Definitions

  • the invention relates to a dishwasher, comprising a trough with walls open to the front and the bottom and at least partially made of stainless metal, a separate housing, a mounting base at least partially made of plastic, wherein the trough is arranged on the mounting base to form a washing container and the Spül electergeberwandung is formed by the mounting floor.
  • the invention further relates to a production method for such a dishwasher.
  • the basic structural design of a dishwasher in particular a domestic dishwasher, is referred to as a so-called platform.
  • the platform of a dishwasher essentially comprises the washing container and the storage of the washing container on the floor, z. B. with a mounting base made of metal or plastic.
  • a mounting base made of metal or plastic.
  • functional components such as pumps, heating, electrical or hydraulic connectors, screens or water softening device, understood and / or the housing understood.
  • the following platform is known from the prior art: a rinsing container is placed on a mounting base made of plastic.
  • the washing container with two side walls, a rear wall, a bottom wall and a top wall (only open to the front) is completely made of stainless steel and is produced by means of forming and joining methods, eg. B. welding, made of generally several stainless steel sheets.
  • the assembly floor is therefore an upwardly open trough, which is shown for example in EP 0 243 632 A2 and EP 0 243 631 B1 of the applicant.
  • the housing (preferably designed as coated metal sheets) on the dishwasher usually fixed substantially point or with small contact surfaces, for example by screwing or clamping.
  • the housing thus consists of at least one separate outer wall.
  • the stainless steel rinsing container is thus a separate, independent component from the housing and not integrated in a housing, for example made of plastic, ie in particular has a large area. connected.
  • the visible stainless steel surface in the washing container is therefore not a mere coating or lining of the housing, for example made of plastic, with stainless steel or a stainless steel sheet encapsulated in the injection molding of the plastic housing, as in EP 0 556 787 B2. Housing and washing containers are so far independent of each other.
  • This structural design between housing and rinsing container also applies to DE 101 56 423 A1 of the Applicant and EP 0 452 287 B1 as prior art mentioned further below.
  • a platform having an upper part comprising two side walls, a top wall and a rear wall, in which the housing and the part of the washing compartment formed by the top form a unit and are double-walled, d , H. are made of plastic and are mounted on a mounting base as a base, also made of plastic, which is therefore a different platform concept than described above, in particular because of the use of plastic and the integrated connection between the housing
  • a mounting base as a base
  • at least part of the visible surface of the bottom of the rinsing chamber, which is formed integrally with the plastic base may have a metallic surface.
  • EP 0 452 287 B1 discloses a rinsing container which has only two side walls, a rear wall and a top wall made of stainless steel (trough) and the bottom wall of the rinsing container from the assembly floor is made of plastic, d. H. the assembly floor is thus not an upwardly open trough as in EP 0 243 632 A2 and EP 0 243 631 B1, but a box which is essentially closed on all sides.
  • From DE 101 56 423 A1 of the applicant is also a platform with a washing container of two side walls, a rear wall and a top wall made of stainless steel known.
  • the bottom wall of the washing container is also formed by the mounting base made of plastic.

  • a disadvantage of these two last-mentioned platforms is that inside the washing container, ie after installation of the dishwasher on the visible to the end user surface of the bottom wall of the washing plastic and stainless steel is not visible. The end user considers the use of stainless steel in the rinsing container as a special quality feature, so that this platform concept thus appears to be of lower quality for the end user or user of the dishwasher.
  • the object of the present invention is therefore to provide a dishwasher with a platform which on the one hand is inexpensive and easy to manufacture and on the other hand appears to the user of the dishwasher of high quality.
  • the object is also to provide a method for producing such a dishwasher.
  • the dishwasher according to the invention comprises a forward and bottom open and at least partially made of stainless metal trough with walls, a separate housing, a mounting base at least partially made of plastic, wherein the trough is arranged on the mounting base to form a Spül electers and a Spül effectergeberwandung from the mounting floor is formed, wherein the visible surface in the interior of the washing container of the Spülbodenteilwand formed by the mounting base at least partially has a surface made of stainless metal, in particular stainless steel.
