionnelle mutuelle dans le plan d'estampage (24).
- Dispositif d'estampage à chaud selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les voies de déplacement (36, 38) sont exemptes de changements brusques de direction au moins dans la région du plan d'estampage (24).
- Dispositif d'estampage à chaud selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le voie de déplacement du cliché (10) représente une courbe fermée, de préférence ellipsoïdale ou circulaire, le pourtour de la voie de déplacement (36) étant de préférence plus grand qu'une longueur, s'étendant le long du pourtour, de la surface (32) du cliché (10) destinée à l'estampage.
- Dispositif d'estampage à chaud selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un nombre n de clichés (10), avec n = 1, 2, 3, ..., sont disposés en circulation sur le voie de déplacement (36), une section (45) dépourvue de cliché étant de préférence prévue entre les clichés (10), section dont la longueur est dimensionnée de telle sorte qu'elle peut être adaptée, conjointement avec une vitesse de circulation réglage des clichés (10) sur leur voie de déplacement (36), au temps (t2) qui est nécessaire pour l'alimentation de la pièce à estamper suivante (20).
- Dispositif d'estampage à chaud selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le ou les clichés (10) peuvent être chauffés.
- Dispositif d'estampage à chaud selon l'une des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le ou les clichés (10) sont disposés sur un cylindre (12'), le cylindre (12') pouvant de préférence être chauffé et le ou les clichés (10) pouvant être chauffés via le cylindre (12').
- Dispositif d'estampage à chaud selon l'une des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le ou les clichés (10) sont pourvus d'un entraînement (40) et d'une commande (44), de sorte que la vitesse de circulation et la position du ou des clichés (10) sont à tout moment réglables, et en ce que, de préférence, un ou plusieurs capteurs (42) sont prévus le long de la voie de déplacement (36) pour la commande et le positionnement des clichés (10).
- Dispositif d'estampage à chaud selon l'une des revendications 7 à 13, caractérisé en ce que l'alimentation en pièces à estamper est pourvue d'au moins un entraînement (40') et d'une commande (44), de sorte que la vitesse de circulation, la position et la situation des pièces à estamper (20) dans leurs éléments récepteurs (22) sont à tout moment réglables, et en ce que, de préférence, un ou plusieurs capteurs (42) sont prévus le long de la voie de déplacement (38) pour la commande des pièces à estamper (20) à déplacer.
- Dispositif d'estampage à chaud selon l'une des revendications 7 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre les mandrins ou les moyens de serrage est réglable, de préférence de manière flexible.
- Dispositif d'estampage à chaud selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que les éléments récepteurs (22) sont montés à rotation autour de leur axe et peuvent de préférence être entraînés en rotation.
- Dispositif d'estampage à chaud selon l'une des revendications 15 ou 16, caractérisé en ce que les éléments récepteurs (22) sont pourvus d'un branchement d'air aspiré et d'un branchement d'air refoulé.
