- the lowest target position PZ corresponds to the maximum opening
- the (zero) position P0 corresponds to the closed state
- P1 and P2 are freely adjustable intermediate positions.
- Automatic mode and manual operation are not mutually exclusive: by permanently actuating the positioning panel (s) 25, 26, the bottom door 7 also moves in manual mode if a target position could be approached in this direction. It can be z. B. a maximum actuation time of the traversing fields 25 and 26, respectively, of the associated keys 25a, 25b and 26a, 26b, are set to activate the automatic mode, z. B. 0.4 seconds.
- a target position P0, P1, P2, PZ may be any position of the bottom door 7 between and including the zero position P0 and the maximum open position PZ.

- Storing the target position P0, P1, P2, PZ can with the bottom door 7 at the desired target position P0, P1, P2, PZ, by, for example, lasting several seconds (eg, lasting two seconds), pressing a confirmation key 28 in the control panel 12th be performed.
- Existing optical and / or acoustic signal transmitters which output corresponding signals after storing a target position are not shown for the sake of clarity.
- a start-up of the desired target position P0, P1, P2, PZ to be set takes place, for example, by - in this embodiment - ambidextrous operation of the movement panels 25 or 26 and manual method to this position.
- target positions P0, P1, P2, PZ can be ein arrivedbar. In the case of several target positions P0, P1, P2, PZ, these can be approached successively by actuating the corresponding travel keys 25a, 25b or 26a, 26b.
- the target position (s) are advantageously erasable and / or overwritten. In one embodiment, for example, only one target position can be stored in the opened state, while the zero position P0 is automatically recognized and can be approached automatically. Alternatively, the zero position P0 must be stored in order to be automatically approachable.
- the or a target position P1, P2, PZ opens the bottom door 7 at least about 400 mm to about 540 mm (ie P1-P0, P2-P0, PZ-P0 ⁇ 40cm to 54 cm). With this opening dimension the food supports 21 are easy to insert into the support members 20. It is advantageous if the viewing window 4 is mounted approximately at eye level of the user or slightly below, z. B. by means of a template that indicates the dimensions of the cooking appliance.
- the drive motor 9 off Fig. 1 has at least one sensor unit 31, 32 on a motor shaft 30, possibly in front of or behind a transmission arranged to measure a travel or a position and / or a speed of the bottom door 7.
- the sensor unit may include one or more induction, reverberation, opto, SAW sensors, and so forth.
- two Hall (part) elements 31 offset by 180 ° - ie opposite - attached to the motor shaft 30, and a Hallmeßaufillon 32 is fixedly mounted at this area of the motor shaft spaced. If a Hall element 31 then moves past the measuring transducer 32 when the motor shaft 30 rotates, a measuring or sensor signal is generated which is, to a good approximation, digital.
- a speed control can realize the speed, for example via a PWM-controlled power semiconductor.
- the distance measurement is automatically re-adjusted by initialization in the zero position P0 of the bottom door 7 at each start, so z.
- a faulty sensor signal output or recording is not traditional.
- the drive motor 9 is operated by actuation of both traversing panels 25 and 26, even when the main switch 29 is turned off.
- control circuit 13 is flexible and not limited, so it can be several boards, z. B. include a display board, a control board and an elevator board, which are spatially separated.
- a 4 mm opening dimension can be detected by limit switches 33, which deactivate anti-pinch protection when actuated.
- the high-installation cooking appliance can also be designed without a storage unit 27, in which case no automatic operation is possible. This can be for increased operating safety, eg. B. as protection against pinching, be useful.
- the curve is traversed in the direction of the arrow, ie from right to left.
- the downward arrows present above the curve indicate actuations of the control panel 12.
- the movement of the bottom door 7 downwards begins with two-handed operation of the movement panels 25, 26 and the ON-switch 25b and 26b, as indicated by the upper left vertical arrow.
- the ramp R1 is linear here.
- the drive motor 9 is therefore not simply turned on.
- the movement is characterized load independent, in particular independent of the payload of the bottom door 7 or changed friction conditions of the mechanics.
- An input for this can be the speed of the drive motor 9, the z. B. can be measured by Hall sensors.
- the approach to the bottom plate can be detected by limit switch 33 and / or by monitoring the travel.
- the cooking chamber 3 is not opened, the bottom door 7 so do not proceed from the zero position P0 when an opening backup is active, so if, for example, a certain temperature in the oven, z. B. 425 ° C or 600 ° F, is exceeded or a child safety device is activated.
- Fig. 8 shows a diagram not to scale for a method of the bottom door 7 from the maximum opening position PZ to the zero position P0, ie in the closed state, in manual mode.
- the movement of the bottom door 7 upward begins with two-handed operation of the to-switch 25a and 26a, as indicated by the upper left vertical arrow.
- the control circuit 13 detects an approach to the zero position P0 and brakes the bottom door 7 in good time before. But instead of using the linear ramp to move straight down to the zero position P0, the speed-dependent control is switched to control with a defined voltage 4 mm before the zero position P0, ie. H. by supplying the motor 9 with a corresponding voltage. This allows a maximum force development when blocking the drive motor 9 set. This voltage differs depending on the history of the process (payload, friction conditions, etc.).
- the detection of the 4 mm opening dimension is done via the distance measurement or additionally or alternatively via the limit switch 33. In the range of P0 to P0 + 4 mm can also be dispensed with an anti-trap.
- the monitoring of the lift speed happens here, for example, by evaluating the sensor signals of the motor shaft, wherein z. B. the time between the measurement signals or pulses is evaluated.
- Only in the second instance is the motor current monitored, which is a rather slower method.
- the force that can be generated by the motor 9 for the method is limited in order to avoid accidents due to excessive pinching (see also FIG FIGS.
- the deviation from the desired speed is detected by the control circuit 13, z. B. by a speed deviation or a temporal change in speed. Then reverses the bottom door, so that the object can be removed; if necessary, a, z. B. acoustic, warning signal issued.
- the bottom door 7 then moves on only when a corresponding actuation of a movement load field 25, 26 again.
- the Einklemmfall is not triggered by mistake, z. B by a change in payload or a change in the operating characteristics of the mechanics, firstly the anti-trap only be activated when the bottom door 7 has reached its target speed (previously a traversing button 25a, 25b, 26a, 26b released, the bottom door 7 remains immediately secondly, several sensor signals are evaluated, for example averaged.
- Fig. 11 shows the Einklemmfall (upper vertical arrow) in the opening process of the bottom door 7 in the automatic mode to a target position P1, in which an object between the bottom of the bottom door 7 and the countertop 8 is clamped.
- the Einklemmerkennung can be done via two redundant limit switches, which recognize a - especially non-uniform - relief of the bottom door 7, whereupon the drive motor 9 reverses.
- the maximum permissible force time profile (see FIGS. 12 and 13 ) is not exceeded.
- Fig. 12 shows a trapped case in the process in a closing direction (ie upwards) maximum applicable to the bottom door 7 force F in N against the elapsed time t in s as a first force time profile FT1.
- the possible closing force is limited to 100 N, corresponding to approx. 10 kg, for 5 s.
- This is z. B. useful if the motor 9 is up-regulated by the controller 13 to hold the target speed. This ensures in particular that body parts are not injured. If the floor door is tightened for a maximum of 100 N for 5 s, the maximum force that can be applied is reduced further to 25 N, eg. For 5 seconds. In the following, this level of force can be kept or z. B. continue to be lowered to 0 N.
- the maximum force threshold of 100 N can also apply to other traversing situations.
- Fig. 13 shows a trapped case in the process in an opening direction (ie down) maximum applicable to the bottom door 7 force F in N against the elapsed time t in s as a second force time profile FT2.
- time intervals and force threshold values of the force time profiles FT1, FT2 can be adapted to the structure and further boundary conditions.

Beispielsweise in
The procedure of the bottom door is done in the known devices by turning on or off the drive motor, d. H. in that a certain voltage is applied to or disconnected from the motor.
The disadvantage here is that the movement characteristics of the bottom door of the operating conditions, eg. B. a payload of the bottom door or friction conditions of the mechanics dependent. Thus, the bottom door closes more slowly when it is heavier loaded. For an operator, such an uneven movement characteristic is unpleasant.
It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a cooking appliance of the type described above with an improved, in particular more uniform, travel behavior. The present object is achieved by the cooking appliance having the features of
For this purpose, the cooking appliance, in particular a high-installation cooking appliance, but also a cooking appliance with a baking tray, equipped so that the door with a predetermined constant load-independent travel speed (vL) is movable, in particular by appropriate control of the drive means by the control device. As a result, the movement of the door is, for example, a payload or a change in the mechanical friction conditions independently. The door is speed-dependent, so it can be moved with a predetermined travel speed. Then, the control unit, the power of the drive motor, z. B. by adjusting the motor voltage, so regulate that the predetermined travel speed is applied. Among other things, this results in the advantage of a constant operating characteristic for the user.
It is also advantageous if a speed measuring device connected to the control device for determining the travel speed of the door is present. In this case, the speed measuring device can measure the speed of the door either directly, z. B. by arrangement on the door, or by indirect determination, for. B. by measuring the speed of a shaft, such as the motor shaft.
For a simple implementation and good controllability, it is favorable if the speed measuring device comprises at least one sensor arranged on a motor shaft of a drive motor of the drive device, in particular a Hall sensor.
It is advantageous for improved operability when the travel speed is adjustable by the user. Thus, the travel speed can be adjusted by selecting from at least two speed levels, whereby the speed levels can also be fixed at the factory. In particular, for older users, it is advantageous if the travel speed at least between a first, lower speed level in the range of 40 mm / s to 55 mm / s, in particular 50 mm / s, and a second speed level in the range of 60 mm / s to 80 mm / s, in particular in the range of 65 mm / s to 75 mm / s, in particular of 65 mm / s, can be switched. In order to increase operational safety and customer satisfaction, it is advantageous if a preset travel speed corresponds to the lowest speed level.
So that a user does not have to re-adjust the setting of the travel speed (s) each time the device is switched on, the user-defined travel speed can be stored in a non-volatile memory, eg a non-volatile memory. As an EEPROM, are stored.
Typically, the (target) traversing speeds are specified by a user. So that the bottom door does not jerk during start-up and / or stopping, it may be favorable if the (nominal) traversing speed is approached or braked with a defined ramp.
In the case of a speed-dependent control, it is also advantageous if trapping on the door can be detected by monitoring the traversing speed, wherein the trapping protection is advantageously activated only when the setpoint speed of the door has been reached.
In particular, when closing the cooking chamber or through the bottom door, it may be advantageous if the movement of the door between a speed-dependent traversing movement and a load or force-dependent traversing movement is switched.
The invention is particularly suitable for high-installation cooking appliances, in which the muffle opening is a bottom-side muffle opening, and the door is a bottom door, which preferably moves linearly.

With the help of a

In order to achieve the most uniform possible tanning image of the food during the bottom heat, it is crucial that the

The dot-dashed
In this exemplary embodiment, the
B. 0,4 Sekunden.Automatic mode and manual operation are not mutually exclusive: by permanently actuating the positioning panel (s) 25, 26, the
A target position P0, P1, P2, PZ may be any position of the
In the
It is particularly advantageous for ergonomic use if the or a target position P1, P2, PZ opens the

A speed control can realize the speed, for example via a PWM-controlled power semiconductor.
For zero point determination, the distance measurement is automatically re-adjusted by initialization in the zero position P0 of the
The
Instead of two separate switches per traversing
The arrangement and distribution of the
A 4 mm opening dimension can be detected by
The high-installation cooking appliance can also be designed without a
The movement of the
The movement is characterized load independent, in particular independent of the payload of the
After reaching the desired speed of vL = 50 mm / s, the
If one or both of the travel switches 25b, 26b is released, as indicated by the upper left vertical arrow, the
The
In this case, by briefly pressing one of the
The movement of the
The

Thus the Einklemmfall is not triggered by mistake, z. B by a change in payload or a change in the operating characteristics of the mechanics, firstly the anti-trap only be activated when the
B. 0 N absinkt. In case of trapping at t = 0 s, the possible closing force is limited to 100 N, corresponding to approx. 10 kg, for 5 s. This is z. B. useful if the
The maximum force threshold of 100 N can also apply to other traversing situations.
Of course, the time intervals and force threshold values of the force time profiles FT1, FT2 can be adapted to the structure and further boundary conditions.
