Description

Weiterhin ist bekannt, dass die Abstich - Steine des Abstichkanals in der Ausmauerung ausgewaschen werden, der Wand - Aufbau wird zerstört. Hierdurch ist die Wärmeleitfähigkeit und die Dichtigkeit im Bereich des Abstichkanals nicht mehr gewährleistet. Die beschädigten bzw. verschlissenen Abstich - Steine müssen regelmäßig repariert / ausgetauscht werden, da die Öfen kontinuierlich in Betrieb sind. Für die Reparatur / den Austausch muss der Ofen abgeschaltet werden. Dieses führt zu Produktionsunterbrechungen. Um diese Produktionsunterbrechungen so gering wie möglich zu halten, erfolgt die Reparatur / der Austausch des Abstichkanals bzw. der Abstich - Steine möglichst dann, wenn im Inneren des Ofens noch hohe Temperaturen vorhanden sind. Claims (7)
- Tapping channel (1) for a metallurgical furnace, consisting of at least one tapping block (10, 11, 12) and a cooling device, which is constructed as a sleeve (14), in the region of the furnace wall (3), wherein the sleeve (14) at least partly encloses the tapping block (10, 11, 12) so as to indirectly cool the tapping block, wherein the sleeve (14) is made from a material with high heat conductivity, characterised in that the sleeve (14) is constructed with an encircling cooling channel (15) at least in an area in its region protruding outwardly from the furnace wall (3).
