Description

Gebiet der ErfindungField of the invention

The invention relates to a tube bundle heat exchanger with a pipe support with integrated cleaning device according to the preamble of claim 1.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

Tube bundle heat exchangers with integrated cleaning devices are known in the art. In this case, the cleaning device serves to prevent fouling of the heat exchanger, triggered by a deposition of entrained in the gas flow dirt particles and / or from the gas stream condensing deposits. The cleaning of a shell and tube heat exchanger is particularly important in terms of the efficiency of the heat exchanger, as deposited on the pipes dirt acts as an insulator layer and hinders the heat transfer. Since such heat exchangers are often used in the area for cooling flue gases, the cleaning of the outer surfaces of the replacement tubes at regular intervals to carry out, since the hot flue gases often still contain a high amount of dirt and dust and / or have a high pollution potential in condensation of flue gas ingredients.

A tube bundle heat exchanger with integrated cleaning device is in the US 5,186,240 described. The horizontal tubes are acted upon by rotatably arranged spray arms with spray nozzles with a suitable cleaning liquid. Similarly, the works in the DE-GM 66 06 681 described intercooler for diesel engines, in which the finned tubes or finned tubes are acted upon by these permanently installed spray arms with cleaning liquid.

The German utility model 1 948 739 proposes a different solution. In this case, slidable lances are provided for ejecting cleaning liquid in the longitudinal direction, which can be inserted in pipe passages between the tubes of a bundle heat exchanger and moved in the longitudinal direction. In addition, it is suggested that the lances are rotated about their longitudinal axis in order to be able to use simpler nozzle heads for the same cleaning effect.

A different solution is in the German Patent 1,055,565 described. Herein, a stiffening anchor between the outer walls of a gas cooler emits flushing liquid to periodically or continuously spray the cooler. With slender, high coolers such stiffening anchors can be provided at different heights to achieve a good cleaning effect can.

The in the DE 195 15 291 C2 described device for the purification of heat exchangers consists of a device for spraying the tube outer surfaces with a pressurized cleaning liquid, wherein between the Exchanger tubes fixedly arranged cleaning lines are provided which have upwardly directed outlet openings. In this case, according to one embodiment, the cleaning lines form part of spacer elements between the exchanger tubes.

When in the French patent FR 1 119 437 described apparatus for cleaning the replacement pipes is brought through a pipe system, the cleaning liquid in spray pipes over the entire exchange tubes. These spray tubes are mounted rotatably and displaceably and are preferably arranged perpendicular to the replacement tubes of the heat recovery system. The cleaning of the replacement tubes by means of overspray the cleaning liquid from the spray tubes on the exchange tubes.

Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention

The invention has for its object to provide a tube bundle heat exchanger with a pipe support with integrated cleaning device that can be used variably.

The object of this invention is achieved by a tube bundle heat exchanger with a pipe support with integrated cleaning device with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments follow from the remaining claims.

The invention is based on the idea to design a pipe support with integrated cleaning device of a bundle heat exchanger with a plurality of parallel tubes or hoses so that insertable distributor elements are provided in pipe passages of the heat exchanger, which can be flowed through by an internal cavity with cleaning medium. Furthermore, there are openings provided, which are in the flow direction with the inner cavity and serve the output of cleaning medium. The pipe support with integrated cleaning device is characterized in that each extending from a distributor element supporting elements which are dimensioned so as to extend into the space between two arranged along the distributor element, adjacent tubes or hoses of the bundle heat exchanger. In this case, these support elements have an extension in the longitudinal direction of the tubes or tubes, which is smaller than the inside diameter of the associated pipe alley into which the distributor element is inserted. The openings may be provided in the manifold elements, support members or both. The advantage of this embodiment is that the distributor elements can be designed with associated support elements so that they are each rotatable by a rotation about the longitudinal axis of the distributor elements into a position in which they can be removed from the bundle heat exchanger. In other words, the distributor elements with associated supporting elements can be rotated together about the longitudinal axis of the distributor element in such a way that the structural unit consisting of distributor element and associated supporting elements can be removed from the bundle heat exchanger in the longitudinal direction of the distributor elements. In this way, a simple design element fulfills various functions simultaneously. The pipe support consisting of distributor element and supporting element stabilizes the tubes or hoses of the bundle heat exchanger and simultaneously acts on these with cleaning medium. At the same time, this unit can be brought about a simple rotation, preferably by 90 °, about the longitudinal axis of the distributor elements in a position in which they can be removed from the bundle heat exchanger. As a result, this unit can be removed from the fully assembled heat exchanger and replaced if necessary.

In this way, tube bundle heat exchangers can be manufactured as a modular system of variable use, whereby a greater or lesser number of pipe supports are introduced into the pipe paths of the heat exchanger bundle as required and, depending on the cleaning requirements, a suitable amount of cleaning medium can be dispensed at a suitable position.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the support elements are arranged only on one longitudinal side of a distributor element. The resulting comb-like geometry may be suitable when distribution elements are to be used in close proximity to each other in a bundle heat exchanger and therefore the removal of individual distribution elements should be subjected to smaller spatial restrictions. However, it is preferred to arrange the support elements on two opposite longitudinal sides of a distributor element, so that the above-described tasks of stabilization and cleaning for the tubes arranged on both sides of a tube lane can be fulfilled simultaneously. The arrangement of the support elements on two opposite longitudinal sides of a distributor element still has the advantage that the distributor elements can be brought with associated support elements in each case by a rotation about the longitudinal axis of the distributor element in the removal position.

Preferably, the support elements have an extension in the cross-sectional plane of the tubes or tubes, which corresponds at least to the radius of the tubes or hoses of the bundle heat exchanger. If the manifold elements are dimensioned to fill the entire pipe lane in the cross-sectional plane of the pipes or hoses, this means that the support elements are tangent to the outer circumference of the pipes or hoses and therefore in best possible way to stabilize the pipes or hoses allow.

In order to achieve the best possible stabilization of the tubes or hoses, the distributor elements are preferably arranged in each parallel tube lane of the bundle heat exchanger.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the openings in the distributor elements are arranged so that in each case a tube or hose is acted upon by cleaning liquid from at least one opening of a distributor element. It is desirable that the cleaning medium forms a liquid film with a cleaning effect on the heat exchanger tube. For this purpose, the openings are arranged according to a preferred embodiment so that a distributor element acts on two rows of pipes or hoses on both sides of the pipe alley with cleaning medium.

In order to improve the cleaning effect of the liquid film, it may be advantageous to provide the support elements with openings and thus act on a pipe or hose via the support elements with cleaning medium. Such openings on the support elements can also be arranged in addition to the openings on the distributor elements:

According to a preferred embodiment, a tube bundle heat exchanger with a pipe support according to the invention further comprises additional cleaning nozzles on the upstream side of the tube bundle heat exchanger. By this measure, that point of a tube bundle heat exchanger, which is exposed to the strongest dirt load, namely the raw gas stream facing side of the upstream tubes, additionally apply cleaning fluid, which is discharged in this case with pressure on the tubes. In addition, through this Arrangement of nozzles ensures that the cleaning effect of the effluent at the heat exchanger tube liquid film is affected neither by the gas flow itself (namely by entrainment) nor by evaporation due to heat.

Wege zur Ausführung der ErfindungWays to carry out the invention

In the following figures, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals.

In Fig. 4 a conventional tube bundle heat exchanger 10 is shown, which consists of a plurality of mutually perpendicular tubes or tubes 12. In the following, only the term "tubes" will always be used, even if they are the same in the invention flowed through hoses could act. The tubes 12 are arranged in a plurality of side by side and one behind the other like a bundle and extend vertically. They are flowed through on the inside of the tube by a cooling or heating medium and on the outside of the tube in the cross flow of a in Fig. 4 with "raw gas" designated to flow around or to be heated gas flow around.

The crossflow exposes the tubes to a flow pressure that can cause compressive forces and flow-induced vibrations. Therefore, in conventional heat exchangers spacer elements 14 and support members 16 are used, which, in the case of spacer elements, avoid swinging and concerns of the tubes to each other or, in the case of support members 16, cause an accurate fixation of the individual tubes.

In the simplest case, on the upstream side of the heat exchanger 10, there is provided a cleaning medium manifold extending in the longitudinal direction of the tubes 12 and having exit nozzles 20 for directing the cleaning medium to the most heavily contaminated upstream side of the adjacent tubes is sprayed on.

The in Fig. 1 illustrated section of a tube bundle heat exchanger according to the invention with a pipe support with integrated cleaning device consists of a distributor element 22, which, as shown, extends into a pipe passage of the tube bundle heat exchanger. In this case, the distributor element 22 is arranged substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the tubes 12. The distributor element 22 preferably has a circular cross-section in order to be described later with reference to FIGS Fig. 2 illustrated rotation, but at the same time a as in Fig. 1 represented concerns to allow the pipes 12 on both sides of the pipe alley. Other cross-sectional shapes are However, conceivable as long as only the rotation of the distributor elements is possible, so that they can be removed. When in Fig. 1 Also, a concern between the distributor element 22 and the individual tubes 12 is shown, it should be clear that even a small gap between these elements should be possible, even after operation with a polluting effect, at elevated temperatures and possibly different thermal expansions of the components to allow the inventive removal of the distributor element 22 from the tube bundle.

The distributor element 22 is provided with a plurality of outlet openings 24, of which only a few in Fig. 1 are denoted by reference numeral. In the illustrated embodiment, two outlet openings are each associated with a tube 12 so that the tube can be acted upon with cleaning medium, preferably a cleaning liquid, preferably on the entire circumferential area facing the distributor element 22. The outlet openings 24 may be configured as nozzles, from which the cleaning medium transported in the inner cavity 30 of the distributor element 22 exits under increased pressure. In the same way, it is also possible to let the cleaning medium without appreciable pressure and without the provision of a nozzle-like constriction gush out, so that the cleaning medium flows as a film along the tubes 12 along. In a shell-and-tube heat exchanger with vertical tubes 12, the in Fig. 1 2, the outlet openings 24 are arranged downwards and thus allow the generation of a cleaning film which can flow down the entire, the distributor element 22 facing the peripheral region of the tube along.

In addition to the in Fig. 1 shown geometry, each with two outlet openings 24, which are assigned to a single tube 12, are of course others, hereof deviating geometries possible, which are particularly tailored to the cleaning medium used and the nature and extent of the dirt to be removed. In order to improve the cleaning effect of the liquid film, it may be advantageous, for example, to provide the support elements 26 with openings and to act on the pipes via the support elements with cleaning medium. Such openings on the support elements may also be arranged in addition to the openings on the distributor elements.

Support elements 26a, 26b extend from the distributor element 22 on both sides of the distributor element into the intermediate space between two juxtaposed tubes along one side of the distributor element 22. The support elements 26 are arranged diametrically opposite one another on both sides of the distributor element 22, so that the later will be described with reference to FIGS Fig. 2 shown rotational movement before removal of the distributor elements 22 is possible. In Fig. 1 Also, the gap 28 between two groups of each spaced apart at a greater distance tubes 12 is shown. In the area of such a gap, as in Fig. 1 is shown, a plurality of support elements 26 'may be provided, which have only a small extension in the longitudinal direction of the distributor element 22. The remaining support elements 26a and 26b are preferably dimensioned so that their extension in the longitudinal direction of the distributor element 22 corresponds to the smallest distance between two adjacent tubes 12. Furthermore, the support elements 26 are dimensioned in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the distributor elements 22 and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the tubes 12 so that they extend at least to the smallest distance between two adjacent tubes 12. By this measure it is ensured that the support elements 26 abut tangentially on the outer circumference of the adjacent tubes 12 and thus fix the tubes to each other. The extension of the support elements 26 perpendicular to the plane of the Fig. 1 . ie in the longitudinal direction of the tubes must be less than the width of the pipe alley, according to the embodiment Fig. 1 the outer diameter of the distributor element 22 corresponds.

In Fig. 2 Several juxtaposed tubes 12 are shown in the longitudinal direction. Between each two adjacent tubes in each case a distributor element is shown, wherein arranged in adjacent pipe routes distributor elements can be arranged with respect to their height in one or more planes. An advantageous embodiment results in staggered arrangement, since so the drainage of the cleaning medium is improved, which is placed over a possibly arranged above the described pipe support cleaning device. The reference to the height is made on condition that it is a heat exchanger with vertically arranged tubes 12. The distribution elements 22a and 22c are at the same height, while the distribution element 22b is offset sufficiently far in relation to the height that it can be rotated about its longitudinal axis. This is illustrated by the distribution device 22b with the support elements 26b. With solid lines is in Fig. 2 show the operating position of the distributor element 22b with the support elements 26b attached thereto. This corresponds to the in Fig. 1 shown position in which the individual support members 26b are disposed between adjacent tubes and fix them relative to each other. With broken lines is in Fig. 2 position 26'b, in which the distributor element 22b has been rotated by 90 ° about its longitudinal axis, so that the support elements 26b arranged diametrically thereon are moved into the pipe path and in the position shown by 26'b by a longitudinal movement of the distributor element 22b can be removed with this from the tube bundle heat exchanger.

In Fig. 2 is again the extension of the support members 26b shown in the longitudinal direction of the tubes 12, the lower must be as the clear width of the pipe line, so that after the rotation of the distributor element, these can be removed from the tube bundle heat exchanger.

In Fig. 3 Finally, in extension of Fig. 1 illustrated that distributor elements 22 can be arranged in each pipe passage of the tube bundle heat exchanger, so that each individual tube 12 is exactly fixed in position. By the broken line on the distributor element 22b and the associated support element 26b it is clear that this at a different height to the adjacent distributor elements 22a and 22d as shown in FIG Fig. 2 can be arranged. As with the example of any tube 12 in Fig. 3 is clear, the individual tubes are fixed on two sides by adjacent distributor elements, whereas a movement perpendicular thereto and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the tubes is excluded by the support members 26 of both an adjacent distributor element as well as the other adjacent distributor element. Furthermore are out Fig. 3 the outlet openings 24 can be seen, through which each individual tube 12 is acted upon by cleaning fluid from at least one or more, here four different locations. In this way, a good cleaning effect can be achieved, but at the same time fix the tube bundle exactly in its position. By rotating the individual distribution elements can also, as based on the Fig. 2 has been explained, each distribution element separately removed from the heat exchanger and replaced, but also be easily adjusted in terms of its height.

The advantage of the present invention is, a pipe support with integrated cleaning device in such a way that it is easily interchangeable, so that a tube bundle heat exchanger with pipe supports according to the invention quickly and variably to the respective Application designed or, if necessary, can be replaced.

In addition to the inventive design of the pipe support with integrated cleaning device but also additional measures to improve the cleaning effect can be realized as the basis of the Fig. 4 shown additional cleaning fluid outlet nozzles on the upstream side of the shell and tube heat exchanger.
